After reading some of the reviews, it seems as though BMW T&C only takes care of their customers who purchase their cars while disregarding the ones that come in to get their vehicle serviced.

I want to tack this opportunity to share my story. I have been with BMW T&C for about 6 months now, and my service advisor Ken always provided me with great customer service.

However, around a week ago, I brought my car in for a check up on my DCT gear box, (I have a m3 Convertible). My car is still currently under full BMW warranty, and Ken gives me a call to tell me that my vehicle is ready to be picked up.

At 6pm, I go to pick up my car and it took about an hour for them to bring back the car. When I went to see the car, it was frozen and when I opened the door, I was shocked to see how dirty the floor was. There were shoe marks on both sides and other minor things that I found in the interior. I was obviously frustrated to have my car returned in this condition, so I asked for it to be re-checked and there was nobody available that night. Later that evening, I emailed Rohan the service manager with all the photos explaining my concerns regarding the state of my BMW.

Assuming that I was going to have a hard time getting my concerns addressed, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from my servicer advisor Ken and Rohan, who both apologized and told me that my car would promptly be fixed.

Only an organization with good management and good customer value will admit to its mistakes and take the appropriate steps to resolve it. I am very thank full to BMW T&C for addressing the issues, being honest and working with me throughout this whole process.

I would like to especially thank Ken and Rohan as they stood out among the others to address my needs and provide me with excellent customer service

I will definitely purchase my next BMW from T&C and continue to service my vehicles at BMW T&C
