Worse dealership i have ever been too, horrible service, their employees are rude and disrespectful towards their customers. Their service department only gets worse, their manager is disrespectful and only cares to get you out the door and help the next person in line. Avoid Kitchener ford if possible. I have been going to Kitchener ford for four years and I have never had a good experience there, I am disrespected and not taken serious cause of my age and looked down at. It has gotten so bad at some of their employees have left due to situations shown above.
