Overall our experience has been really good. Our sales rep, Michael and the Finance Manager didn't push anything and seemed interested is helping us get what we wanted and meet our terms. They also clearly explained everything so there was no room for misinterpretation.
Not phony, aggressive or insincere.

Service has been consistent, quick and friendly.

My only gripe is that they don't have a car wash.
