I brought my F150 here for a repair. It was grinding in the front end and whining in the rear end. I agreed to the service advisors 2 to 3 week wait before my truck could be looked at by the tech. It was 5 weeks before I received a phone call with the information about what was wrong with my truck. I was told the tech had 2 deaths in the family, so I accepted that it was later than I agreed to. I agreed to the price and work that needed to be done. I was told the work would be a 12 hour job. From this point on I was told the truck would be ready on multiple occasions and then I would never here back from my service advisor. 2 weeks and 5 days later I had to go to the service department because my calls were being ignored or I was being put on hold and hung up on, just to get an invoice that they were supposed to fax for me. When they brought the truck out to me later that day, it had the wrong set of tires on it . I specifically asked if they would replace the exact set I had and they agreed. I was told I would be compensated for that 1 mistake, still waiting on the compensation to come in the mail. The service advisor I had did not treat me well in any shape, form or fashion. He couldn't answer any of my questions. He even admitted that he had given me the run around about my truck for the past 8 weeks. I can say most of the problems I had were rooted at the service advisor assigned to me. The general manager contacted me after seeing this review and made an effort to resolve my situation. He was helpful and nice. I declined any resolution as I feel the problem should have been resolved earlier in the job , and that my review of my experience is accurate and truthful.
