Very well run shop. Excellent people skills. Repairs done quickly and without incident. Wonderful lounge/waiting area and fantastic restaurant attached. They also provide a courtesy van for those who can't wait on their cars. I can't say enough about how great the service department is!

Normally I give Woody Anderson Ford service Department a 5 star without hesitation! This last service visit was less than great though. My service report said my tires were in need of replacement. That the tread report said the tread was worn. That seemed odd because I had just gotten BRAND NEW TIRES 2 weeks prior. They are SO BRAND NEW, that the small rubber extrusion 'hairs' are STILL visible. This tells me either the service department needs to fine tune their machines because the readings were horribly off, or they just did a copy/paste of a previous service, or the service tech is making huge mistakes. Then I get to the payment counter, and I am told my total is "X" amount. Again, I am on a service contract! So my charge should be ZERO. I am suppose to be getting CREDITS instead! So I have to wait, because the clerk is waiting for my service Rep to change something so I have a zero owed. So now I am questioning my service contract the entire way home from this visit. Are my remaining services the true correct number, because it appears there is a PROBLEM with pulling up the right account, and doing the right services! I am questioning my oil changes, my fluid checks, and the ONE THING I asked for them to fix, the passenger side seat-belt that ratchets TIGHT against passengers, is still doing the same. So it wasn't even looked at. Am I really getting truck saving, mechanical preservation services done? I never questioned these things before. Now I am very concerned.

This was my first trip to Woody Anderson Ford and I have to admit I didn't expect very much. I had a recall on my Mustang air. I arrived on my appointed time, my car was looked over and the service person was very nice and showed me the waiting room with tv, coffee, doughnuts, newspaper, and restrooms. It took about an hour and then a lady named Liza came and got me, then took me to my car. She was very helpful. She gave me the paperwork and explain what it showed was done. I will use Woody Anderson Ford for any further
work on my car.

I have recently bought a used mustang out of state and needed to get the check engine light checked out. They took it back and took care of it as soon as they could. Keep in mind I say this knowing that it was by no means quick but the service all the same was good.
They have a nice waiting area with WiFi as well as a diner to get some food while you wait.

As a result I get my car serviced there every 5000 miles as recommended and would send everybody who asked me to Woody Anderson. They accommodated my children with a desperate area to watch TV while buying my car. They make sure I get to work on time when I'm doing my car off for service. Customer service is their #1 property. I have to tell you the experience buying a new truck from this dealer was the easiest ever. First of all a great big shout out to Pete Martino for getting this done. You want to talk about professionalism, Pete is the guy you want. I contacted Pete and told him what I was trying to buy a pre-owned truck. Unfortunately with my trade I had negative equity that no one would finance a used vehicle. So Pete suggested a new truck. They had several that had rebates that may help with the negative equity. I told him I would be by after work to look at the truck. You want to talk about customer service... his response was " I can bring the truck to your work, drop it off and bring your trade back for appraisal". Then just come by after work and work out a deal. AMAZING!!!. In the mean time Pete recommended doing an on-line credit app so everything would be ready when I got there. I did just that and when I got to the dealership everything was ready. After they finalized all the numbers I then sat down with Aaron Looney in finance..ANOTHER professional. Worked up several options and finally I chose the best one for me. Whole process was painless. Oh by the way... I arrived at the dealer around 6:30pm and finished signing the papers and out the door by 8:00pm. Could not have been happier. You want a place thats professional and has great customer service then go see Pete Martino and Aaron Looney at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. You wont be disappointed!

would NEVER recommend Woody Anderson Fors to anyone at this point. I have been left on the road several times (3 autistic children and myself being pregnant) since "repairs" or lack of on my van since my accident on April 22. Woody Anderson got my car on the 24th. I was told that they would keep me updated as to the repairs and progress being made, this did not happen. What I was told would take about a week and a half took more than 4 weeks and was still not right. 20 mins after I pick my car up it left me on the side of the road in the heat.
I have had nothing but problems with the AC going out every 4 days, the van overheating on me 3 times again leaving myself and at least 2 of my children on the side of the road in the heat and once in the pouring rain. I keep having to take my van into Woody Anderson every few days maybe a week and a half at the most. I have repeatedly ask to speak to someone higher up and as far as they have let me go is the shop manager Luke who has done nothing but try to put the faulty repairs on another shop (which did not do the repairs in question, i have not had problems with the repairs that were sublet to the other shop).
I have on several occasions asked to speak with Mrs. Anderson so that she may be made aware of the problems and given a proper opportunity to repair the van as the company has been paid to do. I have been told I have to follow a chain of command which to a point is understandable however not when the only two people between her and the shop manager are "always busy or in meetings"
After numerous attempts to speak with someone I called my insurance company to inform them that the van is still not fixed as thry have paid Woody Anderson to do and that they have been putting me off and a avoiding me about the repairs. Upon our conversation my adjuster informed me that I needed to tske the van to woody anderson and that they are responsible for making the repair with a non faulty part.
I then went to Ford to make arrangments to get the van back over to them and that is when I was told by Bobby (the man under Mrs. Anderson) that they will not be making the repair, that my insurance company refused the repair (which they didnt because the repair has already been paid for), I was also told that I did not need to come back and that he didn't need my money and told me that I could get a lawyer if I wanted and they could contact his lawyer.
***THIS IS ONLY PART OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. IT WOULD TAKE A WHOLE BOOK TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT HAS TRANSPIRED FROM APRIL TO NOW***

I brought the vehicle in for a recall and had a check engine light like before. I brought it in early. They did the recall. And then investigated the check engine light which is contaminated fuel. They charged me to determine this although I never thought they was going to. Theis is the second time in 4 years the vehicle had water in the tank. The fuel filter water seperator is a joke. Apparently ford has to replace the whole fuel system. 8 thousand dollars but I do not know because I asked for an estimate and have never been sent one. It s beem over a month. Water contamination is not covered even though this dealershiip did the work last time.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with this dealer. Previously I had ordered a vehicle that came in damaged. I was not notified when the car arrived, I just happened to stop in to see the new car being repainted in their body shop. When I asked them to cancel the order they assured me it was taken care of. I found out 10 weeks later that they did not cancel the paperwork, and had paid off my trade-in. It took them roughly a full year to get my loan reinstated.
More recently I had purchased a new vehicle from them. I also purchased the maintenance plan along with the auto butler plan. I did so hoping that I could have my car cleaned and maintained at the same time. It turns out that getting you car serviced on Saturdays is a major inconvenience. You show up at 9 AM and they say "come back after lunch and we can tell you if we will have time to get your vehicle in." So i canceled my maintenance plan intending to go somewhere more convenient, but it turns out the auto butler service (a service which had yet to be provided to me) is not refundable.
Within 5 months of purchasing my new vehicle I have traded it in for a Toyota just to ensure I would not have to go back to where I purchased it. Woody Anderson Ford does not care about the customer, just the sale.

By far the best dealership I've ever bought a car from in the past 20 years! I had a more complex two car trade. We quickly agreed on a price for a 2015 CPO Ford Explorer (and by "agreed upon" I mean I told them the price I wanted to pay and they said OK). We then moved to the value of my trades and they offered what I requested AND found an additional $750 CPO Ford rebate. Gary Wallace (sales person) and Tim Mahathey(sales manager) never attempted to "hide" the numbers ensuring the price of the Explorer, value for each trade and the rebate were all separate. Gary even came to my home in Madison to drive one of my vehicles to the dealership, returns calls/texts very quickly and kept me informed of the status of a minor repair. Phillip Henderson (sales person) also later assisted while Gary was out of the office in getting some "we owe" work complete and ensured I had a loaner car for the day. He was extremely professional and never missed a beat knowing exactly what needed to be accomplished, ensuring my limited time was a priority. I did have to go back an additional time or two because the weather mats had to be ordered and a new key had to be made BUT each time there was a clean waiting area with fresh coffee and recently baked cookies. On one visit Mrs. Anderson (owner) actually bought me lunch in the dealership's restaurant and spent time discussing my purchase experience. The positive culture of the dealership you read about in the reviews is directly attributed to her attitude and presence at the dealership. The guys I worked with on this deal couldn't say enough positive things about her. When it's time to trade my son's mustang I will definitely take my business to Woody Anderson in Huntsville!

On this service I had the Bulter Service which is a cleaning and waxing of my F150 truck. They did a good job but I am very pecuilar about my vehicles. On this treatment attention to detail was lacking with insuring that wax was removed from inside door edges, door handles and all areas that open, around edges. This service is great but I would like management to do a quality check once the service is completed to check these areas. I appreciate the service I want a quality job.

We were extremely impressed with the help we received at this dealership. Don Wessels was very helpful and put us in touch with Jim Sigle. We are careful buyers and needed someone who could explain the technology behind the hybrids available from Ford. After doing a lot of research, we found that the Fusion Hybrid and Energi were highly rated beating out the Toyota this year. After driving this car we understand why. As for the salesman, Jim explained everything exceptionally well. The best part was that these vehicles, which can be difficult to find, was available at this dealership through the commitment of the owner to get them on the lot quickly. Typically only large metro areas get these first. We fell in love with the car and the staff at WAF. They were helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We felt at home and never felt pressured. Jim took his time to take us through all the features, the pluses and minuses, and then took us through a test drive that clearly showed how the car works and reacts on the road. Truly this was a superb effort on their part. After 20 years of Volvos, we are back in a Ford and WE LOVE IT. Thanks Jim and Don!

The quick lane is anything but quick. The mechanics I have sat here and watched are extreme inefficient. It amazes me their isn't a manager or supervisor on duty digging in theirs butts about the lolly gagging. It took an hour to get the oil drained, tires removed, and one tire balanced. Normally they are slow but this is beyond slow. The staff present a inefficient and oh well attitude. I won't be vising the quick lane anymore.

I took my car in for an oil change. 9 hours later they still hadn't started it. I specifically went here since I was new to Huntsville and will be buying a new car soon and have been very happy with the last 4 Ford vehicles I have bought in other places. Unfortunately, the service you get is as important as the vehicle and there is no way I could deal with this service center on a regular basis. How it can take what they are estimating will be 10 hours to change the oil in a Ford Flex is beyond me. I will be trying out other car dealerships before I buy a car because Woody Anderson will NOT be where I go.

I was informed it could be covered under warranty but they would need to check the code to make sure.
It was covered and an the issue was corrected in a very timely manner.

And we weren't hassled by the sales team, like at other dealerships ;0) But we had to bring the Flex back a few years later for some warranty work engine work. Ford was hesitant to repair the vehicle but Woody Anderson's service team went above and beyond to make sure our Flex was repaired the right way & that Ford honored the warranty! In this day and age customer service is lacking but not with our salesman George Kostakis, he went above and beyond to get me the vehicle i wanted and then delivered it to me personally. I told him what i wanted and what i could spend and he got me the best deal at the best price. He is always available to answer any questions, i hate reading manuals.
