The folks at Woody Anderson get kudos for their customer service and quality of work. Bought my Mustang there 11 years ago and I keep bringing back there for most all services.
They were very easy to work with and conduct business with. Incredibly positive experience for me. I did not feel pressured during negotiations or at any point in the deal. Great job!
I had to go back to make sure the coolant overflow was cleaned up. The coolant was changed, but the overflow was dried and dirty.
Also the comment "oil leak" was on the technicians comments. I don't know if he fixed it, or just saw it. But now it leaks alot more than before I took it in.
Very courteous and professional service department staff.
Came to purchase a new car after ours was totaled in Hurricane Sally along with my parents who s car was also totaled. Could not have asked for a better experience! Dylan Means and Brian Williams helped the both of us and they were phenomenal. They were so helpful and took the best care of us all while we were there. We will definitely return to WAF for any future car purchases!
They do not honor what is advertised on price, what a shame I went to Mazda and they did what they advertised, so I bought there.
Awesome dealership! Tony was great and very helpful.
Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Woody Anderson a bit over 3 months ago. Checked inspection report and said everything was okay. First week I had it, the wheel speed sensor went out requiring loss of vehicle for a day - they had it fixed and all good....I thought. Then it starts to cool off and I try to use the heat. It works great on the passenger side, but not at all on the drivers side. So I research and everything I find says its's a bad heater core - back it goes for another day down and they tell me it's fixed. It is warm for a few weeks and assume it is good. Then it cools off again and again I tell them it is a bad heater core and they told me it isn't. Gone for another day and they tell me it is fixed again. So now it's in the 20's and I call to report the problem again (and am told the problem is not the heater core, but they haven't called back in over a week). I gave up and ordered a seat heater so at least my body is warm, though I have to wait a long time to defrost the windows (only the passenger side heats) and my feet are frozen (there is no floor heat on the driver side). Be VERY wary if you get a used vehicle here. Over 20K spent and I have a nice ride....in warm weather.
I bought my Expedition here.. it s been a great vehicle.. you can t beat the customer service at this place!!
I had a great buying experience here but using their service department is an exercise in frustration. Most recently; I called over a week before my airbag recall appointment (that I had to wait almost a month for...AFTER a couple of weeks for the part to arrive) to ask that they have the transmission looked at while they have the car because it isn't going into gear consistently and even stalled on me. Over the phone they said not a problem and it would be added to the ticket for the 7am apt that was already scheduled. In reality, at 2:30pm on the day of the appointment, I'm told the 'transmission tech' has at least 8 ahead of me and they would have to keep my car until the next week just to LOOK at it. This is on a Wednesday. Really?
This is not my first frustrating experience with the service department but it will be the last. I have 7k miles left on my warranty and was debating about letting it lapse, trading the car in, or extending the warranty. I will be trading it in, just not with them!
Update:
After making the drive to Athens to have McClary Ford service my car I've decide to keep my Ford Edge and buy the extended warranty. I'm just never going back to Woody Anderson Ford and my next purchase will definitely not be through them.
I was delighted by my only visit to Woody Anderson Ford. I will certainly return! I was greeted by the Service Manager at the door, and then referred to RJ. RJ was courteous and helpful. The routine maintenance was completed quickly and effectively, and my old car had been washed and spruced up by the time I retrieved it. The cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend service at this dealership!
Took my car to them twice, once for service and the other for body work following an accident. Both times they were courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job repairing my car after the accident, there is no trace of the damage. I would definitely recommend them.
The guy telling me I needed to switch out the tires told me he could order the tires and get them installed for $180. I double-checked with him while I was on the phone with him a second time and he verified. I needed to get it verified since my friend was taking my car in for me while I was at work. They ended up charging me almost $230 for it and because I wasn't there and all of their people have gone home already my friend just had to pay that on my card. The serviceman told me it would be about a hundred and eighty installed not 230. Be very careful with these charlatans and make sure that you get it in writing or something because they will try to Swindle you if they can
We bought a used vehicle that we say advertised on the internet We live in another state. Scott Lawrence was very helpful and prompt in getting us all of the information about the car that we needed. Aaron Looney was responsive and helpful in getting all of the financing and other paperwork in place. He over-nighted docs to me and answered all of my questions accurately. Scott arranged to have the car delivered to Birmingham so we could pick it up.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Woody Anderson Ford, Scott Lawrence and Aaron Looney to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in MS or AL.
Excellent vehicle and exceptionally friendly sales and finance staff. We worked out a very fair deal in a low pressure environment. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
Ford is very good at taking care of my vehicle. Eric is very helpful and their team and staff are good with follow up and timely with getting folks in and out with their problems solved.
Thank you so much to Jeff Parker and Daniel Godwin for giving me such amazing service with trading in my Kia for my new Ford Focus. What a wonderful dealership. I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. Great food and great people. I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for their next auto or truck purchase.
Great first experience at Woody Anderson Ford's service department. Comfortable customer lounge. Very courteous staff.
Parts people are most helpful and very nice to deal with.
I bought my ford fusion about 3 weeks ago I love it. My salesman was very nice and not pushy. It was a very nice experience and they were very helpful. I would recommend Woody Anderson to my friends and family.
I just moved to Alabama, my 2013 f150 started leaking coolant. I took my truck to Woody Anderson Ford. Every single person that I had an interaction with was amazingly respectful and as nice as can be. They replaced my water pump. When I got back into my truck I had no heat. I went inside and talked to Eric ( he works in the quicklane) He went and got the technician who worked on my truck. His name was Weston. We found there was some air that was stuck in my coolant system. He drove the truck down the road and got it out. All in all, these guys are the best! I will definitely be coming back as a customer as long as I am in Huntsville!
Experience was great! Service was done in a timely manner. Waiting was at a minimum.
James Morris is a great salesman. He is very attentive and goes above and beyond to get you into the best vehicle for your family and your budget! Definitely 100% recommend and will keep coming back!
I bought a NEW 2018 Mustang GT and it broke down after 20 miles. They've been trying to fix it for TWO weeks since I bought it and they have NO IDEA what's wrong with it. The worst part is the customer service. It's sub-par. I don't think Woody Anderson or Ford Motor Company cares that I just bought a car from them. I'm finding out afterwards that friends and colleagues have had similar experiences with their lackadaisical service. I've always been a big Ford fan but now I'm starting to think I should have bought a Camaro SS.
I bought a used mustang from them. A crack in the windshield under a sticker was noticed after I got it home. Woody Anderson fixed it for me. I appreciate this so much because I didn t see it when I bought the vehicle. Thank you to Woody Anderson! I was worried that they wouldn t fix it for me but they made it right.
Great service and can solve most issues. Although this visit I requested to have my Speedometer adjusted and they could not fix this issue. New tires were installed - they were bigger than the original although not much bigger and the Speedometer is now off by 4 mph. They could not fix this issue and basically said that I will just have to deal with it. Which also means that the fuel consumption is also off now.
Our first visit was ruined by a condescending sales woman. Prior to visiting, my girlfriend and I were researching vehicles in the area and settled on three different makes from Ford - for their good reputation and reliability. We narrowed our choices and sought to test the vehicles at the Woody Anderson in Huntsville. Upon arriving, we were not approached; it was hard to track anyone down. After wandering in and out of the buildings, we found someone who could help us. Kathey Hamer sat us down in an office and almost instantaneously shot off questions about our income, and after getting out a few words, she quickly told us one could not be approved without a co-signer. In my experience, the Finance Department discusses financing issues. At this point, it appeared as if she already decided we were wasting her time. After 15 minutes of us repeating to her what vehicles we were interested in, we only heard more snide and belittling comments. I finally insisted that we go physically look at vehicles.
Finally in front of the vehicle! This was the most pleasant part of the experience because the salesperson had left us alone to inspect the car. We then told the sales woman about a similar vehicle we were considering at another dealership, and she instantly told us about their new "no-haggle price" policy.
The final straw was when she threw up her hands and said, "You guys must've had some bad experiences at car dealerships, because y'all are really defensive." I reminded her that we are the customers, and a salesperson's responsibility is to listen to the customers' concerns. At this time I finally decided it was best to say thank you and leave. She was judgmental and unpleasant from start to finish.
Before this experience, I had heard overall good things about Woody Anderson Ford. I know, for certain, that anyone who gave me this recommendation did not deal with the same salesperson that we did. I would hope that the rest of the sales team is different - they may be, we'll never find out. We will be vehicle hunting elsewhere.
Excellent service, dropped car off for oil change appointment at 9:00AM and it was washed and ready by 2:00PM.
I just moved here from OHIO and my car was saying that my oil change was due but my sticker said it was due Oct 15 and I had not even reached my mileage. I took it to quick lane and told Paul what was going on. He said that it probably needed to be reset since I had not reached mileage. Suggested I go to the service department because they were back up . They were so nice and saw me as soon as I drove in and it was exactly what Paul said. I was told I had about 600 more miles before I needed my oil changed. Thanks for making me feel at home in my new state. The staff is so friendly and customer oriented. They have my business now.
It was one of the best experience in purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had. Their motto should be the deal is the deal there's no hidden charges there's nothing pulled out or taking away once the deal is completed.
Sales person was very helpful, courteous and made certain he covered all the bases I wanted him to.
We did the quick service in September. We were very pleased with all our service. Everyone was so nice and we had a nice lunch at Henry s.
I have never been a big fan of using a dealership to provide any type of repairs for my vehicles. It always seems like they find ways to charge more, and before you know it, you re in a brand new car!
Now that I have your attention, disregard what I just said. Woody Anderson is the real deal, and would they love it if you bought a new vehicle? Sure, any dealership would, but this place will focus on fixing your vehicle and they will ensure that you get taken care of in a timely manner.
Leave those 3rd party organizations alone and let the great folks at Woody Anderson take care of you.... You re welcome!!
I love this place! Mr. James Cooper is a great service advisor. He went above & beyond for me to make sure that I left there satisfied which I did!
I take all of my vehicles to woody Anderson for service. They service all makes and models so I have no concerns when I bring my Jeep or Nissan there. RJ Lanza is a gem. He is always kind and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My Ford Fiesta needed some recall work done and he made sure I had another car to drive whilst it was being attended. I would trust my mother s vehicles to RJ!!!
I bought a 2018 Ford Esacpe from them, and it was priced very reasonably. It was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership!
Quick Lane Service - You were great! Thank for a great service experience!
I have a vehicle more than ten years old. Ford would not fix a transmission cooler line leak without first installing a $500.00 radiator. The tech said they could not obtain the line union without getting the entire radiator. I got the union for $28.00 from an aftermarket parts store. I'll do it myself and safe 500 plus labor!
I like going to this place thinking about the new car I will try to get as soon as I get the money up LOL hard work but these people are so professional I appreciate every time I'm there now if they can just give me that charger or that Challenger for half price lol enjoy your visit
I always use Woody Anderson Quick Lane for my F250 and Ford Mustang. Eric and the staff are always courteous and respectful of my time while ensuring that my vehicles are maintained in the best condition. They have created a friendly atmosphere and I sincerely believe that I am a valued customer. Even more important they are extremely knowledgeable and are experts on Fords. I highly recommend them for your Ford Service.
Nice folks. Drew Elm really went the extra mile to answer all our questions and set my dad up with a new Mustang. We've bought four other cars from Woody Anderson over the years. Would definitely go back.
I am a picky, picky car buyer ... I'm an engineer with more than a little OCD! I was looking for a very particular vehicle - a Subaru Forester XT. My wife and I live in Ohio, and these vehicles are very difficult to find. Well, I broadened my search a bit and a gently used '18 popped up on the Woody Anderson Ford site. I contacted the dealership right away via my bank's car buying service and one of their salesmen, Pete Martino, called me immediately. Needless to say, the negotiation was painless, the car was as clean as advertised, and even included 4-new tires and windshield. My wife and I drove to Huntsville (7-hrs), made a weekend adventure of the process (Huntsville is a beautiful town), and drove home in a beautiful new-to-us Subaru. The story gets even better. I parked the car in my garage that evening and the next morning noticed a small oil leak. No need to worry. I immediately called Pete and he told me to take it to my local Subaru dealership to have it looked at. Turns out it was an easy fix ... covered by Woody Anderson. Unbelievable. You guys, and especially Pete, have made a repeat customer. That's how business should be conducted. I love road trips. Pete, I will talk with you in a few years for my next car - a gently used Mustang GT350!
Woody Anderson Ford is a top-notch dealer who makes sure the customer is fully satisfied. Each time I have it serviced for any problem, they always take care of it. They tell me honestly what is wrong and if I have to leave my vehicle, a rental car is available.
I took my truck in for a problem with my sunroof in which it wouldn't shut. After about 5 days (3 business days) they replaced the track to the tune of 1800 dollars. I will never take my truck to Ford ever again.
Adam Graves was a great salesman. The staff was really helpful.
Sorry about the earlier review. Hit the wrong star. The. People on a whole are nice and the service is friendly.
Service Advisor, Stacey Adams, is a true gem! She was very personable and professional. The Assistant Service Manager assured me they'd have our vehicle taken care of right away. I was able to get it back the same day. WTG!
Woody Anderson Ford absolutely went above and beyond expectations! I would highly recommend Brian Williams as your sales representative! He will work himself to death, to get you the best deal! Glad I bought my truck there and look forward to purchasing our next vehicles there.
Decent prices, quickest service, and respectful polite customer service. I strongly recommend for the Huntsville, Alabama area.
I recently took my Ford F150 into Woody Anderson Ford for a recall problem. This did not represent any profit to them. The staff was extremely courteous and they went above and beyond with my vehicle, not only replacing the defective part but doing so in a timely manner. I was very impressed by their customer service and their expertise and highly recommend them.
James Cooper is a wonderful service advisor. I would recommend him every time you go get your car service. He is excellent and is a very hard-worker he deserves 5 stars!!
Lack of communication with us, our insurance company and each other in service department. Service advisor was not honest and twisted truths around to suit himself. They had our car just shy of 30 days to repair rims, tires, tie rod/idler arm and recall for seatbelt anchors.
We submitted s survey outlining our disappointment AND sent emails of concern to the dealership general manager and a service dept supervisor. Not a word in response from either of them. Today, a request to submit a review here. If Woody Anderson Ford is concerned about us, they know how to reach us.
I sincerely hope no one else has or will suffer the experience we had. We will NEVER be a Woody Anderson Ford customer again.
Bought 2 cars with Phillip Henderson today. Easy, no nonsense salesman. Great experience. Took only a couple of hours and was out the door. Thanks
Quentin was great as the sales representative-and he has been very helpful sinc...
Service department is great!!!
Came in a few days ago looking for a new F150. The sales rep they gave me, Ben Warden, was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. He made getting me in and out with the vehicle I wanted a priority, and made sure I was taken care of all the way through driving off the lot. He has even followed up with me since then to make sure I was satisfied. I'm looking to get my wife a new vehicle next year, so I know exactly who will get my business.
We set up a recall appointment for our 2008 Ford Edge a week ahead. The recall was on the fuel tank. On December 30th we took our car to get recall fixed at 9:00 am. We were told it would be about a 6 hrs job with the recall, oil changed, and tires rotated. About 3:30 that afternoon we decided to call and check on my car, seeing how we didn't receive a call from Woody Anderson. Our advisor then asked if they could keep our car over night because they didn't do the recall. The next day, about 1:00 we still had not received a phone call, so once again we had to call Woody Anderdon. Our advisor then told us he couldn't find a fuel tank to fix the recall. What kind of crap is that? ?? Our appointment was set up a week ahead of time and now you kept my car 2 days and the recall isn't fixed!!! Our advisor then told us if we didn't hear from him by 3:30 to be on your door step by 5:00 for a rental car while he looked for fuel tank. We live in Fayetteville, TN so at 4:00 we drove back to Woody Anderson. When we got there our advisor told us he found a fuel tank but it would be the following Monday or Tuesday before he got the part. He didn't give us a rental because the rental place closed early. So we drive back to Fayetteville with a car not fixed!! By that Tuesday we hadn't received a call to let us know if our part had come in, so guess what? We had to call you again, only to find out our part came in on Monday. By the time I got there Tuesday I was fuming and told our advisor my car better be fixed the following day. We pick our car up and my low fuel light was on. We had at least 1/4 tank of gas when they changed out the fuel tank and we pick it up with no gas!! We had to make 4 trips from Fayetteville over this recall. I will not recommended anybody to your company nor will I bring my vehicle to your company again. If I could give you a zero star I would. I even went as far as e-mailing Ford Corporate office only to be brushed under the rug. Your customer service is terrible if your customers have to call 4 times for a service issue. Your company showed me what you think about your customers. All you are probably going to do is brush this under the rug too but you have lost a customer. I am 1 pea in a big pod but if every pea was treated like I was, you would not have a pod.
I have purchased 2 trucks from Woody Anderson Ford and have had good service out of my first truck and the second one had a few issues as it was a used truck that I purchased. John Dollar in the truck shop stayed with the truck service until it was to my satisfaction. Thanks to the dealership and to John for great service after the sale.

Fourth truck purchase. Easy to deal with. Logan Emerson is the salesman of choice
Everyone is always so kind at Woody Anderson Ford. They always explain everything in detail and they make sure that the customers needs come first.Thank you so much for the excellent service.
Great service! Great People that know how to meet your needs!
The service team at Woody Anderson is always fantastic!
I always receive great honest service at Woody Anderson's my service advisor Nic Lanza is an experienced professional.
I really like my 2015 f150 Platinum , great product
Jordan Lane Quick Lane never disappoints! Courteous and friendly efficiency. Madison location, I cannot say the same.
Greatest dealership in AL. Great fair deals on New or used cars and trucks. Ask for Philip Henderson. Service department sets the bar for other dealerships.
I was very pleased with my car purchase. Romero emailed me very prompt and was a awesome saleman. Friendly staff. Would recommend
Stacey Adams is the best! Super friendly and professional!
Service was great. Hounding me for a review was a bit annoying.
First class experience. No back and forth games, straight forward pricing and financing. Highly recommend and will be back.
I have purchased two vehicles from Ryan Black at Woody Anderson and I can assure you when it comes time to upgrade I will continue to trust Ryan with my next vehicle purchase. I have known Sales Manager Jerry Mosley all my life and trust Jerry's knowledge and experience when purchasing my vehicles. These two gentleman are by far the best in the business.
Best experience with a car company ever! Everyone is helpful. The prices are very fair, and they are willing to work with you and always place you the customer first. Recommended to everyone looking for a low hassle and great selection of vehicles.
Stacey Adams in service is a great asset to your team. The genuine concern in her voice for the customer exudes over the phone. She handles and follows up on as many details as possible to make the experience easy.
.I truly enjoyed my Ford experience. Due to my busy schedule,I emailed James Morris with my needs and he worked on them ASAP. I was in the Explorer before I knew it. .Kristy Wilson in finance was also excellent! She had my paperwork ready for me to sign. This was by more the best service I have ever experienced.
James Morris is my salesman. I have bought a couple of vehicles from Woody Anderson. This last experience blew all the other ones out of the water. Just when I thought nothing would surpass the other experiences, James proved me to be wrong. My situation was not like the average buyer, but James did what he does best, and made everything amazing. I will never ever not buy any vehicle unless it is from James Morris at Woody Anderson. Also the finance Manager Christian was absolutely amazing as well. They both are to be commended.
Just found out today that for 2 years I have had my wifes truck serviced at the quicklane, not one time was reported to carfax, when I called about it it took talking to 4 people to Find out that they dont report to car fax! Really! Very Disapointed! Even your local Express Oil change, Pep Boys, an every other service facility operating in 2018, Dont waste your time! Go to your local oil change place!
Best experience buying a vehicle! I arrived to find out the Sales person that I received an email from was not in, however, I waited only a short time before I was met by Josh R. who greeted me with a smile and ready to assist. First and foremost I wanted to know what my trade was worth before moving on and wasting anyone's time. Josh quickly got someone from the used car division to look over my car and get the trade value so I knew what I was working with. Then we began all the fun stuff such as the test drive in which Romero (I may have spelled wrong, so sorry!) went with me and showed me all the bells and whistles, very patient with me. When we got back and I waited on the paperwork, these two gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and offered several times to get me coffee or water. The best part is that I did not feel pressured in any way during my buying experience. They knew what I wanted and didn't try to show me or sell me anything other than what I came in for. (can't stand a pushy arrogant sales person!) Thank you Josh and Romero for all your help!!! UPDATE Went back today 08/10 to drop off title and extra key from old car and was met with the same smiling faces from Josh and Romero. Thanks again for your awesome customer service!!
My 2012 F-250 had an EGR message so, I followed the online booking to set my appointment. Not knowing the facility layout, I pulled up to the service area and spoke to the first person I saw. Sadly, I do not recall his name but he was EXTREEMELY nice. He explained that I needed to go to another area where they service the diesel trucks. He then physically walked me, I drove slowly behind him, to that facility and then he introduced me to the two service managers there. Kudos...as I felt that was awesome personalized service. As they created my trouble ticket, I discovered that the on-line sign up didn't work but, they still honored my appointment and I waited just a short time for a check out. They confirmed the error code that I had received and proceeded to do a computer flash upgrade that was part of a recall I had not known about. They ordered the EGR cooler part I needed and asked that I bring the truck back the next night. That was so the engine would be cooled off for the repair early Wednesday when the part came in. I brought my truck in the next night and I asked to be emailed when the repair was done. They completed the work and emailed me just like I asked. When I picked it up, I dealt with a different service manager named Doug and he was simply AWESOME. I asked him questions about future servicing, things that I could do for preventative maintenance, and other "newbie" questions. He treated me like I was a brand new buyer of a new vehicle and like he wanted my business for the long term! The truck had been washed and I was ready to go. Then I had a follow-up question about my Sync/GPS system so, they addressed it too by running a check on it while I waited and made sure I was good. Overall, I will say that the Woody Anderson service team was fantastic!!! I plan to return for normal maintenance work and certainly any warranty repairs.
They sure have changed over the last few years. Big, brightly lighted drop off area. Friendly service representative. Waiting area comfortable with WiFi, tv, and a cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch. Courtesy driver was polite, quick, and had a very comfortable car. Repair done right the first time. I'll be back for future maintenance needs.
My last visit at Woody Anderson Ford was in mid-July and it was exceptional. Once I called my salesman, Mr. James "Bae-Bae" Morris and explained the problem I was experiencing with my 2014 Ford Edge Limited, he advised me to bring it in ASAP to the Service Department. When I drove up I was greeted by Mr. Corey Minter, Service Lane Coordinator, who was most courteous and respectful. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Woody Anderson since 2009 (An Escape & 3 Edges). Customer Service has been excellent! I can't say enough about my salesman, Mr. Morris, who is always professional and personable in meeting customer satisfaction. So far, I have been pleased with the service I receive at Woody Anderson.
I had to come back 4 different times to get an oil change because they couldn't get to me. People were nice just very slow service.
We've purchased 5 automobiles from this dealership over the past 14 years, and we've had them all serviced at Woody Anderson. The service and purchase experience has been exceptional on a consistent basis. We're thinking about purchasing an F-150 and a new Ford Edge in the near future, and without a doubt, we'll be doing business with Woody Anderson.
Had a quick service check up. Was handled in a timely manner
Very comfortable waiting area help time go by
These people will do whatever it takes to make things right. Thank you for all the help and consideration.
The Quick Lane department is absolutely fabulous!!! They are trustworthy and do an amazing job!!! I live in Columbus, GA but I take my car here for all service and repairs!!! I am so thankful for them!! Eric Whisenant is especially great!! He is always positive and smiling. He goes above and beyond to make sure my car is perfect!!! Thank you!!!
Great service shop. The mechanics know what they are doing.
Service appointments have always gone well. Service advisors are really nice and communicate well. The only downside I've found is getting an appointment to get something fixed can sometimes take over a month.
Phillip was a fantastic person to work with. He made buying my vehicle easy, explained everything in depth and took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend
Woody Anderson does fine for the general maintenance work (oil change etc) and their service advisers are friendly and helpful. But when it comes to solving more complex technical problems, they don't have much capability in our observation. We took our C-Max Energi in because the modem had stopped communicating with MyFord mobile. Three times they've had it, three times they've said it was fixed and it still doesn't work.
