Proverbial "I would give zero stars if I could". Lying, bait and switch tactics of the '70's run rampant at all levels within the business. I've bought cars every 3 years for past 30 years and this was the worst experience of them all.

Servicing the finest automobiles in the world is an awesome responsibility and one they take extremely serious at Victoria Star Motors. I've had the privilege of having a working relationship with this great organization for over 30 years and they have never failed to meet and exceed my expectations, both as professionals and as people. Victoria Star is more than a business, it's an attitude shared by a community of people that are committed to the same principle: Excellence above all. Sadly, those standards are not always being embraced by the majority of operators in that industry. Frankly, they have spoiled me for the ordinary by performing over and above "table stakes" every time. I wish them every continuous success.

I had great experience at this dealer. I met Brian Brewer and Chris. Both of them are amazing. I had my mind set in another brand before I walked in this one. I thought I just do my due diligence to check all the similar cars. When I walked in this dealer, Brian asked my needs and immediately recommended the car that I fit me. They worked hard to get the great price for my trading in car. I want the particular features in my car which did not fit in any package. They aIso found that for me. I made the decision on the same day because of their excellent customer service. They provide me with all the information with their knowledge in professional way. I generally avoid dealerships if possible, preferring to do my own repairs and maintenance. Some repairs do, however, require a trip to the dealership for their expertise and diagnostic equipment. I recently had our Sprinter-based Roadtreck motorhome in for repairs, and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The Sprinter service manager Harold, and the technician, who s name escapes me at the moment, (Dustin?) were patient and knowledgeable. The repair was done on time, and for the quoted amount. Good job guys!

I had a great experience from the time I started shopping for my C63 AMG through to my first service and beyond. The staff at Victoria Star were very professional, courteous and prompt but also made me feel at home any time I came to visit.

I highly recommend Victoria Star Motors to anyone looking to purchase a fine German luxury car. And the car itself is incredible.

What an amazing experience! I shopped around quite a lot and visited another Mercedes dealership close to me prior to calling Victoria Stars Motors. And Victoria stars was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Amazing and friendly staff that are ready to help. I emailed Rick and Peter a million times and they have replied to each and every of my questions without delay. They were knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Mercedes. The commute was well worth it for me and I will be returning to this dealership for all my future purchases and needs. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

David: OK, here are the specs and a quote attached.
Me: Would you accept $x for this car?
David: We are a one price dealership and don't negotiate our pricing.
Me: Fair enough

2 Weeks Later:
Me: It looks like you guys might have re-evaluated your one price on that car?
David: We get that a lot from potential clients that haven t experienced the one price model. It s definitely a change in the industry. PS we sell more cars this way.
Me: I'm confused by your answer. It was a legitimate question. Did you lower your price?
David: No that car is very popular.
Me: Are you sure it looks like in Autotrader the price is lower?
David: Oh yeah your right. Sorry.

I then followed up with a phone call and email to Shaun Bowman and never heard back from him.

It wasn't a very impressive interaction, mainly the condescending tone. Ended up buying a car else where.

After a long search we purchased a used 2016 Audi SQ5 from Mercedes- Benz Kitchener- Waterloo. Les Behrens was the salesman that we dealt with and he wasn't afraid to investigate further and he actually compared the price of every SQ5 for sale in Canada to make sure they were priced properly. It ended up that they were priced well- but they were still able to work with us to meet our budget. We picked the car up on a Saturday and everything was ready to go and there was plenty of friendly staff to assist us. Took less than an hour and we were on our way home. It was a nice buying experience.

The service at VS and Mercedes is questionable. My...

The service at VS and Mercedes is questionable. My ML 350 engine light kept coming on and I took it into service ....said it was a sensor in the tank and they replace it....after leaving within 2 days the light came on again and in it went again. This time they did some engine work oil leak , coolant leak etc and even with the extended warranty they charged me for it....talked to the service manager and he took some of the cost off....two hours after leaving the shop the light came on again. This time the car was losing power when climbing hills...back into the shop again and this time they said it was the fuel pump flap/sensor. Even though my warranty was for two years or 160 kms they would not honor it. I had reported it before the 160k mark and they still denied it and I had to pay out of pocket for the problem that had existed from the beginning. Now I have am issue with the coolant and they say my timing chain needs to be replaced.....conveniently after the warranty has expired
Very disappointed in the service and reputation and will never buy a Mercedes again

Les especially did a great job answering questions and recommending a test drive within minutes. This group fights hard to be professional and has exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the business I observed. Quite frankly, as a first time Benz buyer, I expected arrogant and snooty service but I got the opposite. Very humble and responsive sales team...very reasonable with price and their service center could be a tad more organized but again very responsive and egger to serve. I'm sold on this group. They have my loyalty and referals!

Since they were taken over by PFaf the service has declined. My car is under warranty still and when I used to go to the dealership they would have a rental/loaner vehicle ready and waiting to expedite my service. I was told when I bought the car that "this is a normal service they offer", Now they shuttle you down the street where you have to wait atleast 30 min. to get a rental- which isn't even a mercedes normally and you get charged for it even if its for scheduled service. I love my mercedes, but I don't think I would buy another because there isn't another REAL mercedes dealership nearby and this one isn't very good. People who bought from this dealership, bought here because of the service. What a let down! I also just tried to call the service department and of course no one answered. Seems to also be a common issue now among other ppl complaining here.

As a client/customer for the past 3 years, I am writing this to let everyone know how much I appreciate the consistently excellent work of service advisor Tasha Hudder. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with clients of Mercedes-Benz Kitchener-Waterloo, and in 3 years of being a client I have received the best and most exemplary service I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing and being subject to.

There must be regular customers who call in and ask for Tasha by name. She has an amazing advisor and knows MB cars and product lines inside and out. She is most professional in MB representation when it comes to service. Tasha has an uncanny ability to understand customers and know to treat and accommodate us. She is humble, gracious and very well-liked and respected. I wish I could have excellent service like this everywhere, the same can be said of Karen Hicks.

Came in with the wife as my family is looking into a brand new GLS63. It took awhile for them to notice us that we were looking into a vehicle considering they were just wondering around in the front entrance. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for and it will have to be ordered which was understandable but they did not even show us a vehicle considering of used cars sitting on the lot and they have been the same body style for many years now. I only know of a car through research and have not experienced a Benz nor even driven. I came from a BMW and I'm looking into a Mercedes but they did not take us as a serious buyer and brushed us off by asking us an email address and was told that he will email me on more info about the vehicle and availability. I mean why not sit in the desk and talk about pricing, options and deposit for pre-order? Nope we just stood in the show room floor and it felt like we were treated as if we had no money or wasting time. Even 2 weeks later I still have no email on the vehicle information. I really like the GLS63 AMG and personally would make a family car but they won't let me have it or see it unless I "flash" the cash.

Very unprofessional and they treated us like we're wasting their time. I ended up buying an Audi Q7 ordered 6 months arrival. Thanks for not taking us seriously. It gave us second thoughts and made the right choice.

I gave 2 stars because they offered us a "free" water instead of a car to purchase.

Wonderful dealership. I bought my car here and use them for my general service.

The sales staff are knowledgeable and professional. One even let me test drive his personal vehicle because they didn't have that specific model in stock that day.

The service department is always pleasant to deal with considering the volume of people they deal with day to day. They're always clear about what work needs to be done, and I've never felt bamboozled. The complimentary shuttle service is fantastic and the drivers are always great to talk to. Little touches like the car being washed when you pick it up are great. Their parts department also has obscure parts like plastic fasteners.

The only problems I've run into are 1) I once got bounced around between departments on the phone a few times trying to find the correct person to talk to, and 2) after getting my windshield replaced the seats were covered in a fine layer of dirt and the rear view mirror was all smudged up. But these are so minor and they only stand out because they're an exception.

I had scheduled my annual service about a month out. Unfortunately a few weeks after scheduling my service I had a bad accident and had to have surgery on my hand. Because of my injury my hand had to be in a full brace for six weeks and meant that I couldn t drive my car in for it s service. Tasha and the team at Mercedes-Benz Kitchener Waterloo were very accommodating given my situation and arranged to have my car picked up and dropped back off. You don t get that level of service at most places!

Car showed Battery malfunction error, booked an appointment and explained to service department the Error message and need for a new battery. (car is under extended warranty.)
When I dropped the car, I explained that I need to repair to be done under warranty, they called me back and said that the battery is not covered under warranty and they will charge $150 (1 hour) of labor for replacement. I decided to purchase the battery and replace it myself. When I saw the bill, I noticed that they charged me $70 for diagnostic, when I asked why they said for battery investigation. I told them that the message was clear that the car required a new battery, no investigation was required, but they said that must be sure it is a battery!!
I also asked them to check the proximity sensor on Frt bumper as they are coming on very often, the answer was no calibration required and they are working fine, which they are not, Very disappointed with their service, I used them twice and every time came back with disappointment, that is why I take longer drive and take my car to Oakville MB, much better service

Wow....Def one of the best dealerships around I visited them about 18 months ago they were more than accommodating and even though i decided to go with a competitors vehicle they still kept in touch asked me how i was doing with my decision and sent offers and kept in touch.....I recently re visited them while shopping for a new vehicle...and same A+ customer service Sales Gentleman i delt with prior was there and even remembered details from our test drive from 18 months.... not a 100% of his name Starts with U id hate to miss spell it and also Kevin overseeing the financial side, stand up guy...Needles to say this is the best case to buy a vehicle in Kitchener area.....Way to go guys

My advisor was Harold Darling and the mechanic/tech; who did the work was Rob. Let me say that I speak from experience having been a sales manager in a similar exclusive automobile dealership, so I am familiar with what makes a business tick and boy does the dealership TICK? I was totally impressed from the initial phone call to make an appointment, to the call back I received from Harold and the straight forward manner of Rob. These are two very professional individuals and deserve a special thank you for their attention to detail as well as what the client wants and expects. Now I know why you are called Victoria "STAR" Outstanding service and a great experience, I now know where our new car will be coming from.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Victoria Star. The sales person, Sara Hynes, did a great job in answering all my queries and my concerns. She did not push the sale. Took care of my schedule as well.
This place was like 60 km one way from my home and i was in doubt going this far. But the experience was worth it.
Just a background about myself. I am new to this country and this is my first car. I visited a lot of benz and non-benz dealerships in GTA area, and no salesman have been as understanding as Sara.
I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Worst service experience I have ever experienced. I have gone to this dealership twice. I will never be going there again. In fact I have decided to move away from Mercedes at the end of my lease in a few month. I can safely say that my decision was primarily becuase of the bad experience I have had at this place.

On two occasions I have been in a scenario where the service consultant tried to over charge me for a service. Once I told him that I got a cheaper quote from another dealership for the same service, he retracted and gave me the lower price. This is. NOT good Customer service. I should not be relying on checking with other dealerships to make sure that I don't get ripped off by these guys. I just don't trust these guys anymore. This is not a sleazy used car dealership joint.

It's sad though. I am happy with the vehicle. Goodbye Mercedes. Hello Audi

My service advisor was Andrew Byrne. I ve been working with Andrew since last September and I have to say working with him was definitely the best experience out of the three Mercedes Benz Service centre (Markham, Mississauga, and Kitchener). Not only was he always able to response quickly to my request, he is also very good at giving detailed explanation and make sure I was satisfied with the solution. He has helped me solved some big problems that have been bugging me for a while and really made the whole Merc Benz wonderful. It made me felt that I was a valued customer and I really appreciated this. I will definitely return to Victoria Star in the future.

My first Mercedes

I had not purchased a car since 2004, but today my wife and I went out and bought a brand new 2015 Mercedes-Benz. I wanted an all wheel-drive compact SUV as I live in the snow-belt of Ontario, Canada. We vacillated between the Benz GLA 250 and the BMW X1. After due diligence in our research the GLA won. We bought our new vehicle at Victoria Star Motors in Kitchener, Ontario and our sales rep was Owe Jetter.

What truly took me aback was the actual experience of the purchase itself in that we were treated with diligent care. The dealership we chose is in a new structure looking every bit the neo-German architecture one might expect of an iconic business like Mercedes. The showroom is a tall modern glass and girder facility filled with sparkling automobiles and pleasant sales staff. Within minutes after explaining that we wanted a test drive, the congenial agent handed over the keys to a new GLA and let us run the car on our own for a few miles without his supervision. My wife immediately noticed the peppy prowess of the GLA, and I delighted in the comfortable seating and the array of dashboard controls and displays.

When we returned we were handed bottles of ice-cold Mercedes Benz water as we began to negotiate. Our arrival coincided with a promotional week near the end of the summer when deals and discounts are offered. In this case we ended up leasing the car through Mercedes over 45 months. My wife was also able to take advantage of a further fleet rate discount through her professional designations. As well, the dealership took our old car in-trade at what seemed to be a fair offer for an eleven-year old auto. The agent then led us to the financial consultant to arrange our particulars, and then she booked an appointment for us to pick up the car on the weekend. On that day we were given an instructional overview of the vehicle with a technician. The whole transaction took under three hours including the test drive.

The car is now in my driveway and I am staring at it in sublime ease knowing I own a finely tuned German automobile of the 21st century. I think I have owned a dozen cars or more in my life and each time I had to go through the haggling procedure of getting the right price. In this regard, the Mercedes purchase was facile and practically a pleasure. After all we now own a bit of status. Cheers

Technologically-Challenged 2019 vehicles.

A mid-range 2019 MB SUV with neither the ability to get satellite radio nor live traffic information on the navigation system. Despite paying for a navigation system, I have to use a third-party device suctioned to my windshield.

Even Hyundai and Kia offer a better connected experience than MB.

No one at MB had a solution.

It is 2019 !!!

I have worked with the folks at Victoria Star Motors for several years now and will continue to do so as the need arises. I have had 4 new vehicles from Victoria Star over the years and I have to say that they are all fabulous people to work with. Their service to me has always been quick, thorough and fair and they are all striving to make the experience a great one. My experience with Kathy Clarke in service is one of the things that would always bring me back. I believe she is one of the best in her field.

They have a group of professional staff that understand your demand and respond in a perfect way.
Their service is the quality of excellence offered always by Mercedes.

Over the course of my life I have purchased over 20 different Vehicles from many different brands from Porsche to BMW and now my second Mercedes. I have to say that through all of these purchases I have never experienced the type pf buying experience and most importantly service that I have had by Christopher Fusco and the Team at Victoria Star motors over my last two purchases. I was even greeted by the owner of Victoria Star who was incredibly nice and we engaged in a great conversation about cars! Mercedes Benz has a fantastic line up of models but most importantly the experience of owning one from buying to servicing is executed with perfection by Victoria Star motors! I would recommend ( and have) to anyone looking for a car! GREAT JOB!

Start to finish, Les was a stand up salesman. He was patient and never pushed the sale in anyway. The sales manager was polite and courteous and so to was the finance manager. Had an all around pleasant experience at KW Mercedes.

Would recommend Les to anyone looking for an honest and genuine salesman at KW Mercedes.

I was driving from London heading to Toronto last night and my car broke down in the middle of the way around midnight, so I towed my car to the nearest city which is Waterloo, I called the dealership today morning and I wasn't offered any emergence service at all, I was force to stay in Waterloo for the nights until Monday. I have not received the help I need during the emergency. I am actually disappointed by how inefficient a luxury car service can be.

The new owners have made some incredible upgrades. I visited with my son and was instantly welcomed by staff. My son had a school project and we visited all upscale dealerships that day. I told the salesman we were only there for pictures and he still insisted on offering coffee. It is by far the most upscale facility and the new owners have made noticeable improvements.

When I booked appoinrments and asked to get quotation for the rusty panel on the door at passage side, and was told that they would do that. This was not the first time we asked this services. Each time we were told that they were too busy to do that. Until this day, we still did not get any answer from the dealer.

I went to this dealership a few years ago when I was in the market for a car. Spent 20 minutes in the showroom and didn't even get a hello from anyone. So I went across the street and bought a BMW 328. Today I thought I'd give them another chance as I'm soon ready to deal my Acura MDX. I got the exact same experience today!!! Unbelievable! Just had my E-Class s Sun Visor replaced under warranty. Right from Jennie Lane the Service Coordinator who assisted in setting up the appointment, to the day I was introduced to Dave Shantz the Service Advisor, I experienced a timely and a professional service. Dave explained the process when I arrived and got the job done within the expected time frame. I would highly recommend this dealership for MB Service needs.

The staff there are so friendly and professional.
I dealt with the salesman David Gulas and was very impressed with his service, he was a pleasure to deal with and he really knows his stuff.

Purchased a vehicle from this location earlier in December. I was specifically looking for the red c43 they had listed, I drove from Mississauga to see that car only to get informed by text halfway thru my drive that the red car is not available but a white one can be test drove. A little annoying but I ended up loving the vehicle and making an offer contingent on seeing the red car.

The process at this point was fine. It wasn't until I got the car home and needed to renew my plate stickers that I realized they did not include the ownership in any of the paperwork. I searched through Evey price of paper I received no sign of the registration slip. I texted the sales representative.... No answer, I called multiple times trying to reach the business manager who helped me with the deal again no answer. Sent emails and even explained to the receptionist that I need to speak with someone urgently since my ownership is missing... Still no answer or callback. Now I find myself in a packed service Ontario location waiting to pay the fee and request a new ownership. Exactly how I wanted to spend my afternoon!!

Bottom line make sure all your paperwork is in order before you leave the location since their follow up customer service is atrocious!!

We bought our first Mercedes from here. I'd just like to compliment the entire team right from our Sales Consultant (first point of contact) to Customer Experience Manager (last point of contact). They really did make us feel special while buying a premium brand. The whole car buying experience was great from start to finish and we never felt any pressure to make a decision. The car was delivered on an expedited schedule as we requested and the CEM patiently explained entire car features before sending us home with our new ride along with a tote bag filled with gifts. We definitely feel the pride of ownership. Thanks!
PS: My kids were entertained by the front desk managers. Special thank-you from the kids for their Christmas gifts.

Great place to buy a new or previously enjoyed Mercedes. I have been dealing with this dealership for several years. I find everyone here friendly, knowledgeable and they try their hardest to make going there a customer first experience. I find the service department and their staff very knowledgeable and have only good things to say about my many years of dealing with them here. Well I've been an MB owner/fan for a long time. 30 years plus . I've seen 3 owners of the dealership . Every time there has been a similar feel but better . I'm confident the Pfaff group will continue to provide excellent customer care . Looking forward to our next Mercedes Benz. Mine or my wife's .We will see .
