I take two vehicles of mine to be serviced here and I have no complaints about pricing or customer service. The gas cap on one of my cars was not secured correctly and as a result the check engine light came on and one the the service reps reset the error code for free as a courtesy. I appreciate any business that knows how to retain business and loyalty of their customers with small gestures. He could have easily charged us $130 dollars (which I was fully expecting to pay for my wife's mistake) but because we are loyal customers who already visit regularly, he did not charge for the 5 minutes of work to reset the error code. This is good business practice. I will continue to recommend Toyota On the Park for their exemplary service!
