We recently purchased an X5 from BMW T&C. Our experience started off with Nasir, of whom I must say was very professional, courteous, sincere, hard working and extremely determined. He not only tried once or twice to close the deal, but went to bat for us at least 4 times! He's the one that made the sale happen!!! If it wasn't for his determination, we would have left the dealership empty handed. Everything he promised to do was done to perfection! His after sales assistance was extraordinary. We picked the car up as promised on Saturday and was introduced to Leila Wang who was very informative, knowledgeable and knew all her stuff, she answered all our questions without any hesitation, she knew our car inside & out! She also followed up with us numerous times thereafter. Our overall experience with BMW T&C was phenomenal & we will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a BMW. We will definitely return to T&C to buy our next car! Thanks again to the BMW T&C team for the outstanding service! --May & Michael Wong--

Liked a BMW X3 and asked for carfax and car pictures. Booked an appointment and rushed to reach there before 5 PM on a weekday as we were told, the place closes and doors get electronically locked at 5.
When we got there, we were in for a surprise. The salesman had (apparently by MISTAKE) sent me pictures of a higher model BMW X3 and the Carfax of one with a lower mileage. Also, when i asked the salesman, a notice on the door says you're pen until 7, he's like oh yes, but i work until 5! Seriously, you're trying to trick people to come in, telling them you made a MISTAKE (i don't believe that) and lie to them about the timings just because that is what suits you.

I have been buying my BMW cars from this dealership for almost a decade. Customer Service and Prices are hard to beat anywhere. Also, it's conveniently located by 407ETR which let's you test a German car the way it should be tested (>100km/h). My sales person is Nasir, he always makes sure I leave the dealership satisfied (I am a demanding customer). He is also proven to make any problems disappear so you get your car fast and are happy with it. Thanks Nasir and the wonderful management at BMW Markham.

When booking your service appointment, make sure exactly what the appointment is for. Mine turned out to be with the service advisor who was to subsequently book the car service!! On the positive side, once the miscommunication was detected, the service advisor was most helpful in expediting the car service and worked through lunch. Thanks Alexandra !

"Take-home test drive" was a very convenient feat...

"Take-home test drive" was a very convenient feature where I could test the car around the neighborhood without physically be at the dealership. Bought the 330i 2 days after the test drive. Strongly recommend Michelle Fung - She was very thorough and patient with the concerns i had including price, features and availability of the inventories with specific features and most importantly, pricing was excellent. They could be able to tighten up profit margin and try its best to give out as much discount as possible (at least from my personal experience.) Overall, loved the car and service received.

There seems to be many mixed reviews here, but "thankfully," our interactions with Nasir were fantastic. Nasir is very knowledgeable, patient and never tried to pressure, or sell us any extras. He always responded to our text messages, and made himself available, even on his days off. We had a problem just a few days later with the key fobs, and Nasir changed the batteries on both of them without any hesitation. He always makes us feel appreciated and taken care of. I read about the horrendous customer service issues in the service department, however, we haven t made any appointments yet. I will provide an update when the time comes. Saturdays are the busiest, so it s a good idea to visit on a weekday, if possible.

Was greeted when I walked in even before I made it all the way to the counter. The parts guy I dealt with was polite, quick, and eager to help. Even though I was at a lower end German car dealership, I was treated with nothing but respect. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service from the pre-owned sale's represe...

Terrible service from the pre-owned sale's representatives. Called in a few times to book a test drive appointment and to get an appraisal for my car. All I got excuses and kept being pushed from one person to the next.

I got two chances to do a test drive. First time the sale's representative told me I couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were gonna close soon (over 30 minutes until they actually close). I called before coming in as well and he said it was fine. Only after I got in the store did he say it was too late.

2nd time, with the same guy, he cancelled on me and told me to talk to another guy. Other guy pushed me to another guy. And he just told me one of the vehicles I wanted to test drive wasn't available. After 5 representatives I talked to he was the first to tell me this vehicle wasn't available, and he was set on not listening to my concern on the issue. And for the other vehicle he told me to wait an hour for the car to be available, and kept telling me to make an appointment...

If making appointments through the phone and in person is impossible, I would like to have known ahead of time instead of being lead around for 4 days. Then getting "this vehicle isn't available for test drive" .

He made it a very stress free process and will gladly refer Allen to friends and family as well as continue to business with Town and Country BMW ourselves. Update 2019-06-05: I brought my BMW in for oil ch...

Update 2019-06-05: I brought my BMW in for oil change service, they were supposed to have a rental waiting for me. I waited for 1 hour for them to check my car in while still waiting for the rental. Then they charge my credit card for $10.48 for gas for the rental when I returned it the way I got it. I understand their system is automated down to the litre, but this service is ridiculous.

My purchase experience there was great, but won't be taking it back to this dealership after my free services are done.

We were very delighted with the staff at Town+Country BMW. Sammy and Tiffany provided helpful advice and was willing to work with us to get the car we wanted. We visited multiple times to test drive and they were excited to see us each time. Their honesty, knowledge and relaxed atmosphere made it felt like we were working together as a team.

On pickup day, Gina was very thorough, accommodating and explained through all the features and gadgets of our new X1 and made my transition to a BMW feel seemless.

We have worked with George Li on 3 different cars, and it was a great experience every time. We really appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail, which helped make the process very easy and enjoyable. He was also very helpful and responsible even after we bought the car, as he was willing to answer any questions we had, or any issues with the car even months later. I will definitely go back to him for any future BMW purchases, and I also highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a BMW.

I visited this dealership a few times to service my car, very happy with my experiences there. The staff are very polite, professional and efficient. I recently brought in my car to fix a very frustrating tire leak, it was not easy to fix. Thanks to the expertise and excellent work from Bobby and the technicians, they fixed the problem completely, it was like taking a big burden off my shoulder, as finally I can drive the car without worrying about the tire pressure! Very positive experience at this dealership, definitely my preferred dealership!

Went to have my Mini Cooper for winter tire change...

Went to have my Mini Cooper for winter tire change out and also complained about rattling sound under. SA Antonio Leung took note of everything and assured me that it will be taken cared of. Arranged a loaner for me for that day. Sherif, rental manager was so helpful and promptly sent me on my way. Got a call from Antonio that they found the caused but has not completely eliminated the noise and they will have to keep the car until they fix the problem. Long story short they were able to fixed and because it is under warranty I paid nothing. One thing I was impressed with Antonio is that he responds to his text even after hours. I told him I dont expect him to response but nevertheless I do appreciate his excellent service! That's why buy premium cars from reputable dealership ...or should I say buy only from Pfaff MINI. Thank you again.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2016, and would describe myself as being very particular about my vehicles, meaning that I tend to address issues that to others are non existent, because they can't even detect them. I was blown away by the level of Customer Service provided by Peter BLESSE, the shop foreman, who listened to my concerns, and addressed them with the utmost attention to detail. I live almost two hours away from this location, but will come back with any issues in the future, knowing that I obtain the best service around. I dealt mostly with Peter, but cant't forget to mention Jody Grew, who I would also like to commend for great customer approach. Having to offer a great product is one thing, but keeping the level of customer service at a great level, may be even more important. Town and Country BMW has both!

Ended up buying a BMW from them even though my initial reception was frosty. John, the sales guy, was knowlegable, helpful and not pushy at all. Rachel walked me through all the features of the car with precision and grace. Would have rated them 5 stars but the other sales guys were flat out rude to me when I arrived. Maybe if I was a guy it would have been different. That said, John was great when I eventually got to him.

The staff inside is rude and the sales manager on the used car side is so out of touch that he doesn't realize that young people actually have money too. He blew three cash purchases so we went to Lexus and tesla instead.

We tried this dealership two years in a row with the same results. Stephen and his team of poorly trained sales reps are why we don't drive BMW

Very great experience here. Jan veluz made the whole experience very easy and comforting. Helped me not only prior to buying my vehicle but continues to help after purchasing my car. After dealing with some difficult people at another dealership. Coming to pfaff bmw in Markham and meeting Jan made buying a car a wonderful experience. 10/10 customer support would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car to go to Jan Veluz!

I didn't buy my car here so I don't know about the...

I didn't buy my car here so I don't know about the sales side. However, the Service Department is awesome.

I had my vehicle in for service 5 times on the same issue, no fault of Town+Country BMW. Was it an inconvenience? Yes, but the service adviser Kennard Chan took care of everything for me from drop off to pick up. He took the time to explain possible reasons for the issue and troubleshooting step the tech has gone through to resolve the problem. During one of the services, the vehicle needed to stay overnight for long terms diagnostics and a car was provided to me for use during that period of time.

Bottom line, I will definitely take my car to Town+Country for servicing again.

Just picked up my new x1. Everything went smoothly, thanks to the team. Jason has been very helpful in making sure a smooth delivery, Gina is very knowledgeable on all the features and explained them very clearly.
Brought in my old x1 for service a few days ago, Keith and his service team were most helpful in ensuring all procedures were carried out professionally and on a timely manner.

Be careful when getting your vehicle serviced here they will charge crazy rates without even confirming with you. very rude "service Advisor" knows absolutely nothing about the service being done. Will continue leasing our vehicles from Mercedes glad i switched a few just 2 more left.

I have been with Town and Country from 2009. This is my 3rd lease .
My 2015 X1 ran out of the warranty and now I have an engine oil leak and a coolent leak.
I still have 1 year and 8 months left on my lease. I travel a lot and have put on around 110000 KM, did not expect a car of this nature to have this kind of issues .
The leak is from the valve gascut, costing me a bundle of $$$ and to fix the coolent leak more $$$.
Therefore, after the repairs are done, I hope to get rid of this car.
Never again a BMW period!

Update today 23rd November 2017.
I found out today that the valve cover is worped and need to be replaced.
Taking to Keith, he said my records indicate that work was done on the car for a oil leak.
Why was this NOT detected at that time???.
I'm very desapointed with your service!
Will be taking up this matter with BMW canada for answers to cover my experience wshowing my service records!
A 2015 X1 with 110000km with this kind of issues, unbelievable.
All customers please note before buying a BMW specialy from Town &County.

Why are there no sporadic choices? ? Service attitude is bad and exploded.
I used to go to Vaughan for maintenance of the BMW. After moving, I thought about choosing this BMW dealership. The first time I changed the tyre here, after I changed it, I don t know if the balance was not done or what, which seriously affected the driving experience. After changing the car, I still thought about being close to home and coming here for maintenance. I made an appointment at 10:30 this morning, two weeks later, and put the car in the dealership on time. At 3:30 in the afternoon, an employee named Alessandra who was in charge of contacting me called me while sending me a text message and told me that my car is out of turn today. If you want to come back to pick up the car or leave it overnight. Throughout the conversation, the employee's very impatient attitude can be clearly heard. I waited for five hours for nothing, and I hadn't lost my temper and communicated with her in good spirits. I don't understand why she treats me with such a poor service attitude. After a phone call, it means that the car is not ready anyway. You can stay overnight, come back tomorrow, or make a new appointment. Anyway, I don't know when your car will be ready. I will never patronize this kind of service.

Drove to Markham BMW and the sales person asked me to provide the information on the vehicle I was scheduled to look at. We expected to vehicle to be ready to test drive however it had been sold. What a waste of time! We could have walked in off the street and received the same treatment.

So happy with they way i was treated 4 years ago, i decided to upgrade my vehicle again. Chris H was the sales rep that took care of me and he was great!! thank you !!

Recently dealt with john with the used cars department and was pleasantly surprised by how hard he worked with me to get a deal I could afford.
I told him what I could do financially and he tried his best to get it done, and in the end we did. The dealership also promised me that the used car I purchased was gonna get a top notch BMW qualified inspection and anything that is borderline will get fixed so that I would have no worries.

This is now my 4th visit to Town and Country BMW i...

This is now my 4th visit to Town and Country BMW in Markham and I must say this may have been one of the worst. Makes me wish I didn't live so close to the dealership. I was told an oil change service is $137 on phone and upon speaking to so called BMW adviser, the price was upped to $215. My appointment was at 10.45am and was told the car would be ready by 1pm which it wasnt, I had to call them just to me told the car hasnt even been taken in. The staff they have working at this dealership need a course in good customer service.
The advisory was having something to eat and speaking to clients with his mouth full, I dont know if i consider that appropriate as i'm sure many will agree, quite poor.
I feel i was completely lied to about the pricing of an oil change but because i want my cars records to be with BMW i keep paying these prices.
i was told very rudely that if i went with the lower priced oil service, they wouldnt reset the light. I felt quiet threaten almost.
This dealerships service is an absolute joke and require new staff or better training.
This type of customer service would be better at a flee market not at a BMW dealership.

For those of you out there who shutter at visiting a dealership & working through buying a new vehicle, I would like to highly recommend Town & Country BMW. Don"t be intimidated by the state of the art facilities, these are people who really know their business & will treat you with extra special care and attention. My sales person was Nasir Ahmadi, he was professional, trusting & made the whole buying experience most pleasurable. I've never had a delivery specialist(Leila Wang) spend over an hour reviewing every aspect of the vehicle, explaining all of the features and capabilities and walking you through the new technology. Nasir & Leila are exceptional in their field but it's priceless when you're the recipient of such a wonderful buying experience. Give them a call and you'lll know the feeling!

Look for Nasir. We found a BMW Pre-owned X1 online and when we arrived, he immediately told us that the car was not good. True enough, it was not as good as we thought. When we came back the next day to test drive another X1 and a X3 that we saw online afterwards, he told us that the X3 was in great condition.

It took awhile for us to decide on the X3 considering that it was a little over our budget. However, Nasir was very patient and did not pressure us in any way. This made a huge difference on us deciding to buy the car. Nasir's honesty and patience is a rare quality in a salesman. This was a true BMW experience and five stars to the service that Nasir has provided. Thank you once again and we will definitely come back!

I booked an appointment with this sales representative named Vivian Li of a 3-day VIP Sales event at this dealership at 11:30 AM today.

When I showed up on time, no one was there to greet me at the door, which is understandable since there were a lot of people. Naturally I asked the front desk to tell her I m already here waiting.

She showed up over 15 minutes late during which I ask the front desk 3 times! She was making all of these excuses such as oh every sales representative has 2 or 3 customers at the same time , and even had the nerve ask me to wait for her for another 30 minutes, I said to her I ll give maximum 30 minutes. However, she didn t come to greet after 30 minutes, therefore I left with a very unpleasant experience.

I don t know if it s improper training of the dealership has given to its sales representatives, or management issue or simply just a bad work ethic which treating customers like another number to them. Either case is highly disturbing.

If I cannot get an apology from the dealership later, then I ll doubt any promising future of it.

Entered into the front of the dealership looking for a car to buy. No one greeted us all the salesmen looked at us and and pretended we weren t there. Made it all the way to the back in the clothing section where my friend decided to buy a hat only then did someone look over and asked us if we wanted the hat. Only then did we get attention. Just a heads up if look rich u won t be attended too.

Worst repair experience ever!

Worst repair experience ever!

Background: newly leased car, 2017 model, low mileage under 12,000km.

My engine light was on last week and I noticed that the car has been shaking a lot when I started my car. So I dropped off my car to the dealership last Friday. I was told that the car would not be looked at until Monday, so I had to pay $20 (plus $20/day for insurance) to rent a car for the weekend; no courtesy car was offered by the dealership. Today I was informed that there was a damage to my engine pipe and I had to pay $680 plus taxes to fix it.

The technician said the damage was caused by a stone, but when I asked them how to prove it was indeed caused by a stone, they couldn t prove it. It was purely their assumption. How could a stone even get inside the car and break the pipe!?!??!

All in all, this is really a design flaw and quality issue and I should not be the person responsible for such cost. Additionally, mine is a leased car, shouldn t they be responsible for all the defeats and design flaws?!

This issue has already caused much inconvenience and frustration to me, and they took no accountability on it!
