We too are, to our complete surprise, written by our company from our energy supplier!
After hours of phone calls, I get to hear that Total is now delivering our energy while I have NEVER heard of this company!
We have never received a letter or mail. How is this possible in God's name ?! I have re-registered with the supplier of my own choice and hope that this is also handled with this company !!
