Took my car in for its regular service and also added that my seat was creaking. This was the second time I brought my car in and it didn't squeak for them at all ( it never does) I showed a service tech and Matt Chan a video I had taken of the squeak and they diagnosed it right away. No haggling over whether I would pay or if it really mattered, they promised to order a new seat back right away. My service was also done earlier than I had expected and they treat my car with respect. Love the service
if you buy a vehicle here, beware. They are dishonest. They will lie to you. And i got a bogus safety. I was told the safety would be done within 1 week after my purchase, but when i picked up my vehicle the safety they gave me was dated 2 weeks before i even put down a deposit. When i took it to my mechanic after he discovered 4 things that shouldve never passed a safety. The check engine light was on and the mechanic told me it would go off after driving it for a week or two. That was total bs. Never happened. Had to take it to my mechanic to fix it The detailing was also poorly done. There were coffee stains in the glove box and other areas that werent even touched. Dealing with Victor was very frustrating. Terrible customer service . STAY AWAY from this place.The entire experience was 1 big headache because they couldnt even be honest and do a proper safety. And never buy a Ford..Toyotas are way more reliable

Make an appointment for service to only have my car taken in over an hour later, for just an oil change. And then am told the car is ready for pick up 70minutes later! Awful service, every time I go there with an appointment time I need to make sure I have my whole day booked off because the shortest time I've had to wait there was 3.5 hours.
Unnaceptable, and some of the staff members are quite rude as well.
Will not be going back.

I recently bought a new Ford Edge and my salesman Neven was such a great help! He never once let me feel overwhelmed and made the experience personal to me. He took care of me when I had to wait for the car and he inspected it himself to make sure I didn't miss anything. Neven was super patient with my multitude of questions and didn't seem bothered at all when I kept him past closing on a Saturday. He also made sure I could reach him in the future with any concerns or questions.
I would recommend you ask for him!
Overall, everyone at Ford was very pleasant and friendly. I would go back for sure, it made finding my perfect SUV a breeze.
Great experience with a young and up and coming sales person Andrew T. I purchased a 2006 F150 FX4 which is the truck I was looking for along with excellent value that they offered. I enjoyed working with Andrew he was very professional through the entire deal , my experience with Mike C the sales manager was also pleasant and he stood by his word in getting any concerns I had with the truck repaired before I picked it up , keep up the great work guys when my wife is ready I am sure we will be back for her new vehicle GO FORD .
I pre-arranged the service and provided as much detail as possible on work to be done, timing to get the vehicle back and left my number if there were any changes or approvals needed.
Unfortunately, those details were overlooked. No call to me to let me know. I called around 1:00 p.m. and the vehicle had not even been in the Shop.
My request to pick it up at 11:30 a.m. obviously went unnoticed.
I understand these are challenging times but a simple text or call would have been appreciated.
I had to re-schedule my entire afternoon as a result.
Perhaps the next service appointment will be better.

Came in for sn appointment with adam and neeten and these two guys are absolutle beautys! They made me feel like one of the boys right off the bat, made sure I'd eaten ( they were having a bbq that day) and made me feel absolutley no pressure what so ever. False advertising! They post used vehicles online for $4000 and by the time you get there, its $8000. The stock item is 144960A. When you contact them they play dumb and keep referring you to a sales person that isn't able to help you!

Recently experienced problems with our Ford Edge so took the vehicle to Kitchener Ford for repair. We were very pleased with Mike & his crew , we found them to be knowledgeable & they kept us informed regarding our repair issues.
As we all know the inconvenience of having to get your car repaired can be frustrating however, this experience can be more tolerable when you deal with people who care .

Andrew Nogueira was our sales consultant at Kitchener Ford. We could not be more satisfied with our experience because he is not only a great sales consultant, but also an amazing person.
First of all, Andrew is truly a consultant as his title says. During our discussion, I never felt I was being pushed into anything. Andrew always tried to understand our needs first and figure out what is the best for our family. Andrew is also extremely reliable. Whenever I call him about questions or issues, he ALWAYS answers his phone calls, and we can always count on him for delivering his promises.
What really impressed us is that Andrew doesn t just sell cars, he actually cares about his customers well being. There were so many details but just to list a few the day that we picked up our car was a harsh winter day with -20 weather. While they changed the license plate, he asked me to stay inside. After picking up the car, there was a cheque left at the dealer for me and I was too busy to pick it up. Andrew never forgot about it and kept reminding me even after a few months. After we had the accident in May, we towed the car to the dealer to fix it, and as soon as Andrew saw and recognised that the damaged car was ours, he called me and asked if our family was OK (the insurance adjuster didn t even call until days later). While we were dealing with the aftermath of the accident, Andrew took a lot of his personal time answering my questions and helping us make decisions.
Whatever Andrew did for us was way beyond even the highest standard of the industry. He treated us, his customers, as he treats his family. This kind of service is so rare nowadays that it should be highly recommended and rewarded. If you need to buy a car, Andrew is your man.
I had the worst experience at Kitchener Ford. I've been there twice and the first time, although requesting a shuttle, upon arrival for the appointment, I was told that they did not offer shuttle service on weekends. It would have been nice to be told this when scheduling the appointment.
The second time I went to Kitchener Ford, I was told that after upgrading my Sync system, the screen turned black and that it was the apim and they would be required to order in a new part for me. They told me not to worry as it was just the screen that was black. There is a HUGE difference between the screen being black and the entire system being down. If I turned off my monitor and made it black, the system itself would still work through different controls. I was thinking that my bluetooth, radio, etc. would still work through controls via my steering wheel. That wasn't the case. They told me they would call me when the part came in so after about a month of waiting I finally could not take it anymore as I travel between KW and GTA quite a bit and require my bluetooth to be working, I called them to ask if the part had arrived. They told me that it "came in awhile ago" and mentioned that they called me and left a message. I double checked my phone logs, no received calls. I called in to my voicemail to check for messages - none. They had my email on file but didn't think to email me. They never tried to call "again" if they had even called a first time. The next available appointment was a week from that day I called. I will never return to that dealership again.
I have been so impressed and appreciative of the level of care and service Kitchener Ford have provided us. Being from out of town, they have taken our urgent requests in stride and delivered, even on a long weekend. Thank you KF for last weekends service accommodation!
The dealership has really good options if you are looking for pre-owned cars. I recently got my Ford Fusion 2017 from there. The sales representative was really off and didn t helped much. I didn t like his attitude at all. However the finance person Andrew Stevenson was really helpful. And I had all knowledge about the car and I was getting a good deal from the dealership so I didn t care much about the behaviour of the sales person.

Great service as always...I called to find about a warranty issue and they suggested I bring my car in for a full inspection and repair of the rear suspension...Almost to the minute my car was ready for pickup and the service department was detailed and very professional.. Worse dealership i have ever been too, horrible service, their employees are rude and disrespectful towards their customers. Their service department only gets worse, their manager is disrespectful and only cares to get you out the door and help the next person in line. Avoid Kitchener ford if possible. I have been going to Kitchener ford for four years and I have never had a good experience there, I am disrespected and not taken serious cause of my age and looked down at. It has gotten so bad at some of their employees have left due to situations shown above.

I was interested in f150 lariat, therefore requested a web pricing for the vehicle. Its been over a month now but I haven't recieved a single update from the company. Already driving a explorer booked a service for the vehicle no follow up at all, no reminders or courtesy check calls. Poor poor customer service.

Had my new Ford SUV serviced for the first time today. Not a great customer experience. Went in for an oil change, system update, check a couple of items not working & tire rotation. Since they do not drive to Cambridge ,which I don't understand as listening to the drivers on the other side of Waterloo is further, I needed to wait for my car. After almost 3 hours I was on my way , only to find out the two items to be checked were still not working after given a bill saying all working. So I proceeded to wait as they took car back in after 40 min I went to check and my car had not even gone in to be checked. I was told that they couldn't find someone to look at it as they were on lunch. Well needless to say I wasn't happy. After 5.5 hrs I was on my way with a part being ordered. The manager did check in with me a couple times in the last hour. Unfortunately this was not a good experience and although I have to go back to get the part put in I am not sure I will be taking future service to this location.
Candy provided excellent service, but I have had on-going problems with the transmission, which has been deemed unfixable since 2012. My car has been breaking down since Aug 31, 2020 and they diagnosed it on Oct 5 after I spent $430.00 out of pocket. I picked up my car on Fri Oct 9 & it stalled Oct 10 and the engine light came on again today, Oct 12. I was told by Ford that I would not be out of pocket due to the transmission problem and I am $430.00 out of pocket plus hours of my time off work. Ford asked me to not join the class action lawsuit back in 2015 & they would fix my transmission issue for the life of my vehicle. It too the Mgr Darren 4 days to respond to me, stating he would not reimburse me for the diagnostic test I was charged for. Ford Canada has failed miserably in quality and customer service. I feel unsafe driving my car.

Recently bought a new Ford Focus from Kitchener Ford. We had Mitch James helping us out, and we were not disappointed. The first day we went to browse at cars, it turns out that the dealership was just closing down for the night. Mitch was already in the parking lot ready to leave, and took the time to come back in with my wife and I, and show us some options, and even go out on a test drive. We appreciate that its about making the sale, but he really did more then that, and we won't forget it.

I hit a pole in a drive through and scuffed my bumper :( I was driving by Kitchener Ford and realized that they had a body shop, i went in to inquire about how much it would be to get it fixed. The guy working there walked out with me and said "oh that's nothing, ill fix that for you right now" Came back out with a rubbing compound and got the scratch out! and didn't charge me a thing! Amazing service there! Would recommend to everyone! And the best part, I don't even drive a ford! Just goes to show how amazing they really are there!

Collision center here is great! My ruby red 2016 F150 Supercrew was parked in Cambridge and was hit by a Honda which lost control. My insurance wanted me to go to one of their "pro shops." I said I wanted Ford to care for my Ford, not a generic body shop, so I called and spoke to James the manger in the Collision center - and that man knows his stuff! He told me everything needed, and even what the insurance company would tell me...he was super helpful! The Ford collision center brought my truck in and repaired the tow package, bumper, side of my box and in the end, it looked perfect - Dave (think that's his name) and the others did an awesome job. Catch this: When leaving after picking my truck up, I found some black gunk that had gotten on another part of my truck from somewhere else... well the whole crew (one named I think, Mike, from detailing) came out and buffed it up like new! I used Car Star before and was disappointed (slight different colour noticeable - rusted really fast), but these guys at Ford are pros, and very nice to deal with - they even each shook my hand as I left.
Purchased a used vehicle from Kitchener Ford in February. Found some issues with the car about a week and a half into buying it and mentioned it to them when we had it towed there (which receptionist told us was up to us to do) after a piece of plastic had somehow fallen into the shifter and caused it to Jam. They were very helpful in repairing that for free and even lending us a demo over the weekend until it could be looked at. However, the other/original concerns we had with the car were overlooked. We were told they were not safety issues so they would not be fixed. I later mentioned that these things should have been caught and fixed during the inspection and that the radio will go on full blast on almost a daily basis. I received a very unhelpful, unanswered email reply and have since tried to contact twice without response to have these issues dealt with. I thought a company as reputable and known as Kitchener Ford would care more about customer satisfaction and was part of the reason we chose them to begin with.
Called to book appointment and had to leave message on specific appointment line; 3 1/2 hours later no response so called again and specified to talk to service directly. Apparently booking line goes to somewhere in Barrie and I guess my appointment wasn't important enough. Took truck in following week for coolant change and at end was told my fuel system needed cleaning (supposedly that involves cleaning throttle body). Contradicts what dealership told me in Sept 2015 (when I changed same part) that they don't clean throttle bodies because it removes the special coating on inside, so they just replace. They also kinda missed the brand new throttle body I had installed three days earlier ;) Leaves me wondering why they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Interesting though that they didn't mention the leaking rear shocks which I DO need replaced. Oh, and the day AFTER I had work done, the service department called to say they had booked my coolant change for the next week ... :O
Not good experience with sales department and have in fact purchased both vehicles from other dealerships. Parts department is excellent though.
Response to email I sent (direct and cc'd) about my experience, to the three top people at dealership has gone unanswered for 11 days now so it would appear they only care about public reviews, and not really the customer experience.
UPDATE: Well, you guessed it, within an hour of my PUBLIC review there was a message on my phone from the Glenn at Kitchener Ford. Within 3 hours there was a response here from the General Manager (who was one of those copied on email)... "slipped through the crack" he says. How it "slipped through the crack" of three people I am not quite sure, but it seems that a PUBLIC review is the same as "crack" filler. Optics I guess.

I'm pleased with the experience. I bought a 2017 Flex today, and Michael was very nice, and quite helpful. I noticed some clear coat peeling on the car, (its used), and the manager came out and said 'if the warranty doesnt cover it, we will.' They also replaced a cracked interior panel, for free. It's a level of service that you don't expect going to a dealership. I will definitely go back when I'm looking for another car. Great experience.
Overall our experience has been really good. Our sales rep, Michael and the Finance Manager didn't push anything and seemed interested is helping us get what we wanted and meet our terms. They also clearly explained everything so there was no room for misinterpretation.

My only gripe is that they don't have a car wash.
My car was fixed for the problem it went in for (transmission) free as it was under warranty and Mike was friendly and helpful. I also requested the works service as the car was already there. They fixed the wiper blade that had detached itself so I appreciate that.
I m unhappy about a strange flapping sound that started from under the hood ever since I got the car back from servicing and I was told by Mike it would go away after some time, it hasn t. In fact it comes back mostly when I m driving on the highway and very intermittent so it s a little surprising. I would say check the car before you sign it out if possible
Noticed a big new scratch on the hood, that is probably due to the location of the service centre- probably some vagrant scratched it for fun. My advice- collect your car ASAP and don t let it stay overnight.
Update June 2019- no one has bothered to contact me from Kitchener ford and the noise they created still hasn t gone away. Why should I pay to fix the problem they created?
I purchased a used Hyundai from them. They treated me no different than if I bought a Ford. The car had Winter Tires and they allowed me to keep them in their storage till I needed them. Used Car Manager Mike Cianciaruso and everyone else I dealt with at the Dealership were Fantastic
I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5/perfect; otherwise, they'd become obnoxious. As it goes, I'm glad I got to deal with Andrew and Mike because they both have gone out of their way to ensure I'm one happy customer. Quite an accomplishment considering I wandered into their showroom more out of resignation than anticipation. I originally wanted a fun vehicle with good utility - a 4 door Jeep Sahara. When I discovered it had poor towing capabilities for it's outrageous price, I relented and decided on a pick-up; all utility but no fun.
As luck would have it, a mint condition 2010 Explorer Sport Trac happened to be showcased that very day. As a new, loaded pick-up was beyond my reasonable price expectations, this truck had it all.
This is the 5th Ford I've now owned and I have no regrets; either about the vehicle or where I bought it because it's an actually fun vehicle, is practical/utility and backed up by Kitchener Fords exceptional staff.

Bobby made my dollar go further and made 100 percent sure i was getting everything i wanted and needed in the truck for a price i was comfortable with. No pushy or bullish tactics implied. Its been a relaxed and enjoyable experience all around. Id also like to thank Alyssa in finace for the easy transition, and Don the new vehicle manager coming out and talking to me to make sure i was also comfortable with the numbers, and for being the first manager that has ever actually got out of his office to shake my hand and meet me. Last but not least they sold me the truck ive always wanted and couldn't be happier. So long story short if youre looking for a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable new vehicle buying experience Kitchener Ford is where you need to be. I know that i will be a customer for life, and many other dealerships could learn alot from their model!

Great establishment. The sales end of things are top shelf. Dealt with Mitch James while buying a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable and up-front during my dealings with him. He appeared to be there when needed, even if it meant staying a lot later or earlier than normal.
Happy with the vehicle as well. I will and have recommended this place for people looking for a new or replacement vehicle, it's definitely worthy of some consideration!
Took my Genesis Coupe here after Golden Triangle in Guelph couldn't fix a squeeking noise, it's now driving like new. Great service from James and the rest of the body shop team!

I came in looking to buy a second hand vehicle, having seen a few on the website that were of interest. Having recently moved to Canada, I wasn't sure how to go about buying a car, plates, etc. Sue Pelley went out of her way to help me through the entire process. She even followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was going okay with the car! I'm very happy with the car and the service, would recommend Kitchener Ford.

I had my first encounter with your body shop manager, James Dostall on February 22nd. I was recently back from vacation when I came to the Ford body shop due to my car being hit in a parking lot while I was away. I contacted the person who hit my vehicle who recommended I get in contact with your dealership. I showed up at the dealership without an appointment and James was very busy that day and politely asked me to go enjoy a coffee and come back in half hour which would give him enough time to evaluate the damage on my vehicle. While I was away he did just that as well as was in contact with the gentlemen that hit me to arrange payment for the work that needed to be completed. James went above and beyond providing me extrodinary service from the first time I met him to getting my car back to me. My car looked like a brand new vehicle by the time I got it back ans he was more then accommodatin to my schedule. I am very impressed with the service and quality of the job and will recommend Ford and James to family and friends.

They like to pick and choose what vehicles they work on first depending on which still have warranties, fleet vs non fleet etc. Service advisors have no idea how to properly estimate how long a job is going to take. Waited over a month and a half for a transmission rebuild (on warranty with a fleet vehicle obviously). Was told end of day July 11th, then the 12th now the 15th end of day. When an appointment is made to book a service a serious as a transmission problem youd think its safe to assume that they will have it up on the hoist that day to diagnose. I waited 5 days to hear that they hadnt even put it up on the hoist to begin with. Be weary.
Great experience!! Next day appointment, only took half the time quoted and texted and emailed when it was ready for pickup !!
In the past few months, we have purchased new company vehicles from Kitchener Ford for our fleet and have serviced them there as well. The service side experience is one to be shared.
Christian Noble has always looked after the vehicles in our fleet with the utmost care and with great customer service. Quick and attentive service is important when our fleet needs to be back on the road as fast as possible, and Christian has always come through for us.
