Several times had contact with this company via chat, the waiting times by phone are longer than 30 minutes, outrageous in these times !! Have been waiting for my annual statement for almost 7 weeks. It is absurd how this company deals with its customers. Do not even have a secure environment to log in as a customer.

Contracts that are not correct, misqualified, questions that are not answered or only after 3 months on a question that does not fit the answer. Unfortunately a 3 year contract closed. So for another 1.5 years on the blisters and then on to a decent party.

mondeling contract, komen ze met een verhaal dat ik in 2018 dat toegezegd zou hebben, wordt nu bij mij huidigen energie leverancier zo weggehaald, en de boete van 250 euro mag ik dus zelf kan betalen!!!
paar keer gebeld maar helaas geen oplossing komen ze mee!!!
echt verschrikkelijk naar hoe je hier behandeld wordt!

Ze zijn super slecht te bereiken. Afspraken dat ze contact met jouw opnemen komen ze bij mij totaal niet na!
Ook zit je dikke 4 jaar vast aan een contract dat volgens hen goedkoper en alles is dan het oude contract. Dat je 4 jaar vast zit dat klopt. Maar goedkoper? Nou euhmmm nee totaal niet.

Please do not engage people with this company !!! Watch the comments say enough. Their are definitely not cheap! If they feel caught on the phone they want to break the connection .. Stop it! That something like this is allowed here in the Netherlands! I would therefore not recommend this energy company. Worst operational management ever!

Vorige week nieuw energiecontact afgesloten bij Total Gas & power, net de bevestigingsbrief ontvangen, ondanks de mooie woorden van de adviseur blijkt dat ik nu 1400 euro per jaar meer zou moeten betalen omdat ze de opbrengst van onze zonnepanelen bij het totaal energieverbruik hebben opgeteld ivp afgetrokken.

Daarnaast zijn de vaste kosten vele malen hoger dan ik gewend was bij Eneco.
Ik heb direct contact gezocht, maar op de mai;l reageren ze niet, telefonisch zijn ze niet bereikbaar (probeert u het later nog eens, en dat al op 4 verschillende dagen) en de chat functie op de site waar ze naar toe verwijzen bestaat helemaal niet.

Total, houd je bezig met de brandstoffen en tankstations, maar denk niet dat je dit onder de knie hebt. Wat een slechte organisatie!

Mensen, ga geen overeenkomst aan met deze maatschappij, want je komt bedrogen uit.

The time that the contract lasted I had to pay for far too high rates and could not place that with other energy supplier. organization Incomprehensible that they are not being tackled. On 2 May (four months ago) I completed a transfer form from KostenTransparant. I would receive information and get 14 days to change my mind. Since then I have heard nothing from Costs Transparent or Total Gas & Power. Yesterday I received a message from Essent that my energy contract has been canceled. I have been trying to reach Total customer service all day long: "Unfortunately no employee is available, we will be patient for a moment".
And on their website the contact form does not work !!!

This is really terrible service !!!

In one word (Thieving). Totally not satisfied.

Total has made up a contract for me for 4 years which has been never accepted by me! And till now they don't even know who made this contact.
Now, after 4 months of weekly phones and emails, Total still don't know even how I do have a contract with them. And the problem never ends!

Regarding the Dutch law, TOTAL can be sued if they don't solve my problem.

This is a total thievery, poor service and not satisfactory.

Outrageous practices, they send you a proposal through a collective, if you do not respond within 14 days you will get a contract thrown at you.

Ontzettend nalatig bedrijf!! Die ene ster zijn ze zelfs niet waard!! Mensen ga absoluut niet in zee met dit bedrijf. En lees mijn ervaring goed en de rest van de reviews hier. Total het is serieus tijd om te stoppen in Nederland want u ben incompetent!

Total staat voor Totaal mislukt! Ongelofelijk wat een slecht bedrijf is dit. Na keer op keer te hebben gebeld dat de tarieven niet kloppen (al vanaf het begin in 2016 contact voor 3 jaar) presteren ze het elk jaar weer met de verkeerde tarieven een jaarafrekening te verzenden.





Dit is niet het geval ik ben pas overgestapt per contract vervaldatum van 01-08-2019. Tot die tijd ben ik gewoon klant geweest van Total. Dit zou volgends belofte snel opgelost worden, tot mijn grote spijt heeft die creditering tot op heden niet plaats gevonden wel ontving ik dus op 28 augustus jl. een reminder met daarbij kosten en een verzoek op het bedrag binnen 7 dagen te betalen. Dit is ook tevens mijn eerste reminder dat er een openstaand bedrag is. Ik verzoek u dan ook vriendelijk doch dringend om dit nu wel op te pakken en de factuur te crediteren zonder extra kosten.

Ook wil ik u nogmaals op het volgende wijzen dat de tarieven voor gas die u mij heeft gefactureerd mbt factuurnummers [weg gelaten ivm privacy] niet kloppen. Het tarief van 0,2423 is. incl. regiotoeslag op de factuur staat de regiotoeslag apart gefactureerd zijnde 140,45 en 63,13 excl. btw. Er is dus 203,58 teveel gefactureerd. Graag ontvang ik hier ook een creditnota van.

Ik heb in dit schijven de eerder benoemde facturen geincludeerd alsmede mijn correspondentie van 30 september 2017. Met als bijlage een contractbevestiging met de tarieven van Total. Ook zit er een jaarafrekening bij van 2016-2017 waarbij dit probleem dus ook al aan de orde was, dit is toentertijd aangepast en gecrediteerd.

Ik heb dit geincludeerd omdat ik dus jaarlijks met jullie moet bellen hierover om dit aangepast te hebben. U begrijpt natuurlijk wel dat dit niet enkel irritatie met zich meebrengt maar ook geen vertrouwen in Total als bedrijf. Helaas volstaat een excuus niet meer omdat dit niet 1 of 2 keer gebeurt maar dus jaarlijks meerdere keren. U begrijpt dat ik kosten moet maken om dit iedere keer ongedaan te maken. Als bedrijf zijnde betaal ik voor elke bij en afschrijving. Ook moet ik soms mijn betalingen naar leveranciers uitstellen vanwege uw nalatigheid als bedrijf zijnde als er weer eens teveel of dubbel is afgeschreven. Ook heb ik iets beters te doen om tijd maken om dit te schrijven en uiteraard u ook.

Upon inquiry they even came with a tape recording of an intermediary that we would have given permission to. In the meantime my current contract has been terminated as of February and I am transferring the company to Total. The current supplier cannot do anything and Total does not respond to anything. Watch out with this company.

3e keer geprobeerd, eindelijk een bevestiging met opzegging van de laatste datum?? Opzegtermijn van 1 maand.
Na vragen te hebben gesteld via de mail, wat die opzegtermijn precies inhoud, als de nieuwe bewoners ook al energie geleverd krijgen van de eigen energieleverancier, geen antwoord ontvangen. Wel een dreigement met 250 euro vanwege het vervroegd aflossen.
Naar mijn mening is dit diefstal en oplichting, zolang niet duidelijk wordt gereageerd op mijn verzoeken en vragen. Naar mijn mening gangster praktijken. Vervolgstappen worden genomen.

We received an email from our supplier stating that we had canceled our contract. We were on holiday abroad so I could not check anything and now the contract starts August 1. Wat een ontzettende oplichters zijn dit zeg. Ik kreeg opeens een mail van Nuon dat ze het jammer vonden dat ik had opgezegd. Ik had deze gasten van Total Gas & Power NOOIT gesproken, maar toch hebben ze mijn huidige energie contract opgezegd en mij probeerden ze aan te sluiten.

Gelukkig heeft de helpdesk van Nuon mij erg goed geholpen en hebben ervoor gezorgd dat de aanmelding werd ingetrokken.

Maar oh jee! Als je op deze manier aan klanten moet komen dan moet er toch wel iets mis met je zijn!

A star is still too much for this hopeless company. More than two years ago we would switch to this company. A few weeks before the switch I made several attempts to pass my meter readings. But the stubborn man on the other side of the line claimed that he could see the meter readings. Even the registered letter is not responded to. In the meantime, I have blocked their authorization (which they no longer had because I indicated that they were not allowed to use them by registered mail) with the bank. A bad thing.

Apparently the reviews are read in contrast to the contact forms, registered letters and e-mails. Called today by Total following my review update, with which they again show that letters can not be read. In my registered letter I have been very clear; I wish no more telephone contact with me. There can be contacted by mail or mail but not by phone anymore, then there are still empty agreements made afterwards that are not fulfilled because there is nothing black in white.

Very sorry the rubble they have here. For me there is only one solution and that is dissolution of the contract, my trust in Total GP Netherlands BV is completely finished!

Van de week werden wij onaangenaam verrast door onze huidige energieleverancier met het bericht dat ons contract per 31 december zou worden opgezegd. Na telefonisch overleg met onze huidige leverancier bleken we ineens aangesloten bij Total Gas & Power
We waren zeer verontwaardigd en erg boos over de manier waarop dit contract tot stand was gekomen. We hebben namelijk nooit iemand van Total gesproken en al helemaal geen voorstel ontvangen en dus ook geen mogelijkheid gehad om het te annuleren.

After hours of phone calls, I get to hear that Total is now delivering our energy while I have NEVER heard of this company!
We have never received a letter or mail. How is this possible in God's name ?! I have re-registered with the supplier of my own choice and hope that this is also handled with this company !!

If you do not pay a reminder in the bus within 5 working days and a collection fee of 5 days. Come on, that will be somewhere in the fine print. Now I have installed Solar Panels and should have received a refund for 6 months. We have not yet been able to bring down the advance at all and the annual statement is NOT consistent with the meter readings I have provided. They just keep on billing ?! I am very curious how this will end. Contract takes a while so it should be fine.

Gisteren werden wij onaangenaam verrast door onze huidige energieleverancier met het bericht dat ons contract per 31 december opgezegd werd. Bij navraag bleken we ineens aangesloten bij TotalGP.
We waren zeer verontwaardigd over de manier waarop dit contract tot stand was gekomen. We hebben namelijk nooit een voorstel ontvangen en dus ook geen mogelijkheid gehad om het te annuleren. Vandaag heb ik daarover telefonisch contact gehad met de klantenservice van TotalGP. En over de manier waarop het afgehandeld is, kan ik niet anders dan uitermate tevreden zijn. Telefoon werd binnen 2 minuten beantwoord en ik werd snel en correct geholpen. Na het sturen van een annuleringsmail kreeg ik binnen 10 minuten al een bevestigingsmail dat het contract geannuleerd was. Mijn huidige leverancier kon dit ook direct bevestigen. Al met al vervelend hoe het begonnen is, maar hulde voor de afhandeling. Dat mag, mijns inziens, ook wel eens gezegd worden!
