Carlos struck exactly the right note with us. I just bought a Toyota Highlander from Toyota on the Park, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. I dealt with Omar B. who was wonderful. He wasn t pushy, and let me make my decisions without pressuring me at all. When I went for the first time, he took my phone number, and only called once to check in with me, unlike another dealership I went to where they took my number and called me 4 times a day! Since the purchase, Omar has been great he has been available on the phone for any questions regarding the vehicle s features and gizmos. It has been very helpful. Omar hasn t dropped me like I don t matter anymore now that the sale has been made. Most importantly Omar wasn t pushy; he was knowledgeable and really helped me understand the vehicles and features available and didn t try to up sell me. He never salesman-ed me, if you know what I mean. It is a great car the usual Toyota quality, and I am extremely happy. Once my 2005 Matrix gets too long in the tooth, I ll be going straight to Omar for it s replacement.
Alishia, and th rest of the Service team have always provided excellent service, and make coming to this dealership a great and pleasant experience. They are the reason why I would consider getting another Toyota.

I just purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from Parker Raaymakers who took his time with me and helped me get my insurance the same day! He was very attentive and took care of me through every step. I have been a customer of Toyota on the Park for many years and have always dealt with Paul Barreto. He is very helpful and professional. Paul is always willing to help with multiple questions about cars and options, he has extensive product knowledge about all the cars that he sells. Paul always makes time to go though everything with precision and detail. I would highly recommend Paul as a sales person to deal with.
Parts department is very disappointing. I went in to show them a part that came off of my brand new Tacoma TRD Pro and Afzal from parts told me he would get back to me. I have since called him and emailed him numerous times with absolutely no response. Now after over a month of the silence treatment I am forced to contact the manager Jason who said he will look into this. So far there has been no follow up service. I am happy to re-post if anything changes.

Last morning found my car batterie totally dead, got a boost, quickly drove to Toyota on the Park, was there last year and liked it, didn't have an appointment, but was taken anyway, it took me just half an hour to get my new batterie installed for very good price. Excellent service, excellent people. Even got my car washed for no charge. I'd recommend Toyota on the Park to everyone who's looking for great service, nice people and personal touch.

I took my Toyota Tacoma for a service.
They did everything oil change, clean brakes,
hvac cleaning. But they don t replace the filter for the engine. They say we don t have.

On top of that when I got my car And drove it I start hearing a rattling noise. They forgot to install properly the shield underneath the engine. So I had to back and waste my time again. Thank you Toyota on the park for useless service, and time waste on my day off.
Just my recent experience! I would say I had an experience of my life time. With Matt Dezfuli I didn t feel like I am being treated as a customer but as a friend with great advice and open minded approach to my questions and concerns. The best thing after hours of discussions and test drive I spinned him around the idea of going for a different car in the end. But Matt was not even disappointed a bit. Matt Dezfuli you have shown me the height of customer service and I believe, NO! I bet the peak of customer service could ever be higher then this. Thanks for helping me on such a big decision and putting up with me. I highly say and quote me Meet Matt Dezfuli, and go home in a new ride !

I was looking for a cheap car for my short commute but also looking for quality and this is why I was looking for a certified Toyota Yaris. I found it in this dealer at a very good price. I have to say this car was by far the cheapest car in the dealer because is a 2010 Yaris with 128K Kms but the way Alif Budwani treated me and my family made me feel I was buying a couple of brand new Sequoia. He was just excellent with us. I have a 2 and 6 years old kids (difficult to stay quiet) and they were treat like in Disney (popcorn, markers, Teddy bears, etc) The time we spent with Benni signing papers she was also great with us giving papers, markers, etc to the kids. I bought my 2013 Corolla in other Toyota dealer but for sure next time I will be going to Toyota on the park. Thank you very much
Had a bad experience here when looking for a new car. Terrible test drive with lots of delays and salesperson was both pushy and didn't have a good knowledge of the vehicles.
I bought my amazing RAV4 2017 XLE in this dealer, and the service received during the Sale was great. Judy Hsu was the excellent sales consultant helping me to decide; I recommend her doubtlessly.
Went looking for my first car and had a few in mind from this dealership. Peter was very thorough when discussing my options, which included test driving all the 3 vehicles (new and used) I wanted to check out. He checked with me on what my needs were and made sure that the vehicle would fit those needs. He was very patient as well and made sure I was comfortable with my choice with no pressure. He answered all my questions quickly and with good knowledge and confidence.
Once the car was ready, Peter also made sure I knew where the vehicle features were and also showed me the service center and also helped book my first service appointment.
On the finance side, Ali was also very throrough and ensured that I knew what each cost meant and what I should be expecting in detail. As with Peter, he answered all my questions and concerns very well and it boosted my already high confidence of selecting to deal with Toyota.
Overall, I came out extremely happy with my experience, and, even after a few weeks, still really love the vehicle I got. Could not have been more glad to visit this Toyota dealership and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Where to even begin. The customer service and manners of the finance managers and sales agent are very unprofessional. I leased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 for my wife and her lease is ending in a few months. We received a letter from Toyota On The Park saying our lease is coming to an end and we are eligible for an upgrade so my wife and I decided to call the dealership to see if we can get a new vehicle. We talked to someone named Peter about a new Highlander but it was way out of our budget so I explained to the sales agent I can't afford the monthly payments for a new Highlander and I rather purchase my current leased vehicle and asked if he can help me. He started being extremely unprofessional saying that its not a part of his job and call back the receptionist desk and talk to Jason. Few days later my wife called back to talk to Jason and of course he doesn't pick up. Believe it or not we tried to reach the finance department for two weeks. I tried them back a few days later to talk to Jason and spoke to someone named Sarah who by the way is phenomenal and she explained how buying out a leased vehicle works and what documents we need. She also took down my information for Jason to give me a call back. It has been one week and nobody got back to me. How is this dealership still in business? Guess they don't care about making sales, off to another Toyota dealership I go. Sarah, if you read this, I really appreciate your help and you're too good to be working there.
Mahad provided exceptional service, worked with me to find and make sure the vehicle met my families need and was within budget. All while answering any questions we had along the way. As a first time buyer from a dealship he and the team where there to help every step of the way.
We had a great experience working with Mike Ghowsi, who was very courteous and helpful, and gave us what was a very fair deal on our new 2018 Corolla. He spent a lot of time with us explaining details and going through the paperwork. Highly recommend Mike and this dealership. The TOTP team are the nicest people I've dealt with at any dealership and made the buying experience very easy. These guys were very helpful to my wife and I- It's evident that they value the overall experience that their customers have, it's totally ingrained in their approach. You can tell they take pride in "just doing it right" and frankly, exceeded our expectations of customer service.

Great service. Always went here to get our cars looked at if there are any problems and for the oil changes. Has a very nice waiting area, scenic also offers a closed in space for privacy/quietness. Good cafe as well.

Chitra Selvanathan at Toyota on the park is the worst because if you have a problem with your car after buying it, she will tell you to come and you have waranty and she says it will cost losts of money and wastes your time.
Worse experience ever...i have a rav4 and the car was in very good condition..i went there to change all the fluid..transmission fluid(flush) ..engine oil..rare deferntial fluid..
After the service i started having transmission issues..i went there after 3.4 weeks as i was out of the town and couldn't really understand the problem.. But when i drove it on highway i realised there was serious issues with my transmission which didn't have before..
So i went there and told them..and they said you came very late you should have come early..and Refused to check the car with out inspection fee.. And i paid 80 cad.. And they came and said my torquae converter needs to be fixed and said it will cost me 2000 cad..
As i have driving and maintenance experience of 15 years..how the hell that it supposed to happen with a good transmission?
I asked them what ATF they used and asked for information and log.. They said they don't have it.. And the customer service is getting awful as it feels like you are begging service for free.. But you are actually paying a premium price...
I asked them to do a reflush on the transmission.. As i think it wasn't done correctly.. Or the fluid wasn't right or they made a mistake.. They refused and asked for money to re do it..
Later on i went to a different dealership checked the genuine ATF by myself.. And did a ATF change.. And the transmission was good as new...
I can not explain its a fault of a particular technician or a poor batch of ATF.. But it cost me time and money and effort.. And i was supposed to lose 2000 CAD for nothing..
Remember its a costly place to run.. And they will do everything to keep the money coming..
Advise for dealership: please provide attention to your customer and their problems.. And try to help them if need.. Just trying to save 50..60 bucks would not provide you long term benefits.. You will lose your customer.. There are other places they are willing to provide service to.. Remember its a Toyota dealership not a cheap dodgy car fixing shop...if you are talking premium price from customers have the premium attitude and service..

We are very pleased with the service we got at Toyota On The Park when buying a Toyota Prius. It was our first time purchasing a new vehicle, and as such we were slightly apprehensive about the thought of a pressuring salesman. However, Shajee proved to be no such person. He was friendly and understanding towards our family, letting us think through our decision before making the purchase and staying with us past closing time. After making our decision, Conrad and the team were very knowledgeable and responsive towards our questions while transferring ownership of the car. They ensured that all the financing, warranty, and maintenance options were thoroughly communicated to us. Combined with the Red Tag 0% financing and our excellent new vehicle, we could not be happier with the experience and would certainly recommend the dealership.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. They overcharged my wife and ran up a bill with unnecessary inspection fee and an alignment when no suspension work was done. When I confronted them they said it was all preventative and factory recommended. Recommend by Toyota to maximize profits. The consumer can t prove the work is unnecessary because they don t have the machinery and they will take advantage at every chance they get. We will never deal with this organization again.
Update: my wife just had the air conditioning fixed in her Sienna on May 27th. This was done by another shop. Not a dealership. This was the one thing she ask Toyota to make sure was working. After charging $134 plus tax to inspect the vehicle they didn t notice is was not performing well.
Summary: they find work that isn t really necessary and they missed the ONE thing she asked them to make sure was working. Totally unacceptable.
It was a pleasure to deal with Peter D'Costa, prompt, responsive and efficient service. Will surely recommend to friends and family.

It had been over 3 months for me going around many Toyota dealerships in search of slightly used Toyota RAV4. However, I ended up being not satisfied with either or both price and vehicle condition until I visited Toyota on the Park.
It was at this place thatI met the great and respectable man, Mr. Bob Gilbert, who convinced me to change my mind and go for a brand new RAV4 LE. He took his time to explain the advantage of buying the demo car parked in the showroom. I do not have enough words to appreciate Bob. In a nutshell, I dare to call him that he is really born for that job. It has been a week since I started driving my new car as well as referring your valued dealership and Bob to friends and acquaintances.

Great customer service! I was sold a 2018 Rav4 and it is a great car. Although it is used, it genuinely feels like it's brand new. It even still has that new car smell. The salesman (Mantas Gulbinas) was very attentive. I love that fact that he checks on customer satisfaction even after the car is sold.
