I am active as an account manager in the energy industry and have already picked up a lot of dissatisfied customers at Total because they are TOTALLY said to the customer, and only interested in contract writing. The fact that lies are told to bring in the customer does not bother them. Fortunately, it now starts to become clear that these are only scammers, soon nobody will be bothered.
