Candy provided excellent service, but I have had on-going problems with the transmission, which has been deemed unfixable since 2012. My car has been breaking down since Aug 31, 2020 and they diagnosed it on Oct 5 after I spent $430.00 out of pocket. I picked up my car on Fri Oct 9 & it stalled Oct 10 and the engine light came on again today, Oct 12. I was told by Ford that I would not be out of pocket due to the transmission problem and I am $430.00 out of pocket plus hours of my time off work. Ford asked me to not join the class action lawsuit back in 2015 & they would fix my transmission issue for the life of my vehicle. It too the Mgr Darren 4 days to respond to me, stating he would not reimburse me for the diagnostic test I was charged for. Ford Canada has failed miserably in quality and customer service. I feel unsafe driving my car.
