Service department tried to charge me $250+ to unplug and unscrew a sensor which would take about 15 minutes to perform (nothing had to be removed and easy to get to). After complaining I was changed $130+. Less than a month the engine light came back on and computer showed it was the same sensor. When I looked at the sensor I could see that it was first plugged in and then screwed in causing the wires to twist and short. While the service department had my Escape I received a call telling me that they were wrong and that it was upper & lower intake gaskets causing light to come on (mileage only 100,400). They left the replaced sensor in and returned my $130+. A week later the engine light came back on so I tested the sensor myself and it showed it had a short. I replace the sensor and the light hasn't come back on which tells me my intake gaskets are fine. I have purchased two vehicles from this place but I will never return and because of the way I was treated I will not purchase another Ford. Woody Anderson Ford proved themselves not trustworthy.
