I was frustrated with the Service Department. The number of days my vehicle was in the shop and the lack of communication were my concerns.
I communicated my apprehensions to the Woody Anderson Team. The Woody Anderson Team's response was to be more attentive to my concerns. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to address the issues.
Additionally, I want to thank Phillip, RJ and Bobby for being patient and understanding. They turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive relationship.
