My salesperson was courteous and very knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted. We test drove and I said yes. We did the credit financing etc. That was a little longer than we expected but they did their best getting us out of there for an appointment we had elsewhere. They were to go clean the vehicle up while we waited. The problem is I didn't notice till I got home there was cigarette ashes on my dashboard and in the passenger seat. Also a slight burn mark on inside of passenger door. This was not there when I test drove it. Also, When I went to pair my phone Jeff's phone was paired. Who is Jeff? Also I signed with 19 miles on the odometer. Didn't think to question it. I should have paid attention to that but there was 259 miles on it not 19. Waiting on call back now.
