I recently purchased a BMW X1 and received excellent customer service from George Li. He was very helpful and not pushy at all and went through all the questions I had and details of the car. I also had a great overview of the car features upon delivery from Zarwin Yeung. The prices are much better than other dealerships in the GTA, as they seem to be the largest, and overall customer service from this dealership has been great and was my 2nd purchase at this dealership, and will be coming back when it's time to get a new car.

We bought our second car from Harsh. He was very patient and not at all pushy with us as we made our decision. We bought a car that was much lower price than most vehicles on their lot but they didn't treat us any differently. The sales manager's approach was very pleasant too. Harsh was great with communicating and answering any of our concerns .Very happy with our second purchase from Town and Country BMW. We will for sure keep them on our radar when it comes time to purchase again. Recommending Town and Country BMW and Harsh to anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle!

Buying a new car is a bit stressful specially when you re driving the same car for almost 5 years you wanted something reliable and safe we went to the BMW dealership in my living area and I was not impressed with the service so I decided to go to another location that s where I met Mr. Sam Saeed I was very impressed with his service and being a very detailed person he answered all my questions and concerns he did guide us to the right car and we purchased BMW X3 2017 When we went to the test drive he noticed a small things that he immediately decided to take care of it and give us the car in a perfect condition we are very happy with the purchase and very impressed with the great service
I will strongly recommend Sam and the BMW Markham location

Horrible service. I went to this place couple times and each time they gave me a hard time. First time I went to reset new key and while I had protection from BMW factory they denied that I did and wanted to see the paper work. The head office said that they didn't need to see it. All they needed was my VIN number. Second time, I had a nail in my tire and they gave me the same issues. I had to take off work and go back to the head office in order for them to fix it. They took couple days just to get the approval despite having full protection under BMW warranty. The person who served me or rather didn't was Antonio Leung. He found excuses not to help me and kept dodging customers. Worse BMW dealership in all of Ontario.

Saw a car I was interested in on their website so I filled out my contact info and the questions I had about the car under their "request more info" box. The response I got via email is basically your typical auto generated reply asking if I want to come see the car tomorrow. First off, I asked if the car was still available and the reply mentioned nothing about this. I sent in another email inquiring about the car again and got no reply whatsoever. And indeed my suspicion was right, the car was already sold. Good thing I did not waste my time to go all the way to this pathetic dealership for nothing. My advise to other people, just take your business elsewhere instead of getting ignored and wasting your time trying to talk to them.

The service is horrible, I dropped my car at 9:30am for a REGULAR service maintenance, and I NEED to wait until 5:20pm to get back the car. But the most important thing is, when I get back the car, the engine service light is STILL ON. Then the service manager come out and said that there is one parts at the front of the car need to be replaced, and it will take 1 or 2 days, so you get back the car fist and need to book another service day for that. Holy sh__, now you telling me it is not done and I am driving the car with the service lights on for another week?

My wife and I visited Town and Country BMW to look at a few used wagons that they had available. The sales associate was not helpful and did not even seem to take our interest in the vehicles seriously. When we asked for warranty information and pricing he was vague and kept telling us it would take time for him to get from his manager as it is all vehicle dependent. He even started to help another customer as we were waiting for him to come back to his desk (no idea where he went as he just walk away). This has turned us away from this chain of dealerships completely and we will not be purchasing a vehicle here.

As an additional note. I've now started receiving subscription emails from this dealership that I did not agree to via email.

Sent them a email for a quote for radiator fan plus labor. The lady called me back and said I need a diagnosis first.... and they will charge me 200$ for that... I already know the issue I nicely asked just to take the dead fan out and put a new one in. The answer was NO. Sounded like they'd do anything to charge you for a service you don't need! I call it a rip off

Taha was extremely easy to work with and what struck me was how responsive and professional he was. There was a minor issue with my vehicle after I picked it up and Taha personally made sure it was taken care of. Taha seemed determined to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I would strongly recommend Town &Country BMW based on Taha s professionalism alone.

Do not ever buy a car from a Pfaff dealer that say...

Do not ever buy a car from a Pfaff dealer that says that they put their best price first! I will never buy a car from any Pfaff dealership.I bought a great BMW from Town and country BMW just a couple of years ago, but trying to negotiate with the new ownership, being Pfaff Bmw Markham is a non starter. The sales and service have dropped considerably and anyone that says they will not negotiate on the price of a car is only trying to maximize profits. The whole Pfaff system is set up to take the negotiation out of the price so you cannot haggle and they (the large corporate conglomerate) get what they want, not what is the best case scenario and price for the customer. The Pfaff dealer takes away your ability to negotiate the price of a vehicle and then will low ball any and all trade in values at below wholesale and make you work to even get what your car is worth at wholesale (which they will not give). The system is set up to maximize profits for the company and not to give everyone a good deal as they say. I will be buying my next 2 BMW's at a BMW dealership that is independently owned. The only reason this dealership currently has a 4.5 star rating is because their ratings are based on the old ownership (town and country BMW) I expect that this rating will drop considerably in the next 2 years under Pfaff ownership.

Last week I gave my car in for a test to check out where a problem is located. I was told on the phone that it would take 2 hours. So I gave my car at 11 am and I expected to get the car at 1. But I didn't. I waited till I was done work. At 5, I gave a call and they said they needed it overnight. I asked for a shuttle or a courtesy car but I was told the shuttle was unavailable and I had to pay for the courtesy car. I was disappointed and I was thinking on how to get home because I never was advised that my car was needed overnight. Very disappointed in the service department of Markham BMW

I took my 2005 6-series to Town & Country for servicing, and am thrilled with the experience. Service Advisor Antonio was very professional and polite. He called regularly to update me on what was happening, and made me feel like a valued customer even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I had previously taken the car to Edras BMW in Ajax, with the complete opposite experience. Despite two expensive service visits and having to deal with a rude and deceitful Service Advisor, Endras was unable to diagnose the problem. The team at Town & Country solved the problem for me the first time. Thank you Town & Country!

Just picked up my BMW 335I today from Town + Country BMW and had a wonderful experience. This is my second car from that location over the last 9 months. I bought the 335IS there last November. Nasir Ahmadi, the sales person was excellent...not pushy at all and quite knowledgeable. Leila Wang, the Delivery Specialist was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and spent the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. She even noticed that one of the service light was on and brought it to the attention of the sales person, which I really appreciated. I never realized this car has so many useful features and will certainly make use of them going forward. My wife is looking to change her car and we will certainly return to that location for our next purchase in the coming months.

Good customer service at service department, you will have one person responsible for your car's service who will update you by text message, also they provided me with a free rental car until my car gets ready (which BMW Richmond Hill didn't! And wanted to charge me $35 per day).
They are very busy and a oil change took 2 business days to be done!

We just purchased a used vehicle at BMW Markham and had a wonderfully surprising experience. We were looking for a very specific vehicle, that this dealership happened to have in on trade, and Harsh Thakkar (used sales specialist), pulled out all the stops to make our experience smooth and efficient. He found out any information we needed to know about the vehicle, and knew the previous owner so was able to vouch for the level of care and maintenance the vehicle received. We aren't normally comfortable in dealership situations but Harsh has certainly changed our views. We highly recommend him if you are looking for an A+ car shopping experience, and would gladly return to BMW Markham, and Harsh in the future!

I had an appointment this past Wednesday for regular maintenance and I was presently surprised overall. The new customer lounge on the 2nd floor is very nice and private. I was expecting to wait around for 3 plus hours but everything was done in about 2 hours (oil change, brake fluid flush, micro filter change, and 2 recalls - all under warranty - no cost to me). I would definitely come back again and will continue to post more reviews of my future visits.

I must say.... my first visit was not good (2013) but now that the major renovations are done, new additions on the 2nd floor and a much bigger and modern service bay - this is what I expect of a BMW dealership.

Service department is the worst, we had a 2014 countryman s with 39,000 kms, we complained about a humming noise while braking, upon visual inspection, we saw that the driver side rear rotor is severely rusted and pad is barely making contact with the rotor. They refused to replace it under warranty saying the even though IDRIVE shows the rear pad had 60,000km of life left.

I had my E90 M3 service at serpa BMW before, I complained about a noise on front driver side, they went through replaced wheel bearing but noise still present, eventually they found out it was the front driver side rotor making the noise, they replaced it under warranty no problem.

I would recommend Serpa BMW service department to everyone with a BMW, I would of went to Serpa if they serviced MINIs!

What made me angry is that in my case, I signed contract with one of your finance managers with a good deal, but your accounting division might have made a mistake that BMW has held the money that belongs to me for almost 2 months till today. Although the amount of money was tiny, if I had not mentioned this thing to Grace who is kind, patient and problem solving person to me, what would have happened? I would say it could end up with nothing.

Terrible service at Pfaff Town & Country BMW. With the bad luck I've had in the past with tires, I decided to purchase the "Tire and Rim Protection" through BMW when I purchased my vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was told that if I had any damage during the protection period, I could bring it in and they would take care of me right away. Fast forward a year, and the story has completely changed. Although my tire was not punctured, there was a large bulge in the sidewall after running over a pot hole. As soon as I noticed it, I brought in the car to the dealership thinking I would be covered. Instead of helping me out, the service advisor brushed me off since the tire was still keeping pressure. The technician who looked at the tire pressure simply told me to keep an eye on it. I'm not a tire expert, but a bulge in the side wall doesn't seem normal or safe. It was only after I insisted that they reconsider did they agree to book me an appointment (a week later) to have it "looked at and evaluate if I meet all the conditions". The service advisor also made it a point to let me know that "it's a lot of work for them" to do this process and continued to quote me the fine print of the protection plan.

If they recommend any services to you that you weren't expecting, I would be very wary of it as they are clearly more interested in themselves than what's best for the customer. If I could go back and buy my car from a different BMW dealership, I would. I also urge you to do the same to avoid the headache that I've had to go through.

Terrible customer service. Drove from mississauga to this dealership using the 407 to make it there faster because they close at 5 i made it there around 4:15 to look at a used car Honda pilot. Harsh is the used car sales man that me and my wife spoke with he was verv unprofessional brought the car over handed me the keys and went inside while me and my wife are looking at the car he showed no interest in showing this car to us at all i had to go back inside to ask him if we can go for a drive. On the drive he kept mentioning that they're closing soon we can't go too far which is again very unprofessional. By the way the vehicle was not cleaned properly there was scratches on the inside of the vehicle and paint chips on the outside not in a presentable condition. Then Harsh and his manager which we did not meet he didn't even come to introduce himself to us appraised our trade vehicle ridiculously they offered almost half of what most of other dealerships offered to us and did not even negotiate the price of the vehicle we were interested in. Bottom line is wasted our time and money on the 407 bill. This is by far the worst customer service that anyone can get in a dealership.

I bought my second car from T&C BMW, specifically from Nasir Ahmadi, Pirout Mohammadi and Leila Wang. They were very helpful in getting me the car that I wanted and also exceptional in dealing with issues. Nasir and Pirout both really care about customer satisfaction so if you are shopping for a new BMW, I strongly suggest checking out T&C BMW and asking for Pirout or Nasir.

Last few times I have received horrible service. Just in calling the dealership I've been transferred minimum three times. I've been transferred before I can even finish my sentence. No one is ever willing to apologize for mistakes or willing to go above and beyond to explain or help. Anytime I go, at least a few hours of my day are wasted in waiting for servicing or in miscommunication. Place seems disorganized and lacks communication between departments and staff. I would not recommend this place, at least for servicing. I asked whether I should go to another regular mechanic instead and my service adviser said, sure. No attempt to tell me why it's worth getting serviced at BMW, or the benefits. Doesn't seem like they care for the business.

He was also so kind and patient with my 8 year son who had a lot of questions for him
Michelle the car Genius who gave me an orientation of my car, she was very diligent !
She spent about an hour with us going through all the features of the car!
They were both very professional but still people oriented which I really appreciate!

We are all busy with full time jobs..can not spend all day there for one oil change...Not happy with service department.

When you return the car, they will tell you that you damage the car and charge you dollars even you return this car as-is you got it.

We found George Li, our salesperson, to be very patient with our questions and was willing to negotiate a fair deal for our trade-in.
I have already passed George Li's business card to one of our friends and gave a very high recommendation of your dealership.
George Li listened to what we were looking for and prepared a proposal matching what we needed.
George accommodated the time we wanted for pickup of vehicle as the first appointment he suggested was not convenient for us - he called me back shortly after and re-arranged the appointment for us.
We spent a good amount of time with Michelle Chen, the Delivery Specialist where she thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. We did not feel rushed and she was very patient with all our questions.
We were contacted via phone call by Michelle Chen, our Delivery Specialist, within a few days after taking delivery and she also followed up by email. I had a question which she promptly responded back on.

After having an awful experience at a Used car dealership my boss recommended me to try these guys out and so I did. I went to the site, filled in the form, they called back and we booked an appointment. The experience and service I had with them was amazing! I don't understand how some of the reviewers here had bad service because in my point these guys have done everything they could to get the car I extremely wanted and in my past experience the car salesmen don't really give much attention and care unless they know you are "approved" but in this case it was different. They took very well care of me and I've recommended this shop to all my friends, co-workers and families. I told them in 4yrs I'll be back to purchase an M4! ;)

My cousin has been a customer for three years and ...

My cousin has been a customer for three years and had been relatively happy with his lease contract until very recently. The car itself has been great, and very good on gas.

There has been a issue with the brakes that can easily be repaired for about $1000 , however there seems to be a bit of price gouging going on where we are being charged almost DOUBLE that amount to have this service provided through the contract via the dealership.

The people we have spoken to so far at this specific dealership have not been very helpful unfortunately.

One even went as far as to suggest that we should be grateful that we had a reasonably good price when we initially signed the lease. Here is the issue with that: the negotiations that took place 3 years ago are the very reason we have been bringing our business (and money) here for three years. Had we not agreed to the price, we would have not been very likely to actually lease a car here to begin with. Plus the model we have been leasing was a demo model, so the price matched the product.

The larger issue is with a multimillion dollar company that profits handsomely from its clients, but refuses to provide satisfactory service to the very clients that pay the salary of the very staff that should theoretically be taking care of the clients.

This trend in the service industry is both disheartening and frustrating.

This level of service, especially during a global pandemic, when people and the economy is under an unprecedented level of stress, is tasteless at best.

As it stands right now, I would not recommend for anyone to do business with this specific location.

I do appreciate the response from Mac Shen and we will likely email him with more information in hopes of resolving this issue.

I will return to update the rating should our experience reflect that over the course of dealing with the current problem at hand.

Service check-in was quick enough considering the number of vehicles being dropped off by customers. The attendant was courteous and the shuttle driver was very pleasant.

An oil change was billed out at 1.0h labour hours at $160/hr +tax. Total charge for oil change incl labour and parts: $250

Air filter replacement was billed out at 0.6h labour hours ($96)....how. Total charge: $180...It takes less than 1 minute to replace an engine air filter and I was billed for 36mins.

On discussing my concerns with the Asst Service Manager Keith regarding the billed labour hours, I was offered the explanation that the additional time required for the service included adjusting tire pressure and hooking up to computer. I still failed to comprehend how it was realistic or believable that these services truly required the number of hours being billed or the value I was receiving.

On informing manager this would be the first and last visit as I was not confident in the transparency of the billed labour hours, his response was I m sorry to hear that . My concerns were not escalated during the remainder of the day or upon collecting my vehicle.

I m new to the city and was looking for reliable Bimmer expertise and service. This dealership has excellent reviews with the sales department but it was my error to not read deeper into the lack lustre service-specific reviews. My error in judgement will hopefully be a lesson learned for more than just me. It s shocking that in the age of the internet business is still run this way with little accountability to honesty.

I had a great experience overall at BMW Town and Country. In particular I would like to recommend you speak with Patrick Zhou who is an honest, hardworking and a very genuine individual. He goes above and beyond and never pressures you at any point during the sale. A real gentlemen and a pleasure to do business with!

I wish I could give zero star! Today I went to the dealer with a friend who has problem with her brand new bmw. There was a problem with it at the beginning but the sales said no problem. She believed in him and many annoying repairs later, it still has problem. I went there also to see some new car models.

The first major trouble was when we arrived based on the sales manager's appointment with the GM, we were told there was no such appointment. From the beginning, the guy (dales manager) just made the stuff up, he never made the appointment. Evetually, after some waiting and negotiating, the general manager was nice enough to talk to my friend.

During their meeting, I found a seat and table near a TV, waiting. To be clear, there is no name tag, no computer, just an empty table and two chairs. Then a Korean sales guy came over and said that was his seat and asked me "go out". Can he talk like a decent human being?

Based on my friend's purchasing, service, snd my experience, I conclude this bmw dealer is one of the worst . If you dont have a lot of money, why buy a bmw. If you like bmw, why buy from them? You like being cheated, humilated, played like fool, then go there.

update because of this post, I was called upon by the dealership GM. She told my friend that originally as a compensation, a two year extended warranty may be issued for her BMW. However, there's no compensation because of this post.

Customer service, or lack of, starts from the top! No self reflection, only blame other people (customers or potential customers).

The following is based on my phone conversation with Eric.

Just purchased a pre-owned BMW from another dealership, when I called Town+Country BMW to set up an appointment to bring the car in to get it checked and to have a few questions answered.
I was told by the operator that they will connect me with Eric.
Right from the get go Eric did not seem interested to talk to me, then when I mentioned my car was a pre-owned 2014 3 series I noticed he started to steer further away from trying to help me.

He kept answering with 1 or 2 word answers, "Uh huh", "ok", Don't know" it was very evident to me that Eric did not seem to care much about what I was calling about or cared much to help me.
I addressed the issue with Eric asking him, he then started to argue with me, which was very unprofessional.

Although this BMW dealership is close to home I will not be going there with my newly purchased car.

1) service don t know how to find client s profile I have both appearance and tire package and he said it s not in the system. I called another BMW dealer they said it s on file.

2) shuttle driver was rude and didn t call me when he gets here so he went back to dealer and I have to really ask him to come back to pick me up otherwise he just wants me to go by myself.

So here is the story. (May 5th 2017) I drove my 20...

So here is the story. (May 5th 2017) I drove my 2016 M4 that was purchased from town and country to the service department this morning because of a sudden flat tire on one of my winter tires. To help the situation, I even brought in 4 summer tires for the shop to swap for me, expecting that they could do it for me asap. When I got to the dealer, Not too surprised, they've informed me that without an appointment, they won't be able to perform the tire swap until tomorrow afternoon. Also that they're going to be charging me $239+tax for the tire swap labour... which I find ridiculous considering that I bought the $100,000 car from this dealer only about a year ago. Obviously I know this tire swap should not be covered under warranty, but $239+tax? Seriously? Come on, how much is their technicians hourly rate and how long do they think the tire swap takes? the question goes on in my mind, why was I so stupid to bring my car to the dealer when I have a flat tire situation? I did not feel being helped nor being comforted by the service department over the situation but rather being hijacked to pay for whatever amount they come up with because my car is already in the shop. BMW should really re-consider its service management if this is the feeling that a customer gets for trusting them and bringing their car in for help.

Now the 2nd part that made the situation even worse. I stated that I would need a loaner car because of my heavy meeting schedules for today. They refused and said loaner was all fully booked out, and offered a rental car. And here goes the main conflict, I mentioned to them that because the flat tire situation was sudden so I didn't bring my credit card with me from the office, the rental representative then literally started educating me with the attitude like if this was my first time getting a rental vehicle in my life, by saying that if I use my wife's credit card, then she needs to be the one driving. He also used ridiculous sarcastic metaphors just to enhance his non-sense point further. I then questioned him firmly that why is she the only one allowed to drive just because we use her credit card? I've had more than 20 rental cars from my experience, at least half those times which the credit card holder didn't match the actual driver. Then he started mumbling "actually.. we can add you as a secondary driver"... so what is he saying? I CAN drive the rental car after all? what was his point with the strong attitude from the beginning then?

I've been to both Audi and Mercedes service departments several times and neither of them was close to my awful experience today. If this is the service that customers spending on products over $100,000 should be expecting from BMW, then BMW should not expect me to purchase another vehicle from them, as simple as that.

Poor customer service specially service department, service guy named Kevin. Them replaced your parts did not get your permit. And push you to pay the bill!Think it clearly before you lease a new vehicle from them!!

I thought this dealership is good. But they broke some stuff from my car and they want to charge me for it. And recently I realized BMW's service is going cheaper and bad, even my other friends who owes BMW agree with me too. So next car will probably be something else.

I am a proud customer of Town+Country BMW. We purchased a 1 Series BMW from T+C BMW and we've always been treated with the same courtesy, respect and attention that a customer who spent 7 Series money would get from day one. Although we've had some technical difficulties with our car, Kennard Chan our service advisory was always ready at a moments notice to help us out. A special thanks to Malcolm Battle for not only being an stellar asset to T+C BMW, but for becoming a great friend in the process. Peter Blesse is a genius, and always solved all of our problems even when they seemed almost impossible to find and always found a way. Lastly Cynthia Cochrane always took the time to listen to my frustrations while offering comprehensible solutions, and even helped me out when I really needed help.

Now, people need to understand that any relationship whether personal or business will never be 100% perfect. There will be times when things don't go as planned, but these things are unintentional and not personal. Manage your expectations as the customer, and you will understand why T+C BMW is the best BMW dealership in the GTA.

Bought a 2016 x4 last year, warranty stlll active. Told them the suspension is very rough and ask them to check it. They told me it will cost $100 for a check up when my car is a year old. They would only waive the fee if there is a manufacturing problem.

Basically you need to put up $100 for a check up to find out if they made a manufacturing problem...

Service team is disgusting
