A positive experience end to end. Paul Barreto was very helpful in the beginning showing us our new Prius. No high pressure which was appreciated. Jason Banwell handled the lease arrangements. All were able to accomodated our schedule. Finally on delivery day, Ricardo Garcia expertly guided me through all the new features on the Prius (and there were plenty).
