Horrible customer service, I called several times to get a update on the loan process but no one could give me a answer or they kept saying they are working on it it s been a week and still working on it, they obviously don t care enough if that s the excuse they give. Stick to buying cars across the bridge, very bad experience

Update 10/18/2020: Almost a week has gone by and no manager has reached out, pretty much making my statement above even more valid. For anyone car shopping in kitsap seriously go elsewhere.
