Several years ago I bought a used minivan from Woody. Sunday I received a cold call on my cellphone asking if I was thinking of trading it in.
No, actually my aunt was involved in a fatal accident in it several years ago, thanks for the cold call. Now of course this is an exception but this type of unwanted call never sits well with me and avoid any businesses that think this is a good way to get a sale.
Also calling my cell is nothing I agreed for you to do
(edit) a got another call from them a few months ago. I wasnt removed from their list.

Bought a 2020 explorer and within the first month, it was in the shop twice for electrical issues. New car manager made it clear that once money has changed hands, woody anderson ford does not care about customer happiness it was up to Ford. They call themselves a 5 star dealership. I would hate to see how they treat customers if they were a 4 star dealership. I hope the owner knows how a combat veteran with ptsd issues and only wanted to buy a reliable vehicle is treated when he expresses reliability issues on a new car that was supposed to be to for his wife and daughters safety. It's okay, because when I stop at a store and anyone asks me about my vehicle, i tell them dont buy anything from woody anderson ford, they will only rip you off.

I travelled here to make a used car purchase all the way from Chicago because the dealer had something very specific that I was looking for.

I was able to work with Adam and Logan in the commercial sales department to coordinate a test drive and eventually a purchase. I've been to a gazillion dealers in the past month working to find the specific truck I wanted and I cannot praise this dealer enough. The entire process was wonderfully straightforward and pleasant. Super-duper bonus points for the experience and personnel wearing masks (correctly) in the interest of safety during this miserable pandemic, something I have learned not to take for granted.

Although I may not make my way here again for a car purchase in the future as I am 600+ miles away, you best believe the kind people at this dealership will take good care of you. A million thanks for the terrific car-buying experience.

We enjoyed our time with our salesman Jeff Parker. He took his time with us and made sure all of the questions we had and type of vehicle we were looking for were met and answered. After helping us locate a vehicle he covered all details of vehicle we purchased. He followed up with us later to be sure all was well and answer any questions we might have. We certainly will be recommending him for anyone who will be car shopping.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They asked us what we were looking for and didn't try to push anything else on us. Quinton was wonderful! No pressure, wonderful customer service, and the friendliest people who are genuinely interested in getting you in the car that is right for you. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have not purchased a new car for several years and was anxious because of my past experiences with dealers. Woody Anderson Ford was my first stop. I met a salesman and told him what I wanted and why. After showing me what was available, we parted ways. I visited several other dealerships, but would go back to Woody Anderson Ford. I met with the salesman 7 times before I finally made my purchase. I never felt any pressure during the entire process and was always made to feel welcome. I highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford.

I ve got bad service from this department before didn t have the time to express my feelings and dislike. Today was over the load limit plus dealing with this virus in our state and needing my vehicle repaired. So I
Needing some work on my 2004 Sports trac made a phone call to Eric at the quick Lane shop on Jordan Lane where I normally get most of my work done on my Ford vehicles. Left my truck there before noon on Thursday. Left a note with the service guy at the front desk with what need to be done and about the Conversation Eric and I had earlier on the phone call that my front wheels feel loose possibly wheelbearings I stated that it was knocking noise when turning and would they get back with me with that diagnosis and advise. No one call me on Thursday or Friday, I call on Friday morning around 10am to check on vehicle with Eric he mentioned to me that he had sent my truck over to the big shop and gave it to the service advisor RJ Lanza, to look at it and he asked me if so call me on Thursday I said no! He apologized he ask for my phone number to say he was going to call him after we hung up and for him to give me a call. A waited until noon and gave the service department a call to find out that R.J. Was off At this time I m upset needing my vehicle so I can hook my trailer up to cut my yards. I talked to some other advisor to find out if any work had been done on that vehicle he mentioned to me it hasn t ask Tim to have it ready for me to pick up I ll be down to get it right now. If this is the way that Woody Anderson ford is gonna start treating their residual customers in the future I m gonna have to stop patronizing. The last incident I had quick Lane in 2019 they left The lug bolts off of my right front tire after having my tires rotated and balanced I drove all the way over to Madison before the tie almost fell off just a little indication as to how my experience has been with you all these last couple years.

I went to Ford in the hopes of trading in my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport SV, and meet Mr. Conner Hayes. He was very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable in helping me look the right fit, and than setting me up in my first Ford, a 2020 Ecosport. If you need a salesman that knows his stuff and makes it an enjoyable experience, please find Conner Hayes.

I am ECSTATIC about my new Ford Fusion!!! Biff Anderson, Doug Drake and Bobby White, made the process of buying a car, OUTSTANDING!!! Doug and Biff are truly remarkable people that will go out of their way to make sure that the customer is treated fairly. They are not like any other car dealership, that you may go to, they really treat you like your one of the family. Even the gentleman that showed me, how to sync my phone to the car, was very knowledgeable. If it wasn't for them, I don't know what I would've done. For anyone, looking to get a new or used car, don't look anywhere else, but, Woody Anderson Ford!!!

Took my 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium in for warranty repair and my car has sat for 2 days without even being looked at! I scheduled an appointment and took the first one which wasn't available for a month. The date gets here and we take the car in by 8:45 AM. We get a call the next day to let us know they haven't even looked at the car yet! What is up with this? Is it normal for a dealership to keep your car for days without even looking at it? What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a warranty repair if they aren't even going to have time to look at the issue? When they finally look at the issue, how long is it going to take to repair the issue?

I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape, my experience was very pleasant thanks to Jerry Moseley and Quinton Duncan! Also, I am really happy with my new vehicle. When I took my vehicle in for service, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Test drove two trucks today with Romero Christian and had my truck appraised for trade-in value. I had called Romero earlier in the day and he was quick to come in to work on his off day in order to show me the two trucks. He did a good job showing me the two trucks on a test drive and was kind and courteous. The show room and offices are very clean with glass walls and natural lighting. Overall I had great experience.

Very friendly easy to deal with. That's how the people are at Woody Anderson Ford. I told them 7 months ago that when my lemon was bought back (chrysler) that I was going to buy a car and that if the numbers worked out I'd buy it from them. Because of the deal and the friendliness of the people. I decided to travel almost 800 miles to buy my new mustang from Woody Anderson Ford. See Sterling Shorter for a great deal and awesome service.

Tried to buy a used 2009 Chevy Colorado with 36k miles. Upon delivery date it was discovered to have a serious electrical issue. It took three visits to get the problem corrected. Along the way the radio was replaced and the XM and onstar were left disconnected. After multiple trips back to the dealership to correct I was offered a small upgrade on the radio 1 oil change and a free tank of gas that I was told I would have to come to the dealership to claim (40 miles from my house).
Spoke with two managers about my unhappiness with the whole month long ordeal. I still don't understand why this vehicle passed inspection when being traded in and put on the lot.
Not a happy customer.

Every time I take my mustang here, it leaves with more problems than it came in with. Replaced transmission at 90k miles, shortly thereafter had to have a throttle actuator replaced. Car started overheating after the throttle actuator replacement and it turns out they didn't connect something properly and it seriously messed my car up causing the need for more costly repairs. Just got the radiator situation fixed a few weeks ago and as I was leaving Woody Anderson the emission control lamp went off on my dash so I called back up the next day and the my service advisor said it's probably the catalytic converter. Not ever taking my car back to these people. Whether they're intentionally being crooks or not they obviously have no clue how to fix a car. Will be taking my mustang to a different dealership in another city just so I don't have to deal with Woody Anderson Ford's subpar service station. Ugh!

After buying cars from Miami, FL to HSV, AL over the past 50 years, I am so grateful for the opportunity to let everyone know what an awesome experience I had at WAF! I had the pleasure of working with Bobby White, GM who was adamant about making sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase. I have never been treated as well as I was at this dealership! WAF's #1 priority is their client and he made me a deal I couldn't refuse! If you are looking for a car, please do not pass up buying from WAF! It'll be the best experience you ever have! And the best is the class they offer to show you how to use the computers in these new cars! They explain everything and feed you at the same time! Unbelievable how they roll our the r ed carpet for their customers! I'm a believer in Woody Anderson Ford and their employees! When you see happy faces in any company, you know its a good place to work and shop! WAF has it all!

Best car buying experience ever. My wifes father recommended Woody Anderson Ford in Madison. He highly recommended a salesmen named Brandon Cook. Brandon went out of his way to take care of us in finding a vehicle for our 16 year old son. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and have never had a salesperson like Brandon who would go out of his way to take care of his customers. I would also like to recognize Bif Anderson for his professionalism in closing our car deal. Because of both of these gentlemen my wife and I are now Woody Anderson customers for life.

I had to drop off my F150 to their service department to find out why it was running rough and occasionally throwing codes. It turned out it just needed it's 100k mile tune up which was great news since I was expecting major problems. Tim white and the rest of service dept did a great job with the vehicle! I've used them numerous times and they always get it right the first time!

I recently bought a car with the help from Lee Wood and Stephanie Peterson. The whole process was super easy and stress free! They worked with me and my work schedule and had the two cars I was trying to decide between there and ready for me to test drive and all the information about them side by side for me to compare. They also weren't pushy and were really patient with me. I would recommend going to see Lee Wood if you are looking for a new car!

THIS my third vehicle to be purchased at WAF. Absolutely love my interactions with all the OUTSTANDING associates. My long time service representative, Tim White, is just the best ever! He routinely goes that extra mile to take care of any concerns me as a customer might have. Even though this is my third vehicle purchased from WAF, I still did in depth due diligence before deciding dealer I would buy from. Each time WAF had the best deal. Great deal, great service....sounds like a win-win to me.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle for Wopdy Anderson Ford. From beginning to end, James "BeBe" Morris was extremely professional and entertaining throughout the process. Cris Wagget also made the finance process and made great recommendations based our purchase background. James and Cris provided top notch, personalized concierge service and we are extremely please with the service we recieved from the Woody Anderson Ford family.

I really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but time and time again I've been disappointed. It started when I bought my car and they transferred my plates, used the wrong screws, and punched two holes in the trunk of my car (they touched them up but did not repair the damage). The next incident was when I was having an engine recall done and they broke my windshield. I discovered it as I was picking up my car. They replaced it, but it took forever. I purchased the AUTO BUTLER package with my new car, which is applied every 6 months. Unless it's raining, because they apparently installed a detailing platform outdoors? My appointment has been rescheduled for two months, which tells me they're selling more AUTO BUTLER packages than they can adequately service. In other instances, I've dropped my car off, and at pickup they told me they could only complete half of the items it was there for, forcing me to take another day to go and drop off my vehicle at a later time. I'd highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you have a choice.

EDIT: Updated to 3 stars pending service. Service manager called me after my review was posted and managed to schedule me in. I applaud their prompt response to a post on social media.

Called about a red Edge, sent my credit app in, spoke with Internet sales, drove 2 hours 75 miles for the edge was sold in the 2 hours it took to drive there, no call from anyone letting me know. Got there and was shown two other Edges neither was red, 1 was already sold again and the other edge within my budget had dents and the rear bumper was repainted but never finished with clear coat, front chrome grill had crack in it. 2 hours and 75 miles drive back, very unhappy with the service I got.

Great dealership! Bought a 2016 Certified Escape via the Web. There were some issues with the vehicle, but I am thoroughly satisfied with the professional and prompt way these were handled AFTER the sale and out of state...Much to the credit of Woody Anderson Ford's great sales team! A million thanks! You have my utmost admiration...

I turned my car in the night prior to my appointment so that they could get to it first thing in the morning. I didn t receive any updates. I messaged them multiple times throughout the day. They replied back that someone would get to my car. They are getting ready to close and still, no one has even looked at my car. My husband took the day off from work so that I can get the kids around to and from school. They couldn t even tell us when or if they would look at it tomorrow. They could have offered a loaner car, but they didn t offer anything. We are incredibly disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

I bought my car here in 2009 and have always taken...

I bought my car here in 2009 and have always taken it to the Quick Lane for service. I have never had any problems or distrust until the past several oil changes. They said my back brakes had to be changed immediately and then all of a sudden they were fine. Two oil changes ago they marked all items green. My vehicle was not driving correctly and there was not any transmission fluid exactly 20 days after my oil change. They couldn t find the problem other than they didn t check anything. This last week I had to get the oil changed and they once again marked all items green. The next morning it was raining and the wiper on the driver side was split The next day I know something was not right and once again no transmission fluid. I went back and they apologized and said it would take 3 to 4 hours to check it. They did refund my money. I don t know how long this has been happening but I feel they ruined my car by not serving it and checking things. That is their job and what they are paid to do. Now my car is not driving correctly. All vehicles should be treated like they are right off the showroom floor. I believe in taking care of my car. I do have to say the guys that work in the office part are courteous and only go by what the technicians are telling them.

My F-150 was taken to body shop and took longer than I anticipated. The truck wasn't fix the 1st time and we had to take it back. Woody Anderson did fix the problem and provided transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Day 1: I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a ford ...

Day 1: I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a ford truck. After waiting in the in the lobby for 2 hours with my wife who was pregnant and my 4 year old daughter, the sales manager finally started the paper work. We waited another hour until a sales lady names Sharon Owens asked us to come to her office and sit. Finally she comes and ask me what I'm interested in. After sitting for 4 hours, I was told that all the banks were closed and I will get a call on Black Friday. We were there from 2:30-7:00pm really? It took that long to tell me the banks were closed?

Day 2: Black friday, it was 2:30pm and I never received a phone call. I called because I really wanted a ford truck and I didn't want to drive to Decatur to pick out a new truck at Lynn Layton Ford. I have to call 3 times to get a response from the sales lady(Sharon Owens) that said she would call me back. Seemed like they were not interested in me. Finally I get a call that says they are still working with the bank and again they will call me saturday. So I missed the black friday sale which they advertised as $7000 rebate and a discount online and on tv. I needed the rebates because I had overhead on my car.

Day 3 Saturday: I get a call at 12:00 that says come in so I can look at some other trucks. I get there at 3 and I was way over priced with a new crew cab truck. $7000 rebate? yeah right! I was only offered $3,250. False advertisement? KBB quoted my car $17,000 and they only offered me $13,000. I did my homework before hand. They suggested I look at a supercab which was supposed to be cheaper. Online they offered super cabs for $25,000 Starting. When the sales manager had me wait 1.2 hrs so they could bring the truck from Huntsville location to madison. After waiting again the sales manager has to call to see why the guy getting the truck, to bring to madison so I can test drive it, is not there yet. Sales manager says the truck is blocked in and they cant find the keys. Again, poor service. They only thing good there was the coffee. They still gave me an offer on the truck that I couldn't test drive. As I figured, sales manager over priced the truck to make a huge profit rather than get rid of inventory. $25,000 truck and she overpriced it to $33,000. I spent the whole alabama auburn football game there. Thats how long I was there.......again.

Summary:
1.Do your homework before you go.
2. If they don't call you back and you have to keep calling them, they don't want you as a customer.
3. They over price and do not give large rebates as advertised.
4. Buyer beware.

Went in to get warranty work done on my Ford Raptor only to find out they will not even look at it until December 26th. This is beginning of October. I would not purchase a vehicle here that can't be serviced. The lady who was taking my information had the " oh well" attitude. I asked if there was a number I could call or another dealership and she so.ply told me each Ford is its own entity so good luck.

Candace was super helpful! I recently had a car accident and needed guidance on a rental while mine was being repaired. She got me in touch with Danielle, in their rental department, who was super helpful as well. Woody Anderson Ford definitely has the "Customer Service" thing down to a science. This review is for the Service Department only. I called and scheduled for an oil change and recalls 4 weeks in advance. I showed up at 7:00 am on 03/15/2018 dropped my car off and used there shuttle service to get back home (which is very convenient). My car was there all day with no calls from the Service Advisor or anyone for that matter. I called them at 3:00pm to get the status of my vehicle, only to find out that my car had not even entered the shop yet due to workload. My service advisor was nowhere to be found when I was shuttled back and some other advisor gave me my keys.

Someone should have called and notified me that my car was not going to be repaired that day, instead I took a day off from work for no reason at all.

Either hire some more tech's to handle the workload or follow up with your customers. A simple 3 minute phone call could have saved an entire days paid leave for me.

It's pretty simple.

I've been buying Fords for nearly 40 yrs, this dealership is by far the most convenient and professional of any that I have dealt with. The showroom and sales areas are top notch. The customer service is amazing. My salesman was knowledgable, polite and respectful of my needs. The purchase of my 2015 Fusion was quick, easy and without pressure. Woody Anderson Ford just inherited a new repeat customer. Thanks to everyone there who made this an exceptional experience.

Let me start by saying Danielle and her management...

Let me start by saying Danielle and her management are great service coordinators. Danielle went out of her way to give me great experience. The vehicle service itself not so great. Let me outline all that has went wrong:

1. They broke my vent air freshener off and threw it in a console, and turned the one on that was off, the only they would reach this vent is if they were reaching across the drivers seat into the glove box.

2. They broke my expensive windshield wiper blade off, and replaced it with a cheap stock one. Danielle did not bring me my car, so she didn t get to tell me about it. She did however offer to make them match or reimburse me if I purchased the one they broke.

3. They washed my truck which is only hand washed in 23 degree weather. When I picked it it was covered in ice and frozen soap. My mirrors automatically tilt when in reverse, ice was built up and I could here the motors grinding trying to move. I don t think it did damage but you never know with vehicle motors and actuators as to how strong the plastic gears are.

4. Taking my truck through the car wash, mind you it has 13,000 miles, water was pushed into the fender flares, and the water froze expanding causing two of them to separate from the vehicle. Plus on a side note as a corrosion engineer, detergents that are specially made for the cold don t dissolve or emulsify in under 40 degree weather, the soap sticks to any metal surface increasing corrosion by 150 percent.

5. This is the worst of the worse, took my son to a Hawks game in Atlanta, and while pulling into Georgia my truck started smoking, opened the hood and oil was everywhere, the service person didn t secure the oil fill cap and the cap blew off, had to buy a new cap and 7 quarts of oil.

Bottom line their customer service reps are great, the service department not so great. So I will pay to get my fender flares repaired, and take my truck elsewhere for service. I suggest if you care about your vehicle (and let s face it we don t spend 45k on trucks not to care) I suggest you service your vehicle elsewhere.

had an oil leak which did not get repaired when they replaced the clutch on my 2013 focus 7 months earlier. I brought it back literally on the last day of my 5 yr power train warranty and they without hesitation took care of replacing the main rear seal and a few other items without charge to me. They have a nice restaurant on site since the brand new renovation. Had service here on my other fords and they have been reasonable and competent. Service department runs a first class operation and the advisors are courteous and knowledgable.

Avoid this service center like the plague. It took three weeks to get my car back for a warranty repair on a steering column control module, which was causing several steering wheel buttons to not work (the cruise control was non-functioning and the volume buttons didn't work). While I was retrieving my car, a man was sitting there equally discontent that it'd taken two days just to get an oil change.

There is not a single chance on this planet that I will ever bring my car back to your woefully under-staffed service department that has ONE experienced electronics technician working 80 cars in queue every day. I didn't have to pay a dime for the service or the rental, and I still will never bring my car back. I'll go to Lynn Layton, or I'll drive a lot further if I have to.

The ONLY reason I am giving you two stars is because your service advisors and service manager did what was necessary to keep me in a vehicle for the three weeks it took to fix my car, and it didn't cost me a penny (as it shouldn't for someone with a "Platinum Care" extended warranty on top of the regular bumper-to-bumper warranty).

Frankly, it shouldn't cost anyone within the regular warranty a dime either, and this is a serious problem with Ford, if it's true that it's a Ford policy to not provide a loaner anymore for warranty work unless you have an extended warranty. That's what I was told when I was there, and I was utterly disappointed in my recent purchase of a Ford vehicle when I was told that. If that's true, this will be my last Ford. Very sad, as I come from a family of Ford owners.

This makes 2 cars I have bought from Woody Anderson Ford. Comparing to other dealerships, Woody Anderson makes buying a breeze. No run around or crap, just flat out moving vehicles. From sales to financing it's a walk in the park. Woody Anderson Ford is my dealer of choice.
