I had an appointment to replace a part that was under a recall notice. The service was great and every employee treated me like a valued customer. They even washed my car after they were finished servicing it!

Very disappointed with my treatment from this dealership. After 40 years of going there I feel they have totally lost customer service. Took me 3 time going there b4 I saw a salesman. Dond know his name because no later contact with him. Due to my schedule I am having trouble getting my back seat latch to latch and I have to drop it off to get repaired thirty days later which I have a problem doing as a single man. Totally discouraging using this dealership.

Best car buying experience ever! Doug Drake and Sally Wise worked with me every step of the way, they went above and beyond standard procedures due to having to wait for funds for my down payment. (inheritance checks do not clear immediately) but they were as determined as I was to get me the car I wanted! I received a fair trade in on a very old and unreliable vehicle. (They didn't even laugh when I pulled up in it) Friendly, kind, professional service! I would and have recommended Woody Anderson because of Doug and Sally.

I ve been a customer for several years. I get my F150, my last Shelby GT350 and my current Shelby GT350R serviced there. And all I can say is run. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to. The customer service is atrocious. The only shining light is RJ. He is the only service advisor with common decency and the only reason I go there. Also, the body shop is the worst business I ve used in my life, bar none. I ve had so many problems with them over the years I don t know where to start. I paid their outrageous price for a plastic splitter on my Shelby (over $1500) and am now being told they don t know when it will get here. I already waited a month and now they re saying wait another month. I ve reached out to Mrs. Anderson and never got a response. I m not exaggerating when I say every interaction with them is a disappointment. I called today just to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then intentionally hung up on. And this is without giving them the slightest hint of disrespect. I ve had them perform shotty work on a $3000 bumper paint job and then gang up on me telling me I m wrong. I damn near got into a fight with the body shop manager because he s upset that they spent so much labor that I wasn t willing to pay for since it wasn t done right. And now my problem is that my Shelby is leaking oil from the oil filter which I just had them fix last month. I m telling you if RJ quits, I m driving out to Harbin. Please don t give them your business.

Always an amazing experience with the Woody Anderson Family, regardless whether its a service or shopping for a vehicle. Its the type of place I feel 100% confident in the level of professional and courteous attention they would give anyone in my Family, whether I was with them or not. That's why we have purchased 4 vehicles from them in just over a year. Two F150s, a Fusion, and a Mustang. Big shout to Pam at the service center and Will Howard on the sales floor. Brought under warranty vehicle in for a leaking transmiision. Was told that it was "an out of warranty air conditioner part" causing the leak! What?! Our five week standoff ended with us driving home a vehicle still under powetrain warranty continuing to leak transmission fluid. Woody Anderson Ford pulls tricks to avoid warranty work.

Woody Anderson Ford, specifically James Morris, offered a painless car shopping experience this past weekend. Like most people, I loathe shopping for cars as it seems to take far too long to accomplish this task. I had conducted research, had two specific vehicles identified (by VIN) and they were quickly located for a test drive. James and Bradley answered all questions, did not attempt to up-sell, found every possible rebate, and made the overall experience very pleasant. I highly recommend if you choose to shop for a car at Woody Anderson, do yourself a favor and ask for James Morris, he will take care of you.

Do not purchase here!!! WE HAVE HAD OUR TRUCK FOR A MONTH AND STILL CANNOT DRIVE IT OR REGISTER IT. This place has sent a check for taxes and both times it has been incorrect. They are also clueless to the law! An "invoice" is not sufficient paperwork to drive a vehicle. Now for the purchasing experience.. no one is direct. We were mislead about the "rebates" in negotiations and didnt find out they had changed terms of the agreement until we were signing paperwork. Read everything!

I have been purchasing vehicles from Mr. Will Howard for 14 years. His customer service and going "above and beyond " is excellent. If you go to Woody Anderson ask for Mr. Will Howard, he will listen to exactly what you are looking for while making you feel "at home" . His knowledge and professionalism, while looking for the perfect vehicle is by far the best experience you will find anywhere. Mr. Howard is also a veteran so he has served our country. Brought in a 2011 F350 that i just purchased in KY on Sat night with check engine light on. They informed me that EGR cooler required replacement due to flow restriction. I gave them the truck on Wed morning and asked for it to be done by Fri morning. Also at turn in, I asked them to check the drivers side door and about some recalls. Jake Sims called me on Thu around 1200 and said that he contacted the extended warranty company and I had not been put into the system. I arrived at dealership at 300 and finally received warranty information at 600, which did not cover full amount but service manager adjusted the bill and I had to pay nothing. Thanks for a great job and quick service.

I ve used woody Anderson twice so far and every time it s a new issue. First time was for insurance repairs and I had to send the car back 3 times for obvious dents/paint imperfections left on the vehicle( still have one under driver side mirror but decide to just settle for it). To top it off, they didn t tell my insurance about other repairs they deceived to do without authorization which led to me having to almost pay out of pocket for a weeks worth of rental. Now as of Jan 11th 2021, I had a recall repair for my fusion set up since early December and time comes to drop my car off ( Jan 6th) and there was no communication or notes taking on my specific notes of needing a rental so now hear i am few days later with no rental and no work done after a month of waiting with a scheduled appointment ....

Update, 2 years later: The customer service is fantastic. Not service related, but I've been thinking about possibly trading in my vehicle for something different and called and spoke to Sarah Turner. She was full of information on steps I need to take for trade ins and more. I'll definitely be getting my next vehicle for W.A Ford!

Took my car to the shop there to have recalls fixed. My car was in great condition. Got fantastic gas mileage... well one of the recalls was with something in the fuel system. I got the car back and it went from getting 32/mpg to 22-23/mpg. I called to ask them to check it out because it was just fine before I took it there and the guy said it would cost me nearly $100 just to look at it. EVEN THOUGH THEY CAUSED THE ISSUE....... I ended up having a friend check it out and fix it for free and it works fine again.
Everything else they did was great! But I think it's wrong to charge for a mistake that they made...

I took my 2016 mustang in 2 weeks ago to get the heating core replaced and received my car back with more damage internally by the mechanic. First the start/stop button was sticking not allowing me to start the car or turn it off, then my bluetooth stopped working which they made me pay for when I brought it back the 3rd time and I picked it up yesterday and now only the passenger side of my interior light works and my underdlow kit is not working at all. I love my Mustang but the damage they are causing by going repeatedly inside of it makes me not want it anymore

Why have I given them such an excellent rating? They ve earned it the old-school way. They use honesty, dedication and hard work to make their customers happy. I began calling upon the services of this dealership, immediately after moving to Huntsville from Schaumburg Illinois in April of 2003. They began servicing our two Ford Vehicles that we brought down from Illinois. My wife and I have always had and we still have all of our service work done here on our two current Ford Vehicles. The Service Director, Pat Carroll is fantastic. His dedication to complete customer care and satisfaction is always evident. His integrity and ethics are passed on to the customers through via the efforts and personalities of his excellent team of Service Advisors and Technicians. Our requested advisor is Erica Ortiz. She is very pleasant, professionally polished and communicates extremely well. If you ever need parts (because warranties do expire), Jeff Waddell is a specialist who is excellent in every sense of the word. We have purchased 3 New Ford Vehicles from this Dealership in the past 4 years. The most recent was yesterday 9/06/12. Our salesperson, Sally Rochelle, made yesterday's buying experience the best that we've had in over a decade. Sally is very pleasant, honest, polished, forthright and knowledgeable. She s an excellent listener and truly has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful people that work therein.

So far so good. Every time I go here, the service is superb. I get my car detailed there as well and they always do an excellent job. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Look I m not someone who posts bad reviews over trivial matters. I m writing this because I had a not so great experience with the sales team at Woody Anderson. I went in to look at a white Stx F150. The truck had 4000 miles on it, because it had been loaned out to customers. So the sales guy told us Friday that we could get the truck for $33K. We picked it up and drove Saturday and Sunday to see if my wife could drive it. Anyways when I come in on Monday to buy the truck, the sales manager insists he needs $35K for the truck. I didn t think this was a good deal and asked if he d reconsider, he did not. Long story short I went to Boaz to Alexander Ford, and got the same truck with upgrades and 20 miles on it for $35,800. Sorry for the long review, but thought somebody might feel pressured into something that s a bad deal.

The agent, Guy Falkenberry created an air of trust. He explained the Woody Anderson buying process. He interviewed me to find out what I wanted and what was the range of the monthly payment. He guided me to online processes to facilitate the sale from my side.

The agent did a great job of getting me the kind of car I needed. My original desire was to get a used car. But, he created a package where I got a new car.

His approach was holistic. He considered my needs and put together Ford and Woody Anderson product to make the sale.

He took me for a test drive. Then we stopped and he went over all of the features of the car.

He brought in technology staffer Jaylyn Ligon to sync my phone and go over the technology features of the car.

I am impressed and very pleased with my experience at Woody Anderson Ford, Guy Falkenberry and Jaylyn Ligon. I strongly recommend the dealership.

The culture is definitely customer friendly from the time you arrive until you leave.

I have in the past felt like service was good at Dealerships, but not worth the premium you pay over local mom and pop shops. Woody Anderson though saves me money. Every time I take my car to a local mechanic shop, they identify 17 things that "NEED" to be fixed right away and the costs is always incredibly high. Woody Anderson has always been able to identify and fix real problems and as such they have saved me money. Additionally, you can get your regular service work done at their Quicklane for really reasonable rates. I'll be using Woody Anderson moving forward for my local mechanic work.

Working with Candace during a very difficult time (Covid) was wonderful. She was so professional and detail oriented. To complicate matters, the vehicle I was purchasing was subject to a recall. She went above and beyond to find an identical car for us not involved in the recall. She had to go to another state to find the car we wanted. She worked tirelessly to ensure the whole process went smoothly and the car was delivered just as she had promised. She was straightforward and honest in all her dealings with us. I would highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford and working with Candance Ledford.
