We had an amazing experience at Toyota on the Park. I have started shortlistings few options by mid May ; however I was not very sure on whether to go with a used one or brand new one. I have shopped around for like one week and almost committed to an used car option near our living place.

Although I committed for that one I was almost certain that I am making a compromise with my dream of having a new vehicle such as 2019 RAV 4. I was thinking as getting a feature rich RAV 4 may not be an affordable choice for me. But a visit to the Toyota on the Park has changed everything..

Like everyone else looking for a car l was also going through all the automaker's website and happen to put query in Toyota website regarding the RAV4. I thought I may not get a response from anyone but to my surprise I started getting detailed emails from Peter D'costa from Toyota on the Park. Initially I couldn't respond to any of his subsequent emails as well, later I thought of responding to his emails as an acknowledgement to a gentleman's sincere effort to make business with us.

On May 15th myself and my friend went there to check out the car and for any buying options that works out for us. Peter was really attending in understanding our requirements and giving best buying options that he can give in his capacity and control. He also arranged a very detailed test drive which helped me a lot to take decision later that day. We almost spent a day there discussing about all the various options and finally took decision by the same evening and signed papers to book the car.. obviously we were very excited for making a decision on something which that we thought that it may not be an option for us.

Once the booking was done Salman Hasan in the finance team helped a lot to FastTrack the entire paperwork and we got the car on 18th May. Eventually something which we thought of doing in a month time has cut short in to a matter of two days by the dedicated work by Peter and Salman.Now we are proud owner of 2019 Red RAV4 XLE AWD model car.

Special thanks to Peter D'costa and Salman Hasan for all your help and extra ordinary client service. I am hoping to have the continued support from you guys and management for any service related need I will have in the future.

One suggestion for management is set up nice backdrop for taking the new vehicle delivery so customers can take some nice pictures when they take their dream drive home..
