We bought our Ford Explorer Sport 2 months ago and are enjoying it so much. The ride is so smooth! Love the roominess and all the features. We have 4 Fords in our family and everyone is very pleased. Thank you Woody Anderson Ford for excellent service and courteous and professional staff!

Terrible experience. Salesman was good but the manager was extremely rude. I was told the car would be $31,431 (and it was even listed as that price) but after sitting down to negotiate the price went UP to 34,650? Factoring in taxes is one thing but over $3000.. My explanation? I never received one. Just spend a little more drive time and go to a good dealership. I bought the same car for 5k less at a different dealership.

My car is a used vehicle but when a company sent a recall because of safety hazard it is their responsibility to fix it. We took my car to their shop, as they requested after sending several letters, to get my head lights worked on. The warranty department told the agent that was working with us that Ford does not approve of the work needed to be done and will not fix their recall. Ford has highly disappointed my family and will not get any recommendations from us.

5 stars to Tim my service rep!! 5 stars to Kevin! Mary in the rental department is very rude! Don't EVER make a mistake of having anything happen to a rental she will claim she has nobody to pick it up. Even if you tell her you have personal items in that rental. No type of urgency or concern . Don't let it be a storage fee, because you will be made to pay more than expected since she will claim no one can go get the car. All them workers and no one can go pick up a car?! I'm already paying the fees, why make me feel as if you don't care about me getting my things. Especially since I been calling since Saturday! Then I couldn't go make sure all my things was out of the car myself. I'll never know if I left something since she claim to brought me everything out of the car. Ban me from renting IDGAF just let ME make sure all MY items is out the car!

Body and Paint shop did an outstanding job. Extremely easy checkin. They called when ready for pickup. Mustang was waiting outside door when I finished a very short checkout procedure. The car had been washed and vacuumed in addition to the paint shop work. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Great experience.

They were able to take care of my car and drop me off so that I didn't miss any of my other daily tasks. I am prior service also. It was an excellent experience, I felt no pressure and had a knowledgeable salesperson. Very professional.
The basic process was that he should me a car that met my wants, needs and budget and then let me decide. He then took care of all the details.

We worked with Anthony Leach for several days looking at different cars to help us get better gas mileage and a better car payment. We tried the Focus Electric over night, but had issues with it charging all the way overnight; however, it drove great. Next we tried the gas Focus, because we wanted to see if there was a big difference, also the gas would be more probable when it comes to making trips to see grandma. Anthony explained everything top to bottom on every vehicle we looked at, the CMAX, Focus Gas, Electric, and Hybrid, Fusion and Fusion Hybrid, and Mustang. Anthony was knowledgeable, answering every question we had. We did decided that right now was not the right time to trade for us; however, we would recommend Anthony Leach and Woody Anderson Ford to any of our friends!

I would strongly recommend against buying a car from Woody Anderson Ford or using their Service Department. The service department seems to be completely incompetent. I say this because of my last 3 visits there. I ve taken my car twice for a check engine light. They don t know what the problem is; told me to ignore it. Took it another time for a loud thumb noise when you start off from a stop. First, they said they hadn t seen it before, then they said another car came in with the same problem, then they kept it for a week and changed a bunch of parts making it worse, then they told me it was a product characteristic and they weren t going to do anything else to fix it. Also, I made an appointment to leave me car days in advance, but when I get there, they have no record of it, or any record of any other time I have brought the car in. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.

*** Update: I did take my car back to Woody Anderson again and they kept it for 2.5 weeks. They did provide me a rental car and were all very nice, but I don't believe anything was really fixed with my car. I do believe they made an effort to fix the car, but the car may simply be a lemon or it was beyond their capabilities to repair it.

I bought a 2014 F-150 which was certified pre-owned with an extended warranty. It has a vibration issue which was mentioned at the time of purchase, and I was told it would be taken care of. It has been back 3 times for the same issue without any fix. I will be making an appointment again today to hopefully get it resolved. The service dept has too many layers to work through. It takes a while to get in the shop after setting the appointment (ex. Call today it may be 2-3 weeks before it can be brought in). Then you have to tell the service writer the same thing that was told to the appointment setter. The 1st time was 3 weeks, the last 2 times were within 7-10 days. There is a lot of room for improvement to reduce the time to get it in, and to cut some personnel layers. The service advisor/writer should be the only one a customer would need to confer with for appointment setting and nature of complaint. I gave it 3 stars for the courtesy of the employees. Hopefully it will get resolved and I can complete a later survey with those results.

Turns out I got a car that has electric and gas. My salesman was fantastic got me a great price. Rest as they say is history.

From the salesman(Jim Sigle) to the staff in the shop, everyone was professional, knowledgable, and I felt I was not getting any BS. Eric and the guys at Quick Lane Service do a good job and are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this over the appointment service. It's first come first serve, but they usually can accommodate you that day even on jobs more involved than just an oil change or tires. Had my stock plugs and shocks changed out among 2 or 3 other things replaced on my car at the 100K mark. Arrived there at 4pm and got my car back that same day.

I always receive outstanding customer service from the Quick Lane for my three Ford vehicles. The entire staff is friendly and they sincerely welcome my business at every routine maintenance or repair service. Recently, my Mercury received an oil change in a professional and timely manner. No other required maintenance was recommended and I trust the honesty of technicians and administrative staff. I always look forward to my periodic visits because of the courtesy and quality of service. The receptionists are pleasant to communicate my service requirements and provide clear solutions. Occasionally, I am invited to talk directly with the technicians for a better understanding for vehicle maintenance needs. Please keep up the outstanding work at the Quick Lane facility. Scheduled service for multiple recalls on my vehicle. The soonest they could schedule me was "4 months out for recalls". So here it is the day of service and I bring my car in at 8am. I also had a doctor's appointment at the VA, I have a Rx to pickup in Madison then drop off in Huntsville, and a 130 appointment on the Arsenal. I made the lady working here aware that I have things that must get done today and she said they wouldn't have my car long and I could just wait but the shuttle will bring me to my appointment. It's now 430pm and they haven't even started working on my vehicle I don't have a Rx that is necessary and can't get it until Monday now. When I called 2 different people asked if I could pick it up the following day - Unfortunately I have a funeral to attended in Tuscaloosa tomorrow morning and have to have my vehicle. So I waited 4 months for this appointment and they did no work on my vehicle after being in their possession for an entire day.

My advice is drive to Lynn Layton Ford in Decatur. I called them and they are going to fix the recalls next week - not to mention they aren't rude like the woman Danielle Russell at Woody Anderson.

I was in and out quickly and the service manager, Scott did a great job communicating the status. I have had interaction with many of the employees including my sales professional James Morris and general manager Bobby White. They are always friendly and quick to respond to any questions and offer help. I highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford and appreciate the service they have provided us.

I can honestly say that it was the fastest and most hassle free car buying experience I have had the pleasure of having and if I ever have the need for a vehicle and Woody Anderson Ford has it or can get it then that's where Im going .Its close to a 2 hour drive one way from my home but it was well worth the trip. Shopped online for a used vehicle. Woody Anderson's site was easy to use. Found 2 vehicles we wanted to explore so dropped by. The sales agent we met was Kathey Hamer. She was comfortable to work with and worked hard with us to identify any issues we had and obtain a resolution which led to a satisfactory purchase of a 2009 Yukon. We are very happy with this vehicle and would not hesitate to go to Woody Anderson for another vehicle when the time comes.

I Wait over 2 months for appointment to bring car in for servicing. On day of I sat in waiting room for a ride back home for over an hour. Not bc they were to busy, but bc I was skipped over and had multiple people whom can in after me leave before me. I had to walk out front twice and ask them not to not forget about me getting a ride 5 mins up the road. They still did not look at my car for another 3 days and when they finally did they fixed it in an hour. Only to find out it didn t fix the issues I was having which I specifically asked about and the mechanic assured me it would fix it. Called 2 days in a row to figure out when I could bring it back and was forwarded to my mechanic who never answered or returned my voicemails. So I drove it up there myself and they took it right in and diagnosed it the next day as needing a new alternator. He quoted me at right under $700 and this included their friends and family discount. I called around to a number of different auto shops and the max I was quoted was $350 for the exact same job. What an insane dealership up charge!! I was offered no compensation for the first $378 I spent on my car that took my fix engine light off but had absolute no effect on the huge issues that are plaguing my car.

I had a really bad experience buying an Explorer two years ago from this dealership. I swore I would never deal with them again. My daughter is needing a new F150 to drive to college this upcoming fall. I stopped in to simply look at selection and options, with intent on buying elsewhere. I was greeted on the lot, while looking, by Stanley I (can t spell last name). I told him what I was planning on doing, and he simply made a request to earn our business back. He is an incredibly courteous and professional sales rep, and one Ford should be proud of. it took me almost a month to get everything put together. Most reps would call you three times a week, and bother you, but he simply called one time to ask if he could provide any more information. Bottom line, we bought a new truck from him Saturday. He is now the only one that I ll deal with in all of Ford. We have bought 12 new Ford vehicles across seven different states. He is one of the best I have ever worked with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brian Williams, office next door, is my new #2. Ok, for one I have never owned a Ford product nor has anyone in my family history. We went a test drove all major brands and ended up with ford f-150. The reason we bought the vehicle from here was the atmosphere, customer service, non pressure sales, the time they spent with us to make sure we understand the vehicle and the financing.
The sales person Dylan Means was by far a fantastic person to deal with and made us feel like we where the only customer and most important, he covered everything we needed and if he didn't know he was honest and said I don't know but will get you an answer, which he did. No pressure sales.
Aaron Looney, I apologize if missed spelled was our financial expert, he also did a great job and worked hard to get us the best deal he could. It was quicker then expected and much smoother then past purchases from other dealerships. Great place with great people.

Follow up to my 1st review. I was contacted immediately after my review from the Woody Anderson Ford team. The service department verified the part in the online catalog did not match my vin number for my escape. Though, was still able to order the correct part and get the problem under warranty fixed within two days. Thanks for stepping up the service and following through.

Want to start off by saying I have always owned a ford since I was 15.
(Mustangs, Explorer, Focus, Escape)
Have no problem with the sales team or my salesman Daniel Lopez.
The sales team is the best in Huntsville.
My problem is the service department. They are the worse in the state of Alabama. Besides owning a 2017 Ford Escape, I also own a 2013 Nissan Leaf. The Nissan place has got Woody Anderson beat in the Service Department on so many levels. Mrs. Anderson should take a page from the Nissan dealership and setup the service in the Service Department.

I have been trying for 6 months to get a simple 110 outlet replaced under warranty. I have had numerous appointments saying the part has came in only to bring the car down to the dealership only being the wrong part. Once again today I had an appointment to get the outlet replaced. I received the call at 7:15am the part was here. Made the trip to the dealership only to be told again the wrong part was shipped.
What a JOKE !! Mrs. Anderson you have a bunch of Clowns working for you in the Service department. At the rate this is going my warranty will be up on the Escape before it gets fixed under warranty.

I have been going to Woody Anderson Ford for 6 years now. Everyone from Anthony (Sales Person) from Pam in customer service to even Cody in the Service department has been great. They get me in and out in no time. They all go out of the way to make you feel at home. They know me by name when I go in and that's means a lot because that shows me that they care about their customer. I would say that Woody Anderson Ford is the best in my opinion in Customer Service. My wifes car is a 2012 Ford Fiesta. The engine service light had come on last week. As we've relocated to Madison, Alabama from Northern New Jersey in November, we had the car serviced at our Ford dealership before we relocated.
We brought the car into to your service department. In 10 minutes they had reset the system as the original dealer failed to do so. And I wasn't charged for the process.
Then I went into the beautiful showroom and was greeted by Don Wessels who introduced us to Adrian Real nice guy that Don!
And finally financial wiz Chris Waggett who worked hard to try and meet our requirements and got us our loan.

I am glad I came to Woody Anderson Ford and look forward to continued business throughout the years.

It would be a better experience if while you were waiting for over an hour the service lead would review past service and make recommendation instead of waiting for the vehicle to be moved into the service bay before they make recommendations. They do a lot of things that take too much time. For example this past trip I waited 1.5 hours before they had my truck in the service bay, so I went truck shopping on the lot. I got a call about a recommended coolant flush based on age and mileage. Why couldn't he had done that during the first 1.5 hours. The previous visit they recommended a transmission flush based on mileage. I had to remind them that I had already completed that service. I do like the quick lane, but they could make it a lot quicker. If they want 5 stars then it need to really become the quick lane.

My sales person, Richyle Payne, went above and beyond providing invaluable information and service. She helped guide me in making the right purchase decision, put me in touch with technical experts to address my concerns, and was always professional even when I was being a bit difficult. Woody Anderson always does the tremendous job whenever issues arise with my cars. Friendliness, cleanliness of the workspace and customer Areas and just plain attention to detail. My service manager James Cooper absolutely took care of everything.
