I came here for some recalls my vehicle had. It was the most convenient location but not preferred. The service people are a bit pushy trying to up-sell and because of the location the dealership noticeably caters to the Chinese community.

All over you when they're trying to get you in a car, but good luck getting a reply when you call with questions/issues with the car you just purchased from them. Really surprised you guys can let cars drive off the lot with the stupidest minor things undone. Just takes your money and basically tells you where to go. Definitely won't be going back to this dealership.

Personally I have had 3 BMW's.love my car but this dealership is nothing special. Sales promised a loaner when I bring my car in of maintenance. Service department had never issued a loaner 3 times I have been in. First time they offered a free loaner but there was a $50 admin fee, second time they told me the program was cancelled. Third time they told me none were available I would have to book a month in advance. This alone has made me regret not purchasing my current car from Parkview BMW on Leslie St I always had a great experience with them. Parkview once lost my key and had to make a new one, they were fantastic at dealing with a problem things happen and its understandable. Regular service visits always were quick and easy and a good experience. BMW Markham is the polar opposite.

Very disappointed. As soon as I walked in me and my dad were not greeted, no one acknowledged us. We walked around the show room looking at the cars and had to go ask someone for help ourselves. The new car managers were extremely unprofessional and rude. Our whole experience was ruined. I don t recommend anyone going to this location. I left and went to Maranello Bmw in Vaughn where they were more than happy to help and we ended up buying a 640i. The management at Town and Country is so unorganized and they need better customer service.

"Great Experience With Town + Country BMW "

Bought my 1st BMW 335I XDrive in early May at Town + Country and I want to thank all the staffs that assisted me thought the sales process, especially Paul Choi for the great, friendly, professional sales experience. In overall, within all the different dealerships I've dealt with for a vehicle purchase in my life, this was by far the best experience I ever had.

P.S. the only downside is I was told they had 40% off on accessory when purchasing a car with them which I was seriously planning to purchase the roof rack when I was going to pick up my new car however that was not the case.... the special was only for a few days....If I knew that at that time, I would already bought it the same day I was there to purchase the car....Try to talk with them to see If they can make an exception and still give me the discount due of the misunderstanding however didn't work....Ah well! Hopefully the special will come back as I need the roof rack.

I met Terry in Feb 2017 to discuss buying an M2. She helped me over the next 13 months to spec, reserve, delay as requested by me, etc. the purchase of my new M2. During those 13 months I saw her about 6 times to make changes, look for used instead of new, etc.
Terry was very accommodating and patient with me as I changed my mind along the way.
Also, Andrew in service is the best adviser there. He's helped me off and on for the last 10 years or so. Very friendly and knowledgeable. There has been change and turmoil in T&C's service department, but always great service from Andrew.

I bought 2015 428i xdrive for over $70K
Beautiful car but today with 58,546 kms the car is worth only $35 K half of what I paid in less than 3 yrs. WOW that s wasted money on a car. I ve owned Toyota s for over 10 years and nowhere close of losing this kind of value. Nice cars and if you re willing to lose money on buying new go ahead. Would never buy again BMW new if anything is cheaper to lease them and walk away after two years. Lose less $$.

As a first time BMW buyer I was extremely happy with the customer service I received at Town + Country! I just picked up my 2013 X3 and had a wonderful experience with Harsh Thakkar. Harsh was very attentive throughout the entire process, and offered great customer service. Harsh went above and beyond through the entire process making sure I was comfortable with the process. All around I had an excelled experience at BMW and would definitely recommend Harsh and Town + Country!

I want take it off road on snow days and do oil change before which is good for car! And they really should let me know before I dropped in! So bad!

This BMW dealer has the best service out of all the BMW dealers I've been to. Sales are very attentive, not pushy, and would be up front about the best options and price you could get. Couple of my friends have their cars serviced her and they do have good service center from what I can see.

I just picked up a new 440i coupe from Town and Country and I am extremely happy. This is my fourth one since 2008 and have always been treated very well. Many thanks to Terry Mackay for a smooth purchase as always. I have dealt with Terry since day 1 and she has always been a first rate sales person. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I would also like to commend Michelle Fung for going through the delivery with me. She is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Thanks also to all of the other staff at Town and Country such as Shelly in financial services along with everyone else in the parts and service departments.

We loved our experience at the Markham BMW dealership and we found Nasir to be extremely helpful, friendly and great at answering all of our questions about our new X1. He was very quick to answer our messages and always put in the extra effort to communicate with us during the sales process as well as after we bought our vehicle too. We were treated very friendly and professionally from the start to end by all the staff and we couldn't be happier with the CPO X1 that we ended up purchasing. My brother and I bought two 2015 4 series within a months time of each other last year from the same sales person, Sam. Although we didn t find our experience to be horrible it wasn t great either considering we bought multiple cars from him. He always acted like he had better things to do. Even after our purchase he was reluctant to provide us with keychains for our purchase (although my sister was provided with a full care package at Maranello BMW including hats, T-shirt s, mugs etc..).

What really left a sour taste in my mouth was that my wife and I went last week to the same dealership as we were considering trading in our 4 series coupe for a sedan. We figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them the first chance at our sale. We walked in and waited 20+ mins to be even seen by someone. I actually started walking around trying to find someone myself when my wife called me and said Sam was at his desk. So I walked back to the used salesroom and Sam said he was busy but would talk to us. To make a long story short, he did not give us the time of day. Both my wife and I left thinking this was the worst service we have ever received.

If you have customers inquiring about purchasing a vehicle, please don t undermine them and make them feel like they aren t capable of purchasing the car because of age or income or whatever he was thinking in his head on that day.

If you visit this dealership, I definitely don t recommend Sam. My brother and I will be taking our business to other dealerships who have already shown as much better service.

Just bought a BMW X5 from Harsh at pre owned department he is very professional and very attentive. He is the man of the word from beginning to delivery he was very prompt and transparent and was guiding me through out the process, just because of him I got my dream car BMW X5. I would recommend everyone in my friends and family and my community to buy cars from him, it was worth driving from Brampton.

I was in the market for a new 4 series and was greeted by Harsh Thakkar. He was very thorough and gave detailed explanations of all the features available in the particular vehicle I was interested in, and to top it off, I received an exceptional deal that no other dealer could match. I really enjoyed my experience at Town and Country BMW and bought the car the same day! Even after the sale, I brought up a few concerns of mine and he took care of them, no questions asked! Now that's excellent service.

Worst service department. Don t ever go here even if you bought the car here. I serviced early this week , no fluid top off , didn t check an issue I mentioned , waited 3 hours for a loaner car. Absolutely horrible. How am I paying for a high end car and get this garbage of a service ? I mean they didn t even top off fluid which is the basics. I mentioned an issue with my engine first my advisor says it s too late to check then offers to charge me to check it out. Horrible horrible service. Don t take your cars here. God knows what they do to them when they take it from you.

Hi. It's great that there is actually people from town and country that read these reviews, kudos to you guys. I do not believe anything really deserve a 5 stars unless they are exceptional and I have never seen or experienced any kind of service that I considered exceptional. Through the years I had bad and good experiences here. Some of the bad experiences are, scratched my car when I picked it up from service but the service manger did the right thing and took care of it. Another occasion the shuttle driver totally forgot about me and left me hanging at the dealer for more than an hr. My sales guy Sammy Au is always nice to talk to when I visit the dealer so thumbs up for him. To be honest if I were to get another BMW I would get it from T&C.

Took my BMW 335i xdrive to their service center after my car developed a front end clunking sound at slow speeds going over rough services and I only have good words to say about the service I got.But first let me point out something which BMW as a manufacturer needs to address.

BMW needs to stop selling their cars with runflat tires.These tires are horrible for comfort and have a very hard sidewall and if you drive on rough roads they will wear out your suspension sooner.Trust me and change your runflats to a max performance summer tire like pilot super sports or pirelli p zero all season plus and you will notice that the ride is much more supple and not jarring. These tires are better in everyway even handling to whatever runflat BMW puts on their lineup. Not only that, to compensate for the hard riding tires BMW tunes the suspension to be soft and this causes the floaty bouncy feeling especially at high speeds.

Now on to the service. I appreciate BMW town and country for giving their urmost attention to my problem. I took it in for regular service under warranty and told them about the problem, however they couldn't reproduce the noise and Kevin suggested I can come back later and take a tech with me on test drive.I did just that and showed that the noise occurs only at slow speeds, they tested while driving a little faster. Peter acknowledged the problem and said he will diagnose it and fix it.He did just that, he is a real German BTW.Germans know their cars.Eventhough the part was delayed by a day and I got my car a day later I appreciated the fact that my problem was acknowledged.. They didn't just dismiss it saying the noise is normal..or it's your tires..it's just the road surface.Peter took his time to isolate and fix the noise.The noise is gone completely, they changed the strut and the strut mount and did an alignment under warranty. Thanks to Kevin for the rental and communicating everything in a timely fashion. Keep it up guys.

The service that the two cars had been doing here before was always good, until it met today's racing driver....shuttle had the same feeling of flying. If it weren't for traffic lights, I think he could drive faster. He told him to stop behind the car in front of him. He was a little angry (I was disturbing his speed??) There was only a black pickup in front of us. Only one was the only one! ! After all, he was a contemptuous driver with a ridicule and sarcasm. "This is a lot of cars on this street? Which one is it?" The race car driver is a race car driver. It is different from what we see. After sneezing, he raised his hands and said he was helpless! ! ! ! Sorry, we have delayed you to become a proud racing driver. You won't need a shuttle again later. I'm going to do a service and I'm going back! Don't do it if you don't like what you do! ! ! ! ! !

Absolutely the worst customer service and service ...

Absolutely the worst customer service and service technicians. I bought a brand new BMW 3 Series, 10 months ago and all I have had is problems. Multiple issues with the company not knowing how to fix their issues. Within the last 2 weeks i had to go back THREE TIMES for the SAME ISSUE. ON TOP of that they have the audacity to ask me to pay for service fees and rental fees. They did not know how to fix the problem, I had to take MULTIPLE DAYS OFF work with VERY POOR customer service. LOST ALL TRUST in the BRAND and COMPANY as a whole, HOW can i know my car if fully serviced if i had to take it back 3 TIMES within 2 weeks FOR THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!!!

You are better off buying a used 1999 HONDA CIVIC then a BMW. SO MANY PROBLEMS within a year that I lost track.

Would put in 0 Stars if given the opportunity.

Service Center is horrible. Avoid dealing with Rohan and Keith. They will both give you the run around if you need help regarding any Warranty Recalls. They do not represent the BMW brand very well and don't seem to care when it comes to helping you get reimbursement. The service is not consistent. I would avoid these guys - they are a mess

Driving over 60 minutes to get there to find out that the vehicle has been sold just 5 minutes before i got there. It took me over 60 mins to get there and it took the staff less than 6 mins to address that. One of my worst experiences there and would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Took my 2011 BMW 535i for an oil change and 55 point inspection on 11/10/17 , I should have known something was wrong when the advisor was preparing the work order for the 55 point inspection and not the oil change that i had mentioned at the time of booking my appointment ( that communication is one of many issues). Because, after leaving the dealership when I picked up my vehicle the LAMP OUT & the ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHTS symbol came on the instrument panel and is still on , it turns out i now have no left turn signal that previously worked and the adaptive headlights no longer functions I will be going back to the dealership on monday and will follow up with the second review on the experience of having these issues resolved that were never an ISSUE to begin with i'm sure they did a pre - check prior to working on my vehicle to know what issues may be present !!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Own a 2015 BMW 328i GT, One of the tires have been damaged and needed to be replaced. I've never had to change tires in the past, but when I took it to get changed at another Tire/Service Garage, I realized this vehicle was missing the lock nut and my only option was to go to a BMW to get it done.

I had called the service department over 15 times in a span of 2 hours to finally be able to reach someone via the phone. When I spoke with them on the phone and explained the situation, they told me that I would need to wait until the middle of September. It is currently only the 3rd week of August. I then questioned how replacing 1 tire, would require a wait time of that long, especially since this job should be a) very quick and b) this car can't be driven on at all. The person then told me I could come drop off my car and they can look at it when they got a chance but assured that this would take multiple days.

Needless to say, I've been screwed for over by BMW by first not including the lock nut which is required to take off the wheel. And once again, by making me wait several weeks to simply replace one tire.

I'm extremely disappointed in BMW's lack of customer care and even more disappointed with how the person on the phone handled my concerns. He did not try to help, and hung up before I could even find a solution. 0/10

I have brought in the same car two weeks ago to fix, there was an issue with the buttons on the driver side. As this car is leased, it is insured. Since the Vaughan location is far for me, this was the closest location for me.

The car was left for two days and after picking it up, I was told that it was a temporary fix, since there were parts not available. I was told the parts would be in on this Monday. (two weeks since initial repair) I had called in on Saturday and was told that the parts were still not in and to come for Wednesday. I HAD TO CALL. Bmw didn't bother to call and notify me. Come Wednesday, my parts are still not in and I'm just sitting around trying to wait for a call.

This is absolutely, the most atrocious service I've ever had.

I do not normally don't do this and like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this dealership needs to seriously review their customer service policies. If I could give zero stars I would. I called them numerous of times with no answer from their service department, so I left a voicemail to get a call back to make an appointment. I never received a call from them. First bad experience, but understandable due to COVID.

Out of frustration, I went into the dealership myself and was told by the person in the service appointment that they only take appointments over the phone. I politely told him that the reason why I came in is because I called many times with no answer, and that I left a voicemail with them to call me back and never heard back after a week. This was the reason I decided to come in to make an appointment. That's fine, I respected his request for me to call in and make an appointment. Second bad experience.

Consistent with my previous experience, the service department did not answer the phone the numerous times I tried to call afterwards. On two separate additional occasions, I left a voicemail in hopes of a call back. I never received a call back. So three separate voicemails and not a single one responded to. This is horrible customer service, and management should be ashamed of this practice of ignoring customer requests. I appreciate that the service department is busy, but at least have the courtesy to call me back. I am not expecting a call back even the next day - this has been over 2 months+ since my first attempt! The only reason I left it this long as my appointment was not urgent.

I hope this feedback makes it to the service department and management of this dealership as you have tarnished your reputation with me and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Just as a note - I called Maranello BMW and was able to get to speak to someone on the very first call and have an appointment scheduled with no issues. That is customer service!

I would recommend Jan to anyone that is going to Town+ Country BMW. I have recommended him to my family and friends as well. Furthermore, Gina helped with understanding everything about the car and explained all the vehicle functions. She made it easier with things I didn't understand about the car. I would recommend Jan and Gina to everyone going to BMW Town + Country. One of my best experiences.

I had my car serviced here last week. I hated it. They treat you poorly and if you plan on taking your car in for any kind of service work - good luck. They were not helpful at all and seemed to overcharge the same work for the same vehicle that my cousin owns by at least 30%!!! save your money. The service manager is very difficult to deal with. At first they make you feel like they want to help but in the end you will walk out feeling empty and taken advantage of. I would NEVER take my car in for service at T+C

Every single time service at this location is pain...

Every single time service at this location is pain in the ass. Asking customer to wait for 30 minutes or more just to pick up the key for a car that claimed to be ready for pick up. My car was sent in for more than 4 hours just for "vehicle check" and returned it un-washed plus unknown waiting time for more than 30 minutes. Reasonable wait time is expected, but no one would like to mess up their plans all the time by the poor time management at your dealership. You need to understand that people have their schedules planned, not everyone drive a BMW and also free have nothing to do just to be hanging around at your dealership! I have no idea how your dealership defines customer service. Super disappointed every single time service here.

Service appointment -
A guy called me around 4:50 p.m. telling me my car is done and ready for pick up. I requested the shuttle at 6 p.m. (late again) and arrived dealership around 6:20 p.m. to pick up my car. The ladies at the front desk again being not so helpful. They asked me to be seated or hang around to pick up my key. So I circled around in the store and waited for almost 30 minutes and asked for my key again and again, then since they told me my car is waited to be washed!!! Like you must be kidding me!! Isn't it suppose to be done before the person call me around 4:50? More than an hour after plus my 30 minutes wait time, then you tell me my car is not washed. Come on! I have a meeting to run to at 7:30 pm and if wash my car is what I was waiting for, you could've kindly tell me when I first arrive. I was totally speechless and asked the lady at front desk to just return my key, I need to leave! I do not care whether my car is washed at the point that I really being rushed to go somewhere.

Their service coordinator Karmen Li is the worst service rep i have ever encountered. I usually go to BMW Toronto location, and my experiences there were great. I tried to book a service appointment at Town + Country, Karmen was so impatient looking the next available service dates for me, and was reluctant to book the shuttle service nor explain things to me. I am surprised to receive this kind of customer service! I also inquired for updating my navigation system, she did not tell me there is a charge to it, instead just told me to drop off my car for an entire day for just the oil change... I would give a 0 star if possible.
