I just came to get an oil change and an air filter and I literally have enough time in my car to get down the road and all these symbols started going off on my dash and its like my car was slamming on the breaks for me. Now I'm stranded on the side of the road and my car won't turn on. Thank you. Really.

Edit to response: the contact with the manager was not to help me find a solution. His tone was to be rude when I was upset because of something your company did. I would have always brought my vehicle here if it weren't for the response of your managers. Offering to charge me more money after your team messed up? That's atrocious, pal.
