Nothing special. We didn't have a successful visit. The pricing of their vehicles doesn't have much flexibility at all. Overall, the price of their vehicles are non-negotiable, but perhaps that's just how it is at all BMW dealerships. Expect to make a hefty down payment which they classify as the freight, shipping and taxes for the vehicle. You could have that factored into your monthly payment but that would only increase the amount to be paid. Other than this, the dealership was standard, same as any other with the showroom and receptionist to greet. They do ask if you have an appointment so probably best to call and set one up before going as you may have to wait to see someone.

Bought my BMW here, amazing sales department! Definitely recommend Kelvin (if he's still there).

Only thing is that their service department will try to scam you. My car was under warranty, and right after I got my winter tires changed they said I needed a car alignment or else it would be dangerous to drive. It was my first time bringing it into service, and a first time car owner - I thought they recommended it and that it was covered. Turned out to be $300. After, found out through other friends that it was unnecessary and would also be cheaper at other BMW dealers, or car shops. Town and Country, you should definitely be expecting more of your service team! Totally unethical. I'm reluctant to bring it back to service my car no matter how many times you call.

Best experience I've had. Mayur was upfront, honest. He was very knowledgeable, great to get along with, and offered excellent advice. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a new vehicle and hope that he is still around when it comes time to lease or purchase my next vehicle. I can't see myself dealing with anybody else.

While I was in the market for a BMW, I had been to a few dealerships but the quality of service and professionalism here is outstanding.

Harsh helped me during the entire process. From the point I walked into the dealers to when I had the car keys. He was honest and transparent. The car had minor stone chip etc but they did not try to hide it (this is a good sign). I would definitely recommend this dealership and Harsh for your purchase needs.

Service representative is very friendly and efficient. Five stars. However parts are extremely expensive even a centre vent clip cost over $600 to replace because you have to replace the whole center vent, it comes in one piece. Can't believe such a high tech car (2017 X5 40e plugin hybrid) with such a design flaw.

Town+Country BMW has built a strong infrastructure that encourages excellent client-oriented customer service while delivering honest and transparent business ethics. While there will always be times when something is miscommunicated, the key is how well the front-line sales are at promptly providing a solution (that is productive while maintaining client satisfaction). Additionally, if mistakes are made showing empathy and apologizing about being unable to meet certain promises and providing alternatives will definitely set things right and this level of sincerity goes a very long way.

This is the experience we had while looking to purchase a new vehicle. Initial client interactions and emotional exchanges felt positive, and my questions were answered promptly with knowledgeable responses. Although there was a miscommunication however it was taken care of without an escalation. In the en of the day, I felt valued and will definitely recommend Town+Country, and like any other business matters, be clear, concise, and read clearly the fine print.

One of the biggest BMW store in Ontario. Came in and work on the deal With Michael Ye. Mr. Ye was very kind and helpful to clarify all my doubts about the car and which options are suitable for me. After some negotiation I would be able to get an outstanding deal from him and approved by his manager. In addition, a Chinese Lady named Michelle was super nice and helped me to how to operate each function of the car and showing all the menus from the navigation system. Thanks for the deal. Also all the representative here are nice people and this place are totally hassle free.

Be prepared to be discriminated against if you don't fit the salesperson's criteria for what a BMW purchaser looks like. Came here with my parents to purchase a vehicle, the salesman was impatient, showed us cars on the computer and did not make much effort to bring us to specific vehicles and allow us to test drive any vehicles. Note to BMW Town+Country: a person's skin colour does not reflect their bank accounts, every customer should be treated fairly. Customer service here was unacceptable.

This is a long overdue review but I have been so busy and I wanted to make sure i had the proper time to really give a superb review. To get my car I came in contact with two wonderful people. First, Pirot (sales). What a respectable, hard working, patient, understanding and client focused gentleman. He walked me through it all step by step and entertained my presence on 5 separate occasions and attendance till I finally decided on a car. He never questioned my specific specifications and made me feel like he would get me exactly what my heart desires and even more. Day of car retrieval he was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated great care and attention to detail to the entire transaction. He also went way way over and beyond what I expected at all times. He follows up with you to ensure you're happy and have any questions or concerns answered post car pick up. I feel very spoiled and definately recieved a royal treatment by PIROUT - he has earned my loyalty. Ps I may have called him over 12 times after I decided on a car and he always was accessible and very quick and prompt to reply and deliver -you can't beat reliability like that especially in an important service delivery of a vehicle. PIROUT makes it all about you #spoiled and no one else. Thank you thank you thank you.

Then I came into contact with LAYLA product specialist. I do not know her last name but shame on me for that. This lady is the most peofessional human being I have come across. Her tone and demeanour are unparalleled. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of BMW, a tech savvy person filled with awesome recommendations to make your new transition efficient, accessible and fun. One thing I really enjoyed was how she uses your name in a manner that makes you feel VIP.
She knows how to communicate and convey her suggestions in a very easily understandable manner. She was very patient, helpful and a pleasure to be around. She follows up with you and makes you feel very comfortable to ask any question. Believe me you will have lots of questions and it feels great to know you are not burdening someone as layla insists to be there to ease you into all the new cool gadgets BMW is leading with in their cars. I am so happy with the entire experience. It's not just about the car because the people you come into contact with can make all the difference for the entire experience. LAYLA is the kind of person I would wait to get an appointment with if she was booked because that is how much I enjoy her capabilities, qualities and unique communication approach. Showroom is nice. You will find wide choice for used BMWs in the showroom as this is one of the biggest in the country.

My personal experience with salesman here though was not very pleasant.

He was very nice guy (won't mention any name here) and helpful but during sales follow up when he called me I told him that the vehicle I was looking for was not fitting into my budget.

On that reply he got upset and told me that then why did I test drive that vehicle if it was not fitting into my budget ?? You don't expect that kind of communication with customer.

Anyways otherwise showroom is very nice and prices here very competitive compared to other BMW showrooms in town.

I am not satisfied with the level of service I received today. This is the worse experience I got so far, I have come to this place numerous times in the past, it was always prompt service with minimal wait time, I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment to be seen by service advisor, wait another 30 min for car rental. I got a calll at 4 and was told car is ready. I showed up at 7 and the car is not ready, have been waiting for almost 45 min just to pick up, this is ridiculous. Because of this , I don t think I want to consider Bmw at this dealership

Today my father ran into an issue after work, a flat tire to be specific. Because my father purchased his car through Town and Country BMW he called BMW Roadside Assistance and the tow service explained the pickup will be in about a little over a hour. My dad requires a car to commute to and from work so he called Town and Country to see if he could have a rental car put aside for him, however the Rental department was closed for the day. Running out of options, he called Steve Choi, the manager from what I was told, and through one way for another he managed to set things up and ensured my dad everything would be good when he arrived. Tow came 40 mins early which was surprising considering it was rush hour and they took amazing care of his car while loading it on the truck. Long story short, Steve didn't have to go out of his way to do what he did, but he did anyways. Thanks a bunch Steve, by far best BMW dealership we've been to, service has been amazing since day 1. Also, big thanks to Bobby the service consultant for the tow, my dad appreciated your care and work (:

yes its true service really sucks!!!!!!!!! Even the receptionists at the service desk are not pleasant to deal with. It's almost like this is it take it or leave it, and even when you leave your car for service they never give you another BMW for exchange its always some lowest priced cars, I am not pleased withe the service at all!

It's a joy to deal with them as they are very approachable and genuine. They will do their best to satisfy their clients. Thumbs up to both of them.

About two points of service, also arrived on time. I started to say that I can finish it from 5 to 6 o'clock. I can call us at 6:15 to say that I can do it in 15 minutes. At 6:30, we wait for the car to tell us that it will take a while. At the last seven o'clock, I didn't get the car that was taken at 7:15. It was almost the last car after reading it. There was no apology and explanation throughout the journey. Ask the staff is also playing sloppy eyes perfunctory. It s also huh. Does it take more than five hours to get a maintenance in your company? Still keep letting others jump in the queue and put our order to the last one? So what is the meaning of the appointment? I hope to get a reasonable explanation for bmw.

We were picking up our car from the service depart...

We were picking up our car from the service department in our other car and with the limited parking space we stopped our car slightly in front of garage. One of the employees rudely told us to get lost and can't stop our car here and rudely knocked on the back of our car. There were cars in front of me and behind me so I can't even move as I'm blocked in, and I was already in reverse gear with my reverse lights on. Why would anyone tell us off and not stop there while we are trying to get out of the spot? I was warned that service was bad at this dealership now I truly believe it. Maybe because we picked up our BMW in an Old Toyota? Typical BMW mentality. That's why we switched to Audi.

I had a very positive experience at BMW Markham, and would highly recommend them if you re considering a BMW.

I did not feel any pressure to buy quickly, unlike other dealerships I had visited. Nasir, who assisted me was very flexible and allowed me to test drive multiple cars to ensure I got a better sense of the models I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and organized which made the transaction fairly seamless. From purchase to delivery, Nasir was in touch the entire time to answer questions or provide updates.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided, and their approach to no haggling. Also the the car orientation was also very much appreciated. Thanks to Nasir and Katherine.

I have been driven GLS and GLE for past 10 years and did not realize that BMW has such a great improvement on the in and out. Really got impressed by the new technologies on my X7M. The delivery process was effortless Leila prepared the presentation of different options of the car and walked me through using different technologies such as the mobile app.

I purchased a 530i (G30) last week.

Prior to visiting this dealership, I did a bit of research on retail prices and got an appraisal of my trade-in with the assistance of a well-known consumer help organization.

My interaction with the sales department was relaxed and low pressure. I came away satisfied with the price of my vehicle and their offer for my trade-in. An after-sales visit to the business department gave me the same impression.

Upon delivery, I was introduced to their pleasant "product genius". She spent about an hour familiarizing me with the various systems and features of the car. She also helped me set personal preferences for the interior lighting, door locks, phone and navigation. We also did a quick tour of various areas of the dealership.

So far, I've had a positive experience with Town + Country.

After reading some of the reviews, it seems as though BMW T&C only takes care of their customers who purchase their cars while disregarding the ones that come in to get their vehicle serviced.

I want to tack this opportunity to share my story. I have been with BMW T&C for about 6 months now, and my service advisor Ken always provided me with great customer service.

However, around a week ago, I brought my car in for a check up on my DCT gear box, (I have a m3 Convertible). My car is still currently under full BMW warranty, and Ken gives me a call to tell me that my vehicle is ready to be picked up.

At 6pm, I go to pick up my car and it took about an hour for them to bring back the car. When I went to see the car, it was frozen and when I opened the door, I was shocked to see how dirty the floor was. There were shoe marks on both sides and other minor things that I found in the interior. I was obviously frustrated to have my car returned in this condition, so I asked for it to be re-checked and there was nobody available that night. Later that evening, I emailed Rohan the service manager with all the photos explaining my concerns regarding the state of my BMW.

Assuming that I was going to have a hard time getting my concerns addressed, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from my servicer advisor Ken and Rohan, who both apologized and told me that my car would promptly be fixed.

Only an organization with good management and good customer value will admit to its mistakes and take the appropriate steps to resolve it. I am very thank full to BMW T&C for addressing the issues, being honest and working with me throughout this whole process.

I would like to especially thank Ken and Rohan as they stood out among the others to address my needs and provide me with excellent customer service

I will definitely purchase my next BMW from T&C and continue to service my vehicles at BMW T&C

Extremely bad customer service. Went here twice to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. First visit, a pre-owned salesperson helped me and I told him I am only looking to test drive a BMW as I never owned one before. He then told me all the used cars the dealership has and not helping me test drive the demo cars. He only told me I should go to the "new car department" but he did not guide me there. I did not even know where it was, did not know they had two different areas for pre owned and new cars. This salesperson also looked down at me because I am still a student as if I have no money to purchase the car and I am just looking around to test drive for fun. I am pretty sure he did not want to help me test drive the cars because he thinks that I'm not serious in buying it. So I walked home empty handed, didnt even test drove a BMW even though that was my only request. Bad customer service.

My second visit was to purchase an off-make car with Brandon Steir. Bad customer service as well. No manners and did not took care of his potential buyers. He also seems to look down at me. I don't know why BMW treats their customers this way but this town country dealership really push customers like me away. This salesperson did not help me reduce the price and did not even make the effort to talk to his manager. Extremely lazy. I told him that if the price does not fit my budget then I don't think this is the right car for me. He then seems to not care about me anymore and when i left, he did not stood up and said anything. He kept sitting and staring at his computer like I was not there. Not even saying thank you or at least say the appropriate things you would say to end a conversation with a customer. No manners. Poor customer service. He did not help me with anything. Two times BMW did this. Family owned a BMW very long time ago and sold it within a year because the car did not perform very well. I tried to give another chance to buy this brand and this is how they treated me. Never ever going back and i don't recommend anyone going here to purchase a pre-owned car. Thank you for ruining my perspectives on BMW. Will never buy any BMW product.

Booked a service appointment for 8:30am just for an oil change. Asked for a rental since I had to get to work (since I work outside of their shuttle area), they said they don't provide rentals for oil changes. Fine. Told me it would take 2 hours, so I agreed and decided to wait. Came in and didn't get to talk to a service rep until 30 minutes later. She was kind and helpful but told me 2.5-3 hours wait. After 2.5 hours of waiting, they texted me saying that there was a delay and now the car won't be ready until 2pm. 6 hours for an oil change? I quickly go chat with the service rep and mention that I really had to go to work and all they said was they are trying and delays can't be helped.

Why bother coming here? It's ridiculous how service is run here. They don't value your time at all.

I came here looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. I don't know if it was almost closing or what, but no one seemed to want to help us.
During the test drive, our sales reminded me of a driver's test, just telling me where to go, and didn't explain any of the features of the car. We ended up buying the car at another dealership.

Very disappointed in the service here. I purchase a CPO car and additional warranties. I spent a total of $4500 + tax on warranties and every time I take in my car they tell me the service is not covered and they can't even see that I purchased a warranty on their system! When something is covered they never have a BMW loner vehicle but rather send me to a enterprise desk which gave me a Volkswagon Beetle for my 5 series! Beetle really? Do not buy or service your vehicle here.

Digital key card didn t come with my new 2019 X5 since I picked up the car in May, 2019 and the dealership can t provide solution for 7 months long up to today. I don t know how difficult to program a digital key card but I believe 7 months can even produce hundreds of new cars already not to say a simple digital card programming. Maybe I have a limited knowledge about BMW technology. Very disappointed this time.

The Service Consultant, Bobby Chan deserves lots of credits and compliments as he always assures customers like me with professionalism, product knowledge, patience and honesty. When my 2010 X3 needs an attention, I always bring it back to Bobby Chan of TCBMW. .
I have known Bobby for almost 8 years since the very first time my car needed a maintenance service. No matter whether the job is trivial or major, Bobby always gives me a clear explanation about it before and after so that I have trust in my car to go anywhere far and wide or just around the corner with peace of mind.
I found Bobby Chan is a service consultant of very high integrity. His advice on service needed is trustworthy. Bobby only charges for the necessary jobs needed for the car.
He respects customers and explains details about the problems and jobs with patience in a dummy-proof manner. Bobby Chan also suggests practical ways to maintain my car for a longer service life to help me save money in the long-run. No matter what service or job my car needs, the first name comes to my mind is Bobby Chan.

Took my car in for a schedule maintenance due to tire with a nail, appointment was at 12:30pm and I spoke to the parts department the day before, the guy told me the tire would be in the next day which is my schedule appointment. But the guy who took my keys said he doesn't, and I waited around 3.5 hours walked to the dealership and received a call from csr, telling me they looked at it and haven't done a single thing. And they have to order the tire and file a claim, told me advisors etc leaves at 5pm, so I feel as if I been lied to regarding duration of my maintenance. I ask the lady what have the maintenance people been doing? She said short staff. Well that ain't my problem that's something you should tell a customer in the beginning. Very professional service and communication. Looks like they're gonna lose me as a customer. It's strange the fact that Honda/Toyota/Hyundai service department provides premium service.

Had an issue (well, lots of issues) with an '08 335xi. I am a salesperson at the local Chrysler Dealership and needed to have this BMW checked over for a customer of mine.
Spoke with the young lady at reception who was kind enough to squeeze me in for a diagnostic.

Exceptional service came from my Service Consultant, Kevin Dowswell. He was attentive and responsive, and was able to handle my concerns with ease. He also took the time to go over the vehicle again with the customer directly and certainly made me look good. I would recommend the T+C service department to any BMW owner, and Consultant Kevin Dowswell in particular. Thanks guys.

Call tc Mini regarding my 06 Cooper Front Passenger Seat Occupant Detection Mat Sensor Recall. Inquired whether this light may cause SRS Airbag malfunction light to come on. This lady from the service department after a couple of holds was not able to confirm and answer my question

A bit of Googling has the answer. Service rep/adviser should know this from the top of their heads!

I asked whether it MAY cause a light to come on, not whether it IS the cause of the light on right now which of course has to be diagnosis in order to answer.

Just bought a car here with Nasir. Great experience from start to finish. Didn't feel like anyone was trying to rip me off. I felt like I was getting customer education rather than a "sales pitch" with any concern or question. After finalizing my sale, I met with Cecil, also very pleasant and professional. Explained warranty options without any aggressive tactics and rates offered were good. Delivery specialist was Alvin, very knowledgeable and walked me through how to use my car.

The facility itself is big, clean, comfortable and seems like it was very well managed during my two visits.

Would definitely be happy dealing with Nasir and this dealership with my next purchase.

Previously had experience dealing with Audi and Jaguar.
