I just wanted to take the time out of my busy life to let you guys know the great expereince i had with Luae at ford dealership. Not only was he extremely friendly and professional but he was efficient. I would like for him to recognized for all his efforts and that I will let all my family and friends know about this dealership and this sales pesron and my great expereience.

Mike Mirazic helped me find my perfect vehicle! Mike genuinely wanted to find the right vehicle for us. He was very friendly and accommodating. Not pushy at all. He also followed up after we bought it wanting to make sure we were still happy. I would definitely recommend dealing with Mike to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Was rear ended shortly after buying my new vehicle and dealt with the collision center. Corinne McAnsh is who I dealt with and she was very helpful in letting me know what was happening with my vehicle and everything that needed to be done. I was very anxious about how it would all turn out and Corinne reassured me it would be good as new and was very good at alleviating my concerns.

I purchased a new Ford Escape and could not be happier. The service I received from John Gillan was beyond what I had expected. He treated me like a friend and answered every question I had with incredible knowledge. I know that with any future Ford vehicles I buy I will only deal with John. All my referrals will be to him as well. Thanks John for being a straight up genuine guy. I am loving my new wheels!

3 hours sitting in the waiting room and $125 for a winter tire change. I will not be back. The salesmen was trying to get me to trade my car in for a car that was 2 years older. I had just financed my car less than 6 months ago and he was already trying to get me to trade it in for half the price. I told him I didn t want to pay more than I was. He then continued to recommend me to check out an even more expensive Escape. Using classic salesmen techniques if you don t get it someone else will .

Wasn't looking to upgrade from my previous vehicle but Oakridge Ford gave me a deal I couldn't refuse!

The trade in process was super easy and Derek made sure all my needs and concerns were addressed.

This dealership is ok.. however a few issues.. they charge a fee for the certified used program, which by the time you factor in that cost ends up costing you more than if you just paid the regular interest rate..
Also, they tell you it's no haggle pricing, however ... when you point out that the prices are much cheaper in Toronto or Hamilton they will put you through the antiquated process of making you sit there while they go back and forth to the sales managers office...
Ended up buying in Hamilton for a much better price.. and less hassle..

The entire Oakridge team was nice and friendly. i found what fit my budget on the lot, and then was able to make it fit my needs with some affordable dealer installed options. what a great affordable ride with phenomenal Ford incentives!

We recently traded in our Dodge Grand Caravan for the sporty and fuel efficient Ford Escape. Braenden was our salesman and made the transaction seamless. He was upfront with the procedures and pricing; and was willing to go the distance to meet all of our automotive needs. His patience and perseverance paid off with the completion of the sale. The finance department was upfront with all our options and offered great advice. The overall experience was enjoyable and I will be recommending friends and family to buy their new vehicles from Oakridge Ford in the future.

These guys are putting wrong advertisement on facebook. They dont care for people time. Only thing they want is bring people inside the dealership with wrong info and try to up sell them something of there interest. Really bad experience with them. Save your time and shop somewhere else. They deserve zero star

Last week I purchased a preowned Ford from Oakridge that I am very pleased with. My salesperson, Matias, was great in helping with the deal. He was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle and attentive to making my experience positive for me. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the way the first offer came out of a sales managers office ( it was a mix of print and magic marker, contained $500 worth of add ons and no real incentive for me to continue) Matias worked to change that around. The next day he had a new professionally done offer which showed that Oakridge wanted me as a customer and the deal was made. Matias had the service dept.take care of some concerns and the pickup went smoothly with Matt in service putting the car on the hoist for me to inspect. Brandon in the sales office did the final paperwork in a professional, low pressure manner. I would recommend Matias as a very good person to deal with. I know he is there to help me with anything further. He is a 5 star salesperson.

Dont buy a car from this guys. They change their words all the time. Posted a car for 15000 after 2 days they put a higher price 16800 . They wanted me to hold the car for 500 $ with no paper work or application form to reserve my right for refund. One of the worst experience . Buy from somewhere else even if you pay little bit more

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands . My friend Carly Allen was such a pleasure to work with . She listened to everything I needed and we jumped into a couple different vehicles to see if they were going to be what I wanted. I really liked the Ford edge I picked . It really is a big upgrade from what I had before and couldn't be more happier . Thank you to Charles Gardiner the financial manager for helping me understand everything I needed to purchase the vehicle and even got me to trade in my old car . Thank you to the guys and girls in the shop too for making the car look pretty . she's nice !
I look forward to many adventures in my new vehicle! And couldn't be happier ! :)

I shopped around for months trying to find the perfect vehicle and a sales person that was actually helpful and not pushy. Oakridge Ford checked all the boxes. From the moment I walked in Matias Viovy was friendly, knowledgeable and followed up with every little detail. I was very specific about what I wanted and flip flopped a lot. He never got annoyed and helped me through every step of the process. He was fantastic! The friendliness, customer service, knowledge and professionalism he provided us with was top notch! I would recommend him and the dealership to everyone and anyone looking for a vehicle.

Just brought home a used 2019 Dodge Caravan I purchased at Oakridge Ford through salesman, Matias. Matias was super friendly and helpful. Jill helped tie all the knots and sold me an extended warranty that fit my budget with no pressure to buy. I have minimal experience buying cars through a dealership, but the entire experience far exceeded my previous ones. Calm, friendly, helpful, and didnt feel pressured at any time during the sale. Getting my recall fixed here was a disaster.

Getting my recall fixed here was a disaster.
I had to speak to 3 different people before making an appointment and booked the day off for the appointment only to be told 2 hours after dropping it off that they didn t have the part I needed so it couldn t be fixed.
They ordered the part for me and said they would call when the part came in.
Fast forward 5 weeks when I call to see if the part is in yet to learn that it s been in for 2 weeks with no call.
Made another appointment and it took them 5 hours for a 2 hour job and they didn t give me the paperwork from the work so I had to call to have the receipt emailed for proof it s fixed.
Do not recommend their service.

Waiting a long time for car service, they just leave my car at parking lot and doing nothing. Just waste customer's time. Even though they said only need a few hours, it will let customer waiting half day! Don't do your car service at Oakridge Ford, it's waste your life!

I've called and left multiple messages without any response which led me to changing my review. I've been put in a car with a roof leak which was a existing issue prior to me buying the vehicle at which I was not notified of nor provided any discount. The specialist have fixed it 3 times now and it's still leaking and I am beyond frustrated. If you wish to contact me that would be greatly appreciated but unless I come to your location personally, I can not get in contact with the GM.

Last I was there was giving back a lease over a year ago and every single employee was unpleasant and rude. Even those that had no reason to get involved found ways to get involved and say something unnecessary and rude. There was some ridiculous charges as well when giving the car back but I called them to dispute some of it...they reduced it maybe $50 but I didn't have the energy to continue the battle. Good news though if I got another car from them they wouldn't have charged me anything! I didn't and moved on.

We went to the dealership to look for a new vehicle for myself. We were approached by Mike Tolsma in a very friendly manner. He make us feel very comfortable right away so much so that not only did I end up purchasing a new vehicle from him but we also purchased a second vehicle for my husband. Mike made sure we got the exact vehicles we were looking for and took the time to ensure we were happy with every step. We picked up our new vehicles last night and again Mike made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We both would strongly recommend contacting Mike if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. We have purchased both company and personal vehicles here from the dealer and have never had any issues.
Matt Brown in Service is the gold standard, he goes above and beyond to make sure our Fleet trucks are never down, he goes out of his way to either stay late or come in on weekends to get things done for us.
Tony P in sales is also a gem to deal with, no magic tricks or smoke and lighting show, just down right honesty and straightforwardness. Very easy to talk too and no sales pressure what so ever.
Mark and Samira also are fantastic to deal with ensuring everything is looked after and the process is quick and easy.
Would highly recommend Oakridge Ford for both sales or service.

Wow. This is new in my experience. You finalize the deal only to find out at signing that manager is trying to scam you by intentionally omitting part of the deal. What an honorable conduction of business. Not only that he disrespected me and wasted my time but he put his sales person in such an awkward position. I can avoid this dealership and so can everybody else but shouldn't the honesty and given word mean something regardless of importance of the profit. I think in the end word is way more important but some people don't know what honor is.

The salespersons at Oakridge Ford are very nice when selling you the vehicle but as soon as you sign the sale agreement they leave you in the lurche. They don't offer any assistance past that point of the deal. I feel this is totaly and utterly unacceptable hence the large amount of money spent on my truck. Also the Service Dept is absolutely daft once you actually purchase the vehicle. They make you think it's all fine and dandy until you actually need their service and then they show absouley no regard whatsoever for Customer Service! After being in Courtesy Ford Lincoln where I purchased my new truck, I greatly appreciated all the service that I received. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful and everyone else on the team was super reassuring. That includes the Service Dept with their wonderful staff.

There's no money in recalls and Oakridge Ford know...

There's no money in recalls and Oakridge Ford knows it, but they'll try. They just completed my airbag recall. As I drive away, I wasn't even a block away and my car stalled at speed loosing power steering but not control thankfully. Looked at my paperwork to see what they had done. Tech notes "Car stalls in gear and hard to start".??? Was fine when I dropped it off this morning? Service attendant never mentioned it when I picked it up. Took it right back and was told right away the two issues, airbag and stalling at speed are unrelated and would I like to book a service appointment come Monday to diagnose the NEW issue. How about you disconnected the battery during the airbag recall and reset the computer in the process wiping the throttle body settings in the computer causing the rough idle and stalling issues. Stood my ground and called them on it (caught them red handed) and they replaced the throttle body at their expense (under an extended throttle body warranty they said). Its a 2011...please...just admit when you screw up. Or better yet when you know you've created another issue buy fixing something else. Then fix it and save yourself the embarrassment and the loss of a loyal customer. BTW just because you service my car and give a high quote doesn't mean I want to sell you my car and get endless calls from your sales department.

Came to the dealership to see a car with a very low advertised price at a reputable car sales website. I called them as soon as I saw the ad and had them know that I was coming from a 1.5 hour drive from where I am coming from. I came there and was about to sign the bill of sale until I saw the price was upped by $1000. The sales person arguement are as follows;

1) "Their system did not change." I still had the ad open from the same day that advertised the original price I saw prior to scheduleing my test drive, but when the same ad was refreshed, it has now the new updated higher price. The sales person claim they are not aware of this change with two conflicting reasons; a) the person who made the price change is not in on that day b) it is not recorded in their system.

2) "The safety/e-test was not included in the orignal price I saw." The supposdely value of all the add-ons to be included int the safety/e-test on this vehicle was $2500 but they are only charging the customers $1000 hence the higher sale price.

So what happened next: I had accused them of an illegal tactic called "bait and switch" and that was when they started negotiating a price. We agreed upon a deal, basically with the same original price I saw on the car, plus a reduced by 50% warranty. To cover themselves, they made me sign a waiver that we had agreed upon and compromised on a deal. Nonetheles, this dealership is VERY SHADY and would advise people to not come here.

But it does not end there: In addition to the above experience, the supposedly $2500 value safety and e-testing should have included new tires, calipers, rotors, and wipers but I came to pick up the vehicle with only new tires and brake pads. Their claim was that the safety and e-testing showed that these are the only ones that needs replacing. So much for a $2500 value safety/e-testing.

And like many new cars, they undergo interior and exterior detailing prior to the customer picking them up. They told me during my test drive that the car will go through these detailing upon my purchase which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, as the weather was gloomy the day I picked up the vehicle, I only noticed the swirl marks on the exterior panels and grime on the interior a few days later after picking up the car. I gave them a call to inquire about this and they claim the car's panels was thoroughly polished and the interior was cleaned as fast as possible - sure, the interior was cleaned 'as fast as possible' hence the leftover grime, but polished exterior panels? Definitely BS.

All this trouble and they had the face to offer a $1400 rust proof protection (which supposedly include top notched "detailing" and wax protection) and a $400 window tinting service (self claimed their personell to be the best). Just a tip to anyone purhcasing a car; you can purchase rust protection at a reputable rust protection shop for $100 to $200 (depending on vehicle size), get a properly waxed car with "PROPER or ACTUAL" detailing for as a low as $200, and window tinting at reputable tinting shops for $150.

Very unreal experience and I HIGHLY advise people who read this to not car shop at Oakridge Ford.

Went in for an oil change. After the service was done they informed me that they found a screw in my tire. Instead of informing me of this and asking if I would like it repaired, they just weren't ahead and patched my tire and then charged me $30 for this unauthorized repair.

It's a small matter but reflects on their business practises.

He worked so hard to get me the best payment possible, and explained his process to me every step of the way.
