Took my car in for a schedule maintenance due to tire with a nail, appointment was at 12:30pm and I spoke to the parts department the day before, the guy told me the tire would be in the next day which is my schedule appointment. But the guy who took my keys said he doesn't, and I waited around 3.5 hours walked to the dealership and received a call from csr, telling me they looked at it and haven't done a single thing. And they have to order the tire and file a claim, told me advisors etc leaves at 5pm, so I feel as if I been lied to regarding duration of my maintenance. I ask the lady what have the maintenance people been doing? She said short staff. Well that ain't my problem that's something you should tell a customer in the beginning. Very professional service and communication. Looks like they're gonna lose me as a customer. It's strange the fact that Honda/Toyota/Hyundai service department provides premium service.
