This is my second experience at Kitchener Ford and for the second time I have been pleasantly surprised and humbled by all the staff I ve encountered during both experiences. My first experience comprised of the BEST deal I ever got for a new vehicle! From the honesty and hospitality of the sales team to the accommodating and respectable management team, I climbed aboard the best fuel efficient truck I have ever driven! The second experience is as much of a success as the first! I have met more genuine people who I have become even friends with and I m honoured to be part of the Built Kitchener Ford Tough Family . I had an unfortunate crack in a window of my new vehicle which delayed the pickup of my Black Beauty and I must say that it was worth waiting for! I was enformed of every possible effort along the way to get me on the road! The relentlessness and creative efforts to get a near impossible part, due to its rarity, to satisfy a persistent and eager customer, speaks volumes to Kitchener Ford s unconditional passion to satisfy a customers needs! They have went beyond the extra mile and rewarded my family with a very special treat for our patience and kindness. I have had many great experiences and this one is at the top! I feel proud to be a part of the Kitchener Ford Family!!
