Awful service experience time and time again!

Scheduled a service session weeks in advance and brought the vehicle in the evening prior to the appointment. Got a text message at the end of the scheduled day that there is a line-up and nothing can be done via a text. Phoned, left voice mails and texted back numerous time for that day and the next day with no response until I make a call to the service manager and escalate. Finally got a response back that the repair report is still in progress with no ETA. If there are other alternatives in Markham for BMW authorized repair and service you should take it there instead. This dealership is doing an awful job at communication and scheduling workloads.

Thanks so much for the superb customer service that went above and beyond. Joseph took care of us right from the start and helped us choose the right BMW. Alvin also did an amazing job and put any worries we had to ease. I definitely would recommend Town + Country BMW!

Good reviews from ppl who actually works there or fake. this place is a complete up sell for ppl who has no idea about repairs. Service agents are to rip off ppl by any means. i had to put once star to post this comment.

obiviously if for the same oil change service in mississuga BMW charges 55 dollar less done 3 months earlier then why should i come over there. Service agent was very pushy, was even asking to change cabin air filter for $200 labor, which was rediculas. I refused and end up paying 1 hrs labor charge for simple oil change.

my frined had recenlty had similar issues so i was sharing my experience too.

Leila took us through all the features of the car with the utmost patience and expertise. very bad service. I wish i could give 0. I went into the pre-owned BMW department looking for a sales called Justin. There's a Chinese man with glasses( I don't know his name) told me Justin wasn't working today. And someone walked by and told me Justin is working.(I actually booked appointment yesterday so i knew Justin is working.) Then that Chinese person said Justin is not working today again. After like 5 second he changed his mind and said Justin is sitting inside a room.That Chinese man went into a room and start talking to someone. He knew I'm waiting outside but he just ignored me and laughed.I was so confused and just stood there for maybe 2 minutes. And still nobody came help me. So I think i should just go inside the room cause that person is not talking to anyone at that moment. I went closed to the room ,looked inside and found out that person was not the person that i was looking for. So I just stood there and waited for another person could really help me. After a while, someone finished helping with his customer came told me where's the person i was looking for( finally).I got really pissed off. I don't know why that Chinese man lied to me and played games with me. I'm pretty sure he's not busy at that moment. He's holding a cup of coffee, chilled with someone( I think that person's name is Steve but not sure), looked at me and laughed. very very poor service not recommand anyone to go there.

I had a very pleasant experience with everyone I encountered at this dealership. This being my first BMW purchase (and my first purchase of a car this expensive), I was very appreciative of the patience the staff had with me.

Paul Choi was the sales rep and made sure he found the car that was right for me. I was very specific so it took some time, but he understood my concerns. I did not feel pressured or ignored and any point. He gave me honest, supportive advice and returned all of my MANY phone calls of questions along the way. I am very happy with the car we finally found.

After the purchase, I was handed off to Cecil Thomas to complete the sale. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He explained all of the warranty jargon to me in laymans terms and kept me laughing the whole time!

When I picked up my car, Gina Au went through all of the features with me. She was so patient and pleasant and answered all of my questions. And even encouraged me to reach out if I had further questions after I left which surprised me.

On the sales side - Justin Ni was my guy and he was absolutely awesome. Very professional. Very easy to deal with. He's the guy who want to see if you're leasing like I did. On the service side - if you have to deal with anyone, make sure it's a guy named Malcolm. I've had a few issues all covered under my warranty and he went above and beyond to take care of me asap. Had the car picked up while I was at work and a loner dropped off at the same time on TWO separate occasions. Both times literally within hours of me reporting the problems. Really understands things and easy to talk to even when I was frustrated. Overall great dealership and I really couldn't be any happier. 5 stars all the way. I'd give them 6 stars if it let me.

My experience keeps getting from exceptional to exceeding exceptional with each car I buy from them. Just picked up another M from this dealership site unseen and as always Pirout worked his magic and got me a good deal on my trade in and put me into a new car all over the phone. I picked up the car yesterday and all I can say it was exactly as promised. Leila, whom I shall now refer to as the BMW super genius walked me through my car tech with an amazing easy to follow instructions and setup. With her approach, I fully mastered most of my daily needs and setups for the car in under 30 minutes. Albeit I was already familiar with the iDrive, she was quick to point me to the new features and changes. These guys are my dynamic duos at TCBMW.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to rate my recent experience with Town and Country BMW. As you can see I gave it 5 stars but I would say there are not enough stars to rate my terrific experience with the sales staff and delivery specialists. I would like to personally thank Pirout Mohammadi and Leila Wang for there above and beyond, second to none customer service and experience that brought me to them. Furthermore, I must add that there are two BMW dealerships in my area (Elite BMW and Otto's BMW) and never have I had a good experience with them. TCBMW is over 500 Km away from where I live and Pirout has handled my last 4 BMW transactions over the phone with complete trust and respect. His approach is quite relaxed and no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and researching price points I knew the deal that I need to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Pirout to get the deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Town and Country BMW with a brand new X4 M40i, but I also left well educated and better equipped to work my car thanks to the super awesome, very polite and all round super smart Leila. Thanks Pirout and Leila you guys rock!

Great service and friendly staffs.
I did not purchase my Mini Countryman from this location but I do my services & repairs at this location.
It is very easy to book a service and have your car serviced.
I just drop my key and take their rental (It used to be free but now there is 15 dollars admin fee).
I personally require a replacement vehicle as I need to use my car to get to work. The fact that they have cars available for free (now with admin fee) makes huge difference between going to this location or not. Instead of taking a car to a local garage, I rather pay extra fee for genuine parts and services with rental that I can use as long as my car is in the shop for service. It is really a game changer and I really appreciate them for providing this service.
Although my car is pretty new, there were some electrical issues. Not sure why this happened but BMW Markham (Pfaff) arranged everything and in few weeks, my car was good as brand new. They ordered parts from Germany and everything was installed flawlessly.
I am in love with my car atm so I will be driving this for a while but I will always go to this location for any maintenance or service. When BMW or Mini releases a new electric car, I am planning to purchase one for daily commute. I am looking forward to purchase a vehicle from this location. Thanks for the great service.

Worst dealer ever. Very unprofessional. Over 1 hour wait for pick up!! Never really solve your issue. Bad service attitude-when ask for how to setup, the answer is "everything is on the manual" one of their service consultant named Mike said!! Not willing to help! If you say anything wrong with your car, they will tell you that is because the low grade fuel you fill!! Make up stories!!

I bought my X5 from this dealership and it was the worst experience. First of all u r buying a premium car and you expect similar customer service and it was totally not that. They don't have a proper waiting lounge and the attitude of the sales guys were also horrible. At the end during the delivery, the girl who was giving the presentation about three car took my phone from me and gave the dealership a 5 star review. So I am changing the rating to a 1 star from the 5. I will recommend this dealer. I amm going to another dealer for servicing and I am seeing the difference.

After dealing with BMW in Markham and had the pleasure of working with Yoyo, Lance and Matt at this dealership, all very friendly staff and understanding of customer needs delivering excellent customer service every visit or call I make. I reside in Ottawa and drive to BMW Markham for their service which is unmatchable compared to the dealerships here in Ottawa (Ottos, Elite). They (Ottos) would not even give me a rental car without a charge, luckily I purchased my car from BMW Markham who were quick to resolve this matter and contact my local dealership here (Ottos) to have the costs covered, very happy with the resolution made by this dealership, however would not recommend going to BMW in Ottawa. BMW Pfaff delivers excellent service and would recommend giving them a call before contact these local dealers, they were willing to deliver my car from Toronto to Ottawa at no extra cost or mileage

It was a pleasure to do business with T&C BMW. They have the best staff and it's people that makes them great to deal with. Everyone is very accommodating, professional and just plain old incredibly nice. I walked away knowing that the deal we made was fair and that I also know that I will be well taken care off when I need them in the future. Trust is key, especially with a car. It would be a nightmare if you can't trust the dealership and I feel that they have more then earned my business.

Got my BMW M2 here and the experience was exciting! My sales expert Mr. Chris Hamlin was GREAT, very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and very prompt. I had the M2 for 3 test drives and Chris was always very accommodating and understanding in helping me to make the best informed decision. He was not "pushy" though every trade has to meet its numbers/ targets by the end of the month. Mr. Tonley Lau was great as well. All in all the experience was great and now i own my M2 baby. Thanks Chris for being so understanding (as he is also a car enthusiast, a Dodge Challenger)and making me feel not rushed with my decision. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Chris Hamlin for any deals and ill certainly get in touch with you for my next one!

I bought only one of my cars from them. Yet, I am happier with this dealership more than the rest of the BMW dealership in town. The Service department gets a less favourable rating though, as I had some issues with the car that I expected to be fixed but they weren't. I must admit that they did follow up with me but I am too busy to go back to them for the same issues again. Overall I recommend them to BMW owners. I'm sure under the new management, they will improve even more.

I found them via an EV app the offer charging stations. When your EV is running out of juice, it's very desperate to get it charge up. When I was there, the stations are always park with cars. So I went there again some time later, still the same. So I figure because they are busy, that be fine. Afterward, when ever I passed by that dealship, I always look and the situation are the same. Not sure why they bother to put stations there while not letting people to use it. I suggest they should take it offline, or indicate they are for their i3 use only. This way it won't misleading others.

I am sorry I have an other customer. Are you serious you called her here all the way from Mississauga! Zero Service sir! you were recommended by someone to us.

Mac Shen, the sales manager, has absolutely no idea what he's doing through out the day. He walks around the dealership cluelessly. If you want to find him, he'll probably outside the service lot taking a smoke break (almost 15 smoke breaks a shift). I strongly urge that Mac Shen should be re-evaluated on his work performance and that the Pfaff Head Office should pay some more attention on him and monitor exactly what work he really gets done. Overall, I had a great experience working as a Lot attendant and BMW but seriously you guys need to get rid of Mac Shen if you want to see the company grow.

First time buying a vehicle from PFAFF Town and Country and it was an excellent experience. From start to finish, George Li was very thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle and extremely patient with my infinite number of questions. Along with his Sales Manager Lance, they tried to get me the best trade in along with a great deal on the new purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I've dealt briefly with Lance before in a different dealership. This time when I stepped foot into Town and Country, not only did he recognize me but he also addressed me by name....and this was like 6 years ago...now that's exceptional customer service. And it doesn't just end there, the after care service is just as great. After I picked up my car, I continued to have questions for George and he is always responsive and continues to give me great advice. I look forward to working with George and Lance again when I come back for another vehicle.

The staff at this dealership are unprofessional and lack basic legal knowledge. The representative Nasir Ahmadi has received a deposit on a car that I reserved, which he then went to sell the vehicle to a client who offered a higher price.

On top of receiving 2 deposits on the same vehicle, which contradicts the very basic elements of contract law, the manager that I have spoken to, and to which this has been escalated to was very classy, however he did not recognize the legal shortcoming of his employee, he offered me to buy the vehicle if the second buyer, who also put a deposit on the car, and entered contract with, revokes his higher priced offer.

He then simply advised me to complain to OMVIC.

If this ploy has been deployed on you please reach out to me on a joint lawsuit, I am in the process of opening a case at the Ontario Small Claims Court demanding injunction and suing for damages.

Taha is an amazing pre-owned Sales Rep. The same cannot be said about the rest of his colleagues as the service provided since has been abysmal. Unfortunately, most wear and tear parts were shot, as my car required new brakes and tires within months of purchase

Notes and requests during services have been ignored, and issues with my vehicle were not addressed when the staff acknowledged concerns and failed to even notify me. Very disappointed to say the least, especially considering extra fees were paid in warranty.

Did the maintenance on Friday. I dropped off my car in the morning at 8.30am. And I received the message saying my car will be ready to pickup at 3.30pm. Then I came to the store. Apparently, it is not ready. So they asked me came back on Monday. How ridiculous!

This is the worst experience I ve ever had in my life. I will never purchase another car from here ever again. Certain sales people here ruin the BMW brand name. They treat you really good and promise you the world before you purchase. But once you sign on the dotted line they can care less about your issues and problems. I would 100% never recommend this place to anyone!

I just picked up my 4th BMW from Town+Country BMW ...

I just picked up my 4th BMW from Town+Country BMW and as usual I have another "Truly Outstanding" service from their Sales Consultant Andy Leung to Delivery Specialist Leila Wang.

I received no pressure from Andy during negotiation and I was given the best available price and Andy always called me up when there is promotion from BMW Canada. This is my second transaction with Andy!

Leila explained all the new car features to me in detail, she knows the product really well and she even followed up with me after the delivery and she managed to fix my "BMW Remote" app issue :-) Thanks Leila the remote app feature is so cool!

BTW I always get great service from their service team as well, Andrew Mak is the SA I always go to if I have issue, hopefully I don't need to see him soon since my car is brand new. The service team is always busy, my advise is book your appointment in advance, and treat them how you want to be treated.

Town+Country BMW really put together a great team to help their customers to own and experienced an Ultimate Driving Machine or I would like to call it Deutsch Maschinen!

Thanks You Town+Country please keep up the good work!

I purchased a BMW from Harsh at Town & Country - it was an excellent experience overall. Harsh presented me a clean car when I first came to view it which impressed me. He was very knowledge about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. Any requests I had prior to purchasing the vehicle were graciously met without hesitiation. On delivery day, the vehicle was in immaculate condition! I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Thank you for all of your work, Harsh!

Have been visiting this location prior to the new management and name change (this was previously known as Town+Country BMW). They are now part of the Pfaff group of dealerships (along with Mini, Audi, Porsche, etc...) and have only gotten better since then. Have been having my BMW serviced here since the first day I purchased it but have never had a chance to utilize their sales department. However, this has changed as of late due to a recent purchase. The sales staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been nothing but helpful and courteous. The service department have always been helpful and I have never felt as though I was being ripped of with regards to the services that I have had done to my car.

High recommended location for BMW purchases and services. Ask for Nasir Ahmadi in the sales team for an awesome purchase experience.

We bought two cars from Pfaff Markham. We were dealt with Taha Hayat. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy from the time of coming and looking at the cars to delivery. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received, and definitely would consider my next BMW at Pfaff BMW Markham. Overall Pfaff Auto, has the best cars and customer service and I would highly recommend them, if you want to buy a BMW, Audi, Porsche or a Mercedes-Benz Pfaff has you covered with the best cars and service !

We will NEVER go back to this dealership. We had been very loyal clients of this particular dealership for a number of years. When we had 11 issues with our bmw 328i xdrive and tried to contact upper management, we were given the run around. It was only until we threatened to go to the ministry and the media that we actually received responses. The customer service is terrible, the ownership change over has hugely impacted the customer relations the dealership used to care about. The service work is spotty. When you receive a BMW certified vehicle that has been checked.... think again!! The door actuator was checked off that everything was fine yet the day we picked up the car there were issues that prevented and pushed back our pick up time. We ended up going to another BMW dealership that treats its clients like family! They follow through with what they tell their clients and immediately respond. We will NEVER go back to Markham BMW! Horrible experience!

Amazing service from both the sales and service team. George Li from sales was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process of the car buying experience. Their no-haggle policy is a refreshing approach compared to other car dealers.

When I took delivery of my X3 M40i, there was a minor issue with the paint and George took care of it immediately.

The service team is also amazing. They're friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues you might have. There was a recall on my X3 for the backup camera and within 2 weeks of getting the recall letter, my car was fixed.

I will recommend BMW Markham when somebody is looking for the ultimate driving machine.

Nobody approaches you even after spending 20+ minutes in the showroom. However if you speak Mandarin then you will instantly have a representative approach.

Even if I were to consider a BMW, I will take my purchase elsewhere.

Nihgtmarish service. I've been in twice, both time...

Nihgtmarish service. I've been in twice, both times were regularly scheduled service, both times the car was way late. Today's experience was for a microfilter that they happened to forget and took 9 hours to replace and even asked if they could keep the car over the weekend. Consoled by the Service Manger but he was the second one to do so so I'm not convinced. I may get a bus pass, they're more on time.
