Well folks, this is not a fluke. I had a great buying experience the first time and it got even better this time. Actually this makes the third car I have bought from them. Not to mention, I get all my service done there. This time they even drove the car I was interested in to my office first to let me look at it. Don't know of any dealership that makes house calls but I do now. I would highly recommend making them part of your family. Thank you so much, you really rock!

Definitely didn t start as I had expected. Honestly didn t end as I expected either. It ended much better actually. I have bought Cars from 1 man and the Same Name Brand in Chattanooga for 20 years. Never considered switching. My Wife wanted a Hylander so I agreed to look but assured her no chance I would abandon my go to guy. I just purchase a new car from Capital Toyota Chattanooga. I dealt with Brandon throughout my purchasing process via text and in person when I got to the dealership. Any question or car spec I ask for was answered within minutes of request. He was very personable and kind. Wonderful to work with him. The Finance manager I dealt with was also very kind and personable, very kind to me and my family. Also, beside that I got an amazing deal for my SUV. They charged me $260 to run "tests" on my truck's air conditioner system. My truck failed the "tests" meaning it had a leak in the system but they couldn't figure out where. So they wanted to charge me an additional $600 to run more "tests" to TRY and find the problem. Negative. Won't be going back ever again.

The process of getting a quote and appointment was slightly complicated, but after that everything else went smoothly and prices were mostly better than I expected. Overall feeling right after is very pleased.

When my check engine light came on in the middle of the cross country road trip, this was my closest dealership. Though I pulled in on one of their busiest service days (they were booked solid with appointments), the service department went out of their way to fit me in and get me back on the road. They did an oil change while waiting for a technician to be free to do a diagnostic check, and then when they figured out the problem, came in and explained it clearly to me. We also asked them to drive it to check out a strange noise, and even though they were busy, they did. When we had to stay overnight in the city, they helped us track down a hotel and a ride there. The technician even stayed late that night to finish fixing the second issue so that we could continue the trip as early as possible the next day. I cannot thank Kevin Sannes in the service department, and the mechanic David enough for going above and beyond in helping me, especially when they had so much else going on.

My wife and I were looking of a vehicle to replace the Honda Fit that we have whose lease is up soon. We have dealt with Capitol Toyota before. This time we were very lucky to have been greeted by Marc Perez in the sales department. Both my wife and I have back pain problems and we were looking for a vehicle with a great suspension and smooth ride. Marco found us the best match in a 2018 RAV-4. It had a very great feel when we took it on a test drive on a very bumpy road. the Marco (with Michael Reno, the financial guy) was able to get us a great deal on a 3-year lease-and have the car ready for us in less than 2 days. We highly recommend Marcos, Michael, and Capitol Toyota to anyone who wants a great buying experience and a great deal on highly rated vehicle.

My car is currently being serviced. I was helped by Richard. Very professional, warm, and friendly. I felt at ease leaving my car with him. He will call me when it is done. He also checked to make sure there were no recalls. And checked to see when a good time to have it finished would be. (We were going to a dentist appointment while the car was being serviced.) So far, a lovely experience. Oh! They also had excellent covid-19 safety measures in place, which made me feel safer. :)

Had my 87 year old aunts vehicle taken to the collision center after an accident last week. The car was a "close total".

Asked that an estimate was generated by the collision center, and told it would take a few days. Called back 3 days later and was spoken to rudely, and told that they don't fix total losses. I could have it towed out and take it some place else.

So far, the collision center is 0 for 2. Had problems with my Lexus 430 a few years ago.

Thank goodness there are other dealers close by!

This location has terrible customer service, most dealerships have salesman that all but jump you the minute they catch sight of you inn the parking lot, but the salesmen here don't even seem to want to help you. They are hard to find, seem unsure of the details on the car models, and won't negotiate with you almost at all. Go to Toyota of Cleveland. Trust me.

Extremely disappointed in how I was treated when fielding offers between dealerships. I absolutely have the right to field offers from multiple dealerships and have the absolute right to not use you all when you tell me I should just stick to one.

Likewise, the dealership has the right to not oblige. But being rude and hateful about it isn't going to win any points.

I recently test drove a Toyota Corolla and had my current vehicle appraised while I was there for trade in. We weren't able to work out a deal at that time. As I was leaving the dealership, I noticed that one of the guys at Capitol Toyota had parked my vehicle crooked and up on a curb. It was raining and I didnt think to check my vehicle for any issues. ( I had someone with me that saw the way it was parked as well. ) A few days later I was spraying tire shine on my tires and noticed that one of my wheels had curb rash on it. It was the same side that had been parked up on the curb. I texted my salesman and he told me that he would tell his manager, but that he was busy. I waited most of the day for a call back, but never heard from them. So I decided to call the Sales Manager to see if there was anything they could do to fix it or replace it. He told me they wouldnt do anything about it. He informed me that he had parked the car himself, but never admitted to parking it up on a curb. He never offered to do anything to make this right. He just kept saying that I couldnt prove they had did it. Terrible customer service!

Love my car but I wish I could say the same about the customer service. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone there. Most recently, I was having car trouble and wanted to know if there was anything they could do in case my car was still under warranty. To this day I am yet to receive a call back even though I left voicemails explaining my concerns and provided my contact info. I will say, Rick in service department was kind and helpful in answering my questions so the one star is for him. I never really felt a welcoming feeling from any of the sales people and if I could go back I would ve picked a different dealership.

I understand dealerships try to make as much as possible, but discouraging reasonable fiscal responsibility does not bode well with serious customers. Between the profanity and discouraging me to shop around, I would rather pay more at another dealership than to go through this experience again. The folks at Capital worked to find what I needed but it wasn't readily available. A truck meeting the specs I was looking for had been ordered and luckily for me, the person that made the order had to back out at the last minute. Mr. Sherriff and the sales Manager were both informative and polite. This has been the most pleasant car buy buying experience i've had at a dealership. Mr. Sherriff made it very clear that his role is not just a salesman, but a single point of contact for anything and everything. In fact, he absolutely insisted that my wife and I save his number in our contact before we left with our new 4Runner. We discovered one small issue with the vehicle after bringing it home and the whole situation was taken care of flawlessly by Mr. Sherriff and Betsy in the service department.
