I recently purchased a new 2015 Mini Cooper s 5 door from Mini Markham (Town+Country BMW) . The buying experience here was the most pleasant/stress-free/unpressured car purchase in my life and I have bought over a dozen cars.

IMHO, Mini Markham is the best Mini dealership in the GTA, I know as I have visited others and walked out unsatisfied from the other dealerships. Mini Markham has a very positive working environment, this results in a team approach with no negative attitude form the staff.

My sales rep Robert Wills, Is very professional/laid back/courteous, he knows how to treat the customer with respect. He is a great listener, as he understood what I was looking for in a car and made sure I got the car I wanted and a very reasonable price. I have no doubt that the other Mini sales reps are also very good.

When it came time to pickup my car, Leila Wang was my Product Genius and Delivery Specialist. This Lady excels on customer service skills and product knowledge. There were no questions which she was unable to answer for me. Leila is an important part of the Mini Markham team.

The Mini Markham team was able to provide me with the Mini I wanted, at a very reasonable price and delivered it early !

I can easily give the Mini Markham staff a high recommendation for purchasing a new vehicle.

Brandon was very knowlegable and helpful. He was very professional. He helped me find the best vehicle for me, my terrific X6 5.0. Good follow-up and my wife will be back in 6 months for her new vehicle.

I would highly recommend Brandon anyone looking for new or pre-owned BMW

I bought my bmw 3 series here with the help of Terry Mackay. She was very helpful and has great knowledge and understanding of the bmw brand. Even after I purchased the vehicle she was very attentive with all my questions, concerns and requests which most sales representatives do not seem to care about. Service at this dealership is quick and I personally have not experienced any hassle with them. They also have a very nice lounge area. If I am ever in the market for another bmw I will not hesitate to give her or anyone else at this location a call.

If you are not Asian don t go here , went to buy a I8 for cash , no one served me until I asked for the manager. Go to frank at downtown bmw more then happy to assist people , they think only asians have money , THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP FOR NON ASIANS . Better By sell leases then the car for cash notice the 5 star rewiews are all Asian last names and the low starts are us non Asians

I really want to thank T+C BMW for understanding and taking great care of every single person who walks into the dealership. The dealership has the best Service Department and Customer Service. I bought my car from another small dealership in Thornhill, over the years I had experienced numerous problems with my car. T+C BMW treated me like their own customer and had provided exceptional service to me. My first User-Experience survey and Follow Up email was sent from TC BMW, not the place where I bought my car. I really should've bought my car from TC BMW because TC BMW gave me the feeling that I have been taken care of. Thanks to Erik, Yong, Kevin, Peter, the Service Manager (sorry I don't know your name) along with all friendly and helpful staffs I have met, thanks for understanding customers' concerns and fixing all the problems I have with my car.

Town & Country's Service Department is so far the best I have ever experienced. Looking forward to purchasing my next car with you guys.

I have dealt with four BMW dealers for purchasing, maintenance and etc. I must say this dealer is the best in all aspects. Very enjoyable experience from all the departments, people working there are passion about their brand. Definitely will go back for my next car.

I just got my 3rd car from this location and my husband has been going here even longer than me. Ask for Nasir, we were originally referred to him by a friend in the car industry and he has been helping us for all of these years and the customer service he provides is top notch. He is always professional and goes out of his way to do whatever he can for us! We looked at other luxury cars this time but we ended up back here because of the quality of the vehicle and the service that Nasir provides. We live much closer to another location but we purchase and service both of our vehicles from BMW Markham!

it would be zero start if i could. Scheduled to have my car serviced there, took 30+ min to drop the car and another 30+ min when pick up. Dealer refused to do anything else other than the oil change (still under free maintenance plan, so have to visit other dealer again which far from my current address). After picked up my car, I notice that the technician did NOT ever reset the oil life monitor. What kind of service is that? I owned different brands of cars and had good experience with all GM, Ford dealers i visited, but not this one. NOT recommended!!!

I went to T+C to purchase my 1st BMW. I was appointed to a rep named Paul Choi who was extremely friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions & at no time was he pushy or aggressive. Working in Corporate sales, I thought he was very professional, honest & fun to be around.

The whole staff-Ash in customer service, Cecil Thomas in finance and our product guide, Ginu Au were amazing. If your looking for a BMW, Town & Country and this specific team is where to go!

Came in for a maintenance appointment on my 2017 X6, Service advisor Alessandra Verduci and her team made it very easy and pleasant for the entire process. Greeted promptly by a young gentleman upon arrival, took my key in and spoke with Alessandra shortly, made my requests and she yesed it all. Then the car got ready and fully washed ahead of the time line, shuttle drive was on time and polite, the X6 was so nice and clean when I picked it up, 10/10 service with this experience, thanks Alessandra and the service team, much appreciated from a happy customer.

I try not to write bad reviews. Sometimes it's a one-off bad scenario, this one had to be written!

This is my second time going to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. I understand when buying a used vehicle it is considered "as is". But their lack of knowledge for their used vehicles is concerning. I give them two stars assuming they are knowledgeable for their new fleet.

I did speak with management, they don't care here!

Also make note, if you put a deposit on a car only a manager can release your deposit.... for some reason the dealership does not have managers on duty in my scenario for 3 days!

Continue to read below if you want to know more about my experiences.

I live an hour away from Markham and I do my due diligence before going to visit a vehicle I specifically called the dealership and ask them about these two vehicles and in both scenarios they stated it is an "As Is" vehicle but there's no damage there's no engine lights the cars look perfect. They also inform me that the cars have been priced based on their current condition. The first car I went and saw I started the car up and I swear something was on fire. myself and the salesman open the hood to find an engine that came from a junkyard.....

The second time I was actually more disappointed. Went to see the vehicle everything seemed fine, only to find out that they may have erased an engine light as the vehicle broke down while I was on my test drive. I chose to put a deposit, and take the night to look into the engine issue. Unfortunately it's an expensive issue. what really got me upset was the day after I go for my refund and I cannot get my refund because there was no managers available to release the refund I would have to wait 3 days before a manager would be available. finally two weeks later, I got my refund. I did speak with the used car manager he really didn't care. Wasn't phased by my concerns or the fact their process is a waste of an individuals time.

My friend leased a BMW 4 series from Town and Country BMW, thinking BMW being a high end luxury quality vehicle brand.. Oh was she mistaken. Twice it experienced issues, first with battery power and second with air condition unit. Worst of all, this dealership knows nothing about customer services except gives you lip services, especially the service receptionist is rude and unsympathetic, maybe she hates her job. No complimentary/courtesy car, no parts on hand, no in depth knowledge of its vehicles (all outsourced to part time mechanics ?). Why I said that ? Because the BMW was just in for scheduled maintenance few weeks ago, now the car has issue?... Luckily we don't have them servicing planes. Yikes..

Since they changed ownership to PFAFF, their upfront customer service has been extremely poor. Try calling in and NOT getting a message and not having to wait for a call back. Each time it took me at least 10 try s before I got a real person. Once inside though, the service is fairly good, it s just trying to book the appointment, or trying to check on your car. Very frustrating.

I originally bought my car from Endras, and they go out of their way to service you from beginning to end, but too bad too far from home for regular service.

BMW Markham could learn a thing or two from them.

We went to the BMW dealership in August 18th 2018 in the evening. Receptionist referred to a person, who was pretty old and had no interest to show us car. We asked him to show us some demo return or lease return hif hechas any. He was so racist he judged us and telling us the cheapest one he has is for 70000 for you.
We just walked out and will never ever refer this dealership to anyone.

I returned my car at the lease end. Nobody did the inspection and nobody checked if I forgot to bring something when returning. And after two months I received a letter which said I was charged for $550 for the missing cargo cover. I had the car for 3 years and I removed the cargo cover the first month of the lease so that I forgot to install it back. Nobody told me on the day when I returned the car. Nobody contacted me for it thereafter and I even didn't know it until I was charged for $550. That was a really bad experience that I have two cars with BMW and I just realize that the service was so bad.

Even one star is toom much for the king of experie...

Even one star is toom much for the king of experience customer service experience I had. I walked in to buy a X3, the Clint advicer don't even introduce himself. I wanted to buy a bran new X3 but the Clint advicer was placed pushing me to buy a used car and was asking me to make full cash payment , late he started playing on his phone. Worst customer service experience and such a waste of time driving there.
