We visited Lexus of Huntsville while we were shopping for a new SUV. We were shopping...not buying (not that day). Chico Dutchess greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. We asked to see at least 4 or 5 different vehicles and Chico explained all the features (he is professional and very knowledgeable). He never presented a "sales pitch", just answered our questions. We looked at other makes/models that weekend but decided to go with a Lexus. I received quotes from two other dealerships but Lexus of Huntsville had the better deal. We picked up the vehicle a few days later and only spent about 45 minutes finishing up the paperwork. We highly recommend Lexus of Huntsville.

Very friendly service department. We live locally and always use this service department. We have purchased over 5 new Lexus over the years. Unfortunately we have never been able to come together on the price with Lexus of Huntsville. We always go to Birmingham to purchase. They have a wider selection and more flexible on pricing. The Lexus mechanic group is great and they always do a quality job. They have a nice room with coffee and snacks where you can wait while your car is being serviced. I specifically like this room because it has tables and chairs where you can comfortably work if you need to! Tammy is great to work with.

I typically do not write bad reviews but with this experience, I have decided to. I bought a used 2016 Honda Civic 21,000 approx. miles from Lexus of Huntsville about 6 months ago. About 2 months after having the vehicle, the paint starts chipping on the hood of the vehicle (which only continues to get worse), the glove box won t close and the trim around my door and windows have started falling off. I personally take very good care of my vehicles. Keep in mind, my last vehicle was a 2012 used Honda Civic 68,000 miles when bought from a Honda of Decatur and it was still going strong with none of the above issues after 6 years and 300,000 miles later. So either they need to pay attention to the vehicles they are buying or they need to stop lying to cover up damage vehicles to make a sale. I have worked for Lexus for years and would not put you in something I knew wasn t perfect LIE! Hovering me while I m trying to inspect the vehicle. Next time I will listen to my dad when he says, just wait and let me go look at the vehicle cause they will take advantage of you and rip you off. I just don t want anyone else to be stuck in this situation, definitely a first time car buyer like me! Take your time looking at the vehicle, every little thing. At the end of the day, it is YOUR money. Even when you feel like you have NO SPACE! Bring extra eyes and don t be afraid to speak your mind! You got me Lexus of Huntsville but I pray no one else falls for it because you re messing with someone s hard earned money.
Update: took the vehicle to Honda of Decatur to see if still covered under factory warranty and unfortunately not. The man that looked at my car instantly said the car has been repainted and more than likely wrecked. (Car fax was clean). Again, if they work with cars on daily, they should be able to tell this. So just saying, Lexus of Huntsville, you need to stop lying about the cars you re selling or pay more attention to the ones you re buying and resealing.
We went in to buy a used RX350. The price we we given verbally was a higher price and didn't match the online price. When we started negotiations they brought out two pieces of paper with a price and they were both different and higher than the online posted price. When we called them on it they then said they don't see that vehicle posted online. After showing them the price online they said well you know of when the cars are selling we don't have to worry about the price we are asking. That is not what I call good customer service and it seems very shady. When we ask you for your best price and you come back with $1000 more than the posted on line price.....?
Worked with Chico Dutchess on buying a Used car from this dealership. We stopped by to look at the vehicle after finding it online and We were greeted by Chico and inquired as to how he could help, we asked about the used car we had seen online and they had sent it off for detailing. He called the next day to let us know it was ready for viewing. We came back the next day to look at it and test drive it and Chico came with my wife and I on the test drive. We decided to buy the car after the test drive and talked numbers, they were able to find a competitive lending rate for financing for us and even repainted both bumpers for free. We are enjoying our new to us car and appreciated Lexus of Huntsville's Hospitality and Chico's guidance as a first time car buyer. I would definitely recommended working with Chico to anyone shopping at this dealership.
Speaking of service, last month I lost my Bluetooth connection for my phone. It was just a day before I was leaving on a driving trip and realized it was not the way I wanted to leave / with a hand held cell. When I called Lexus of Huntsville, Doug Jones attempted to talk me through the connection. Unfortunately it didn't work, but he immediately calmed my concerns. He said, " I'll just run over there and take care of it". " To Decatur?" "Sure" He came that afternoon and had it done in minutes.
I will certainly continue to drive to Huntsville for my car's care.

Third Lexus purchase, first from Lexus of Huntsville. Top notch from first visit and test drive and then again the next day for purchase. Salesman Chico was great, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, didn't push like many salespeople do. He knows the cars and their features, inside and out, a true gentleman. Received good price on trade-in. Pricing on new vehicle was upfront an honest. Definitely worth the drive from Birmingham to Huntsville to be able to deal with a dealership thats not owned by a large monopoly like the dealership in Birmingham. General Manager, Kin, wants to earn and keep your business, runs a top notch operation, he finalized my deal as the finance person was out that day, it was quick, easy and I was back to Birmingham in time for dinner. Hope to continue this new friendship for many years and bring others into the family! Loving my new 2020 RX350!
They do not answer the phone or return voice mails. For the past two days, I have called them at least 7 times, and most of the time have not been able to get a person. When I do get a to the operator, they transfer the call, but it is never picked up. I was a loyal customer, but will not go to them again because of the very poor customer service.
I would highly recommend Jeremy Cooper if you're looking to buy a Lexus. We came not knowing exactly what we wanted so we drove several different cars and Jeremy was very patient and very helpful in making our decision.
They are absolutely wonderful! I was contacted right away, yet never pushed or over loaded with emails and or phone calls. My salesman Joe was very friendly but still gave us the space to talk it over in private and not make us feel pressured at all. The manager Carlos explained every step of the process he was working through which even though I have purchased vehicles before and thought I obviously knew this- certain things HAD changed... And for the better of the consumer! How wonderful to work with people that are not simply there to push the deals through, but actually care enough to take the time to EDUCATE their customer. I recently visited Lexus of Huntsville to determine what I needed to do to turn in my leased ES 350. I was helped by Chico Dutchess. Chico provided a run down of all of my options. Chico told me about the end of year deals for 2018 models, and showed me the inventory. I ended up driving away in a new 2018 GX 460. I had a cash purchase deal that was out the door price with Bill Whisenant. Out the door, the price includes Tax, title, license and dealer fees. When I went to the courthouse to get my tag, it cost me an extra $527.13 because Lexus of Huntsville did not include the city tax in the out the door price. I purchased two vehicles this week, a truck from another dealership with an out the door price. And I got the tags at the same time. The other dealership Bramlett GMC was honest. They included Tax, title, license, and dealer fees.

I purchased a LEXUS LS 460 L with very few miles on it back in March out of state. So, upon purchasing the car I knew that I would be using the LEXUS of Huntsville dealership for all my services. Upon purchasing the car there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, it drove very smooth as if you were riding on a cloud! Some time later after having the car, the break light came on, so I took to this Dealership (back in the summer). They told me it needed break replacements. I let them do the work. Later, when I picked up my car, it drove worst than a horse buggy on a gravel road. When the technician that worked on my car took all of the tires off to do the break work, he didn t mark my tires, so that they could go back in the exact spots. He moved my tires around. I turned around and took the car back... my car has not had the smooth ride every since I allowed them to do the break work. I have taken the car back quite a few times since then because of the vibration I felt when driving, but of course, the tech gave me his lame excuse and has claim to find other things wrong with the car. When it first happened, they also tried to balance the tires after they switch them around. You can not play switcharoo on this car. It has low profile tires on it. Every since then, I have been having trouble with my car and it s still not to my satisfaction and have had to bring in back in a few times since then. When I picked my car up last week, I was frustrated to tears, they supposedly had to replace a part on the car, but apparently they didn t, because it still makes the same noise that I had them to check out and still has the vibration as well... BEYOND FED UP!!!
The only positive comment I will give is about Mr. Rob Massingil. He was my service consultant. He s a great guy and always answered any questions I had.
My problem is with the inexperienced technician(s) that LEXUS has allowed to work on my car and has caused me much frustration and time. My car is still not fixed to my satisfaction!!!! I shared my frustration with the lady that made the follow up call, but yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE THIS!!!!
They told me on the phone something was covered by warranty so I drove 90 minutes to the dealership, but when I got there, they said it wasn't and would cost more than $300 to replace. I went elsewhere and got a replacement for 1/3 the cost. If I had known they weren't going to cover the part by warranty, I would have saved the time and mileage and bought locally!!!!!!
Five stars isn't enough. We need a galaxy of stars to describe the stellar experience we've had with Lexus of Huntsville.
We moved to Charlotte, NC from Huntsville, AL last year. We were both in the market for new cars at the same time, and we knew what we wanted to spend. We never expected we'd end up leasing our cars from Lexus of Huntsville, but our personal superstar Willie Aaron, and the wonderful Joe in Finance made it impossible not to! Not only did they bend over backward to stay in communication with us (500 miles away) and come from a place of "yes" on every conversation, but they knocked it out of the park on our trades, and got us out the door at exactly what we wanted to spend nearly to the penny.
But that wasn't even the best part of our experience.
A personal referral is how we ended up leasing our cars in Huntsville (my hometown) rather than in Charlotte. We firmly believe that relationships are the global currency. From the word "go," Willie Aaron treated us as if we were family. Believe me, I'm a publicist, so I know all about fork-tongued smooth talk. I can spot it continents away. There was none of that with Willlie. He worked with us until we got a deal with which we were comfortable, AND we got an upgrade in car level for my husband. Willie not only didn't question why we were leasing our cars from out of state, he was an absolute pro about it. As Coach Paul W. "Bear" Bryant used to say, Willie "acts like he's been there." EVERYONE at Lexus of Huntsville acts like they've been there. They're all professionals.

It was very clear to us from the start that, because of that personal referral - and the fact that we were considering doing business with an out-of-state Lexus dealership (rather than the one five minutes from our house) - Willie placed a premium on our word-of-mouth influence both in Huntsville AND Charlotte. Between my husband and me, we can direct professional athletes (and their wives) all over the country (who will buy a car anywhere if they get referred), University of Georgia alumni and University of Alabama alumni to Lexus of Huntsville. Our word-of-mouth influence within our sphere is important to Lexus of Huntsville. They proved it, and we are humbled by their respect.
My husband and I have bought MANY cars over the years, and this was, by far, the most painless, stress-free, easy, pleasant experience either of us have ever had.

The people I interacted with were the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I just moved here and was wanting to change my oil. I called them to try to get an estimate for my IS350 and the female rep I spoke with sounded very annoyed from the beginning to end of conversation. Naturally I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up going down the street to the Toyota dealer. HUGE difference. Definitely recommend them.
While waiting I noticed the Toyota dealership sold custom made car specific window shades. I've been looking for one for my car so I went to Lexus to inquire if they possibly sold them too. I walked in and some dealer walked out and asked what I needed. I told him and he thought I as crazy kept saying there's no such thing and I felt like he was escorting me out once he found out I wasn't interested in buying a car. Well, they do exist. Covercraft sells custom made window shades.
Guess I'll need to take my IS350 F-sport elsewhere for any services.

Actually, I was not there to buy a car. However, these gentlemen were so kind as to let a pregnant young lady sit in their showroom while waiting for a ride. Her truck broke down directly in front of the dealership. It was a scorcher outside that day. I was driving by when I noticed her. I managed to get her truck pushed a crossed the street in the then unfinished new car lot that was being built. Not a freaking soul got out to help me push this poor woman out of the street. That s Ok... I managed on my own. I insisted she call her husband to inform him I would drive her across the street to sit in the air conditioned Lexus dealer while she waited for a ride. So, ladies, and gentlemen, of Lexus of Huntsville you did a great service by allowing this expectant mother to wait in your showroom... Thank you. This actually happened in Jun/ Jul timeframe. I am just now getting around to thanking you because Google asked for a review of my visit at your dealership... great place to be!!! Just think how they ll treat you if you were there to spend money!!!
I bought my GX on a busy Saturday! The salesman was so wonderful to help me narrow down my decision and despite how very busy it was it seemed that the salesman and management all worked together to make sure we felt important and taken care of! They even fed my little girl because they could tell she was getting restless! It was truly a red carpet experience and this dealership went out of their way to make sure that is how we felt! I never felt pressured or rushed, but we actually were able to get in and out pretty quickly! I am now here picking up my all weather floor mats, and they all greeted me with big smiles when I came through the door! Amazing experience, and they are so patient with people who are so indecisive! ;0) I love this dealership and will recommend to my friends!!
Lexus of Huntsville has the finest technology representative I've ever met at an auto dealership. Mr. Lee Messervy is not exceptionally knowledgeable, but he is also personable, customer-related, kind, and helpful. My wife had been unable to get her phone mated to the vehicle. I gave it a go, but no matter what I tried I go no joy. Lee came to her rescue. He fixed the problem quickly, he showed both of us how to fix it if it ever happened again, and he spent another hour simplifying the contacts on my wife's phone, getting them to mate with Siri, and showing her a number of capabilities she could easily use that she had no idea existed. Wow! Customer service like this is very rare these days, and it was a distinct pleasure to find it in the person of Mr. Messervy at Lexus of Huntsville. Would give him 6 or seven stars if I could!

I am so impressed with this dealership and Lexus in general. They have gone above and beyond what I expect from a company and a dealership in replacing parts on a car out of warranty and the level of service they provide. My wife's car is a 2006 and they have replaced two expensive parts on the car at no cost. This dealership is awesome! My wife picked up her car and left my BMW keys for me to pick up and they detailed my car for no reason. Shout out to Rob, we are a Lexus/Toyota fan forever, I can't wait to sell my BMW and buy our next vehicle from Lexus/Toyota. I am highly impressed!

Let me preface the following statement by stating that I had been to a handful of dealerships and contacted a least a dozen private sellers only find that I was wasting a lot of my time. Not only that, but nine times out of ten the salesperson I dealt with was not upfront about anything notable regarding the vehicle I was looking at (history, machinal issues, excessive wear and tear).
So, I decided on a whim to see what inventory Lexus of Huntsville had in stock. I met a gentleman named Tony White who showed me what they had in stock within my criteria and even gave me the Carfax and service history for vehicle I ended up purchasing. During the test drive he informed me of features I wasn't aware of and made sure I was able to see how the vehicle preformed in different situations to ensure I was confident in the vehicle I was nearly set on purchasing.
After everything was said and done, I ended up walking away with a 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Hybrid below the Kelly Blue Book value in pristine condition in under a total of two hours (had to go back since my bank could only process the check the following day).
I cannot express how much I had enjoyed the entire car buying experience at Huntsville of Lexus and the amount of work they put into making sure you as a customer walks away with the best deal possible.

I have been a long time supporter of Lexus of Huntsville. They have always provided great service to my wife's Lexus. Their service was so great that I was considering purchasing a sports Lexus car here. My recent visit was great. The Service consultant was Brink Hindman. Very professional and great service. He deserves a 5 stars.
The only reason I deduct a star for this review is Lexus dealership at this location have recently changed its policy and no longer provide a borrow car for customers unless your service takes more than 3 hours. This didn't bother me at this past visit because I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting; however, I can see this could cause some problems in the future when my wife or I wouldn't have 1 to 3 hours to sit around and wait in the lobby.
Lexus is a top brand not just because of their cars, but also because of the service that they provide to customers. Taking away a customer's incentive could potentially give this dealership a bad look.
I visited this lot after having interest in Lexus. Arrived at the lot on a Friday night at 6:45pm and they close at 7pm. No one came out to the lot to greet me and I was disappointed. Maybe they didnt see me.

My wife was forced to pay for our first tire rotation ($30.00) after I was told when I bought the car that all routine maintenance is provided for free under the Lexus certified program for my first 20,000 miles. Very disappointed!
While shopping for a new vehicle I met Joe Mullins and I have to say he was the most informed and professional salesman I have ever met. He answered all my questions and didn't push me to buy something I didn't want. Once I decided on what I wanted, the finance manager Carlos took his time to explain every detail of the purchase and made sure all my questions were answered. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will be back to get another!
Our purchase at Lexus of Huntsville was actually a pleasant one! Tony White, our salesman, was patient and personable, but never pushy. We had a lot of questions as we have not owned a Lexus before. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Our purchase was completed quickly and seamlessly. Tony White is a professional we would definitely work with again.

And he's a super nice fellow! His partner, Tony White (Sales and Leasing Consultant,) was equally as nice and SO helpful in expediting my paperwork to streamline the process. I purchased a 2018 Lexus IS 300 f-sport sedan from Lexus of Huntsville about a year ago and truly love the car. I researched various automobiles and checked the resale values before deciding to buy my Lexus. The management and sales staff are all professional and go the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. The service department is second to none, they also go the extra step to make sure every car serviced runs like brand new. At first I thought did I make the right decision, amend will the cost of upkeep be high, well I am happy to say no and I look forward to many years of driving the current car I have. He was patient, professional, kind, knowledgeable and quick to inform me and show me features I thought a vehicle didn t have. Those features sealed the deal for me. So it was vital that he was always listening. He is sharp and thorough. He absolutely loves his job and I can tell this is his passion. It was a joy to work with him! I don t typically post reviews, and I definitely don t air grievances in a public space, but the dealership experience was not what it was three years ago when I bought my first Lexus here and not the standard one would expect when buying the Lexus brand.
