Don't fall for it !! Terrible organization, tricked into it through SME collectives. Connected to a contract by saying yes by phone that an offer could be sent. Then they send an offer, which starts, unless you ring the bell. If you bring this up to Total, or SME collectives, you will be short and you will be fined. Very bad, to have to get to your customers in this way. The rates included in the offer are also higher than where we now purchase energy.

Bizar bedrijf, dat dit kan in het hedendaagse NL
Gewoon maffia!!

Vanaf begin af aan al ellende wat ons al veel geld heeft gekost.
Begin dit jaar gingen ze onze meterstanden "schatten" ipv de door ons juiste doorgestuurde meterstanden te hanteren.
Natuurlijk lagen de meterstanden niet lager, maar rekenden ze meer dan 300 euro extra aan kosten.
Ze reageren verder nergens meer op en telefonisch kom je niks verder. Krijg automatische mails terug dat de behandeltijden van klachten langer kunnen duren dan normaal, maar 7 maanden is toch niet normaal.

Zonder dat ik het weet zit ik bij dit bedrijf??? Op de naam van het bedrijf van mijn vrouw. Zij heeft nooit met dit bedrijf gecommuniceerd. Hebben geen enkele email van hen gekregen, maar toch sturen ze een nota die ik per direct moet betalen. Dit is geen goede manier van zaken doen.
Ik ga juridische ondersteuning vragen om van dit bedrijf af te komen.

Bunch of criminals, a contract under false pretenses, promise not to fulfill, after unilateral destruction of contract get a final bill that is twice the total of the paid terms (so despite the commitment of employee M. Vu still a fine!). Unbelievable that this case may continue! Min 5 stars ..... I wish them a very soon bankruptcy!

They don't even earn 1 star yet! For months I am busy to get a farm a renovation which is also not habitable at vacancy rate. A new smart meter has been installed. So they can also read for themselves that we are not taking energy at the moment. Nevertheless, we receive an energy bill of more than 940 every month. A ridiculous amount for a farm under renovation with only the outside walls and a meter cupboard. I also want to change the address. This is not picked up. We now even receive reminders via debt collection agency. Called and emailed several times. No reaction. Don't get involved with this energy company. You save a lot of misery.

Total offered me a contract based on a telephone conversation with a national energy comparator (energy stalkers). I have confronted them with the fact that I believe I have not sent a written confirmation. Ultimately, total gas and power indicates:

"We have assessed the formation of your contract and have come to the conclusion that this has not been done according to our guidelines. For this reason we have decided to cancel the contract."

Strange state of affairs that this company offers contracts at high rates (sole trader contract at home address) without a legal basis for this (written confirmation).

4 weeks ago they promised to cancel the so-called contract. To date, the current energy supplier knows nothing. They promise a lot but do nothing at all.

People all report if you have been harmed by this worthless "company". Only in this way can they apparently be stopped.

Very bad company. Found out by chance that the contract from my grandmother's energy supplier was canceled by this company. After telephone contact they are very vague and have no proof that a contract has been concluded. They are very vague about canceling and saying that you must first submit a complaint. So a bunch of scammers. Don't go into the sea with this. The amount of bad reviews and their nature says enough.

It is that I can not give 0 stars. As you can read in other comments, they send emails through a quotes to a quote and if you do not respond to them within 14 days you are suddenly a customer. There is absolutely no leniency towards customers who indicate that they did not want to close at Total Energy at all. Then comes the crude penalty clause where they do not send you written confirmation. I have been working for 2 months to get black in white what the fine would be. As a blow or the fire arrow you apparently TWO contracts because yes you take gas and electricity off so you have to pay TWO fines excl. Administration costs. The only thing you get to hear is: oh a little annoying and I understand your problem, but you still get a fine. Total must be ashamed to deal with consumers.

every time I call them I must wait on line at least 30 minutes until I can speak to an agent. I would love for this business off but unfortunately I can not because I the undersigned, now I just want to change my installment by the consultant costs transparent contract for five years because it is very high and last time when I was an assistant at the line which had me was very angry, and the answer to my question was that I have to wait six weeks long until my email will be answered !!!!!. it's just keep this business literally off misery !!!

Today I received a phone call from BCB consultancy on behalf of Total gas & Power , the gentleman presented himself in Dutch and I asked if he could please speak English. He kept speaking Dutch and I told him that I could not continue the conversation since I could understand what he was saying. At that point he insisted that I should speak Dutch and with an unacceptable rude tone continued giving me an all lecture about why I did not speak Dutch something I should do since I leave in the Nederlands etc...
I told him that I was sorry I did not speak the language and that it seemed not to be a problem for his colleagues to speak English at the time they had much interest in becoming the preferred supplier of gas and electricity for our company.
At certain point of the conversation, since the men showed no limit of rudeness I hang -up.

dmv een kvk registratie word ik vaker gebeld om over te stappen naar een zakelijk energie contract. Dit wijs ik altijd af en verzoek ze niet meer terug te bellen.

Huidig is dit misgegaan en kreeg ik een rekening van Total Gas & Power over mijn contract (die ik niet heb afgesloten). In de brief stond dat ik met vragen even kon bellen over de rekening maar dan kom ik in een wachtrij van +20 minuten (meerdere malen geprobeerd).

Helemaal geen nette gang van zaken dit en ik heb ze ook een mail gestuurd om contact met mij op te nemen. tot noch toe te vergeefs...

Wat een brutaliteit. Met gouden woorden binnenslepen met een extern marketingbureau en valse beloftes. Resultaat: 20 euro duurder in de maand, geen begrip en nog een eindafrekening met torenhoge boetes en argumenten om het vieze geld binnen te halen. Ben lang niet zo boos geweest.

Nooit trof ik een bedrijf met zo'n slechte dienstverlening als Total Gas & Power!

Ik probeer al sinds mei(!) mijn energiecontract bij Total op te zeggen wegens opzeggen kantoorruimte per 1 juli. Ik heb vele telefoontjes en mailtjes gestuurd, ik heb gechat via de website, al 3 keer het klachtenformulier op de website ingevuld.
Ik heb ook 2 keer schriftelijk per post een opzegbrief gestuurd.

Nul resultaat, behalve dan dat Total gewoon facturen blijft versturen.

Het callcenter laat je 20 tot 30 minuten wachten en verbreekt dan doodleuk de verbinding. Als je een enkele keer een medewerker te pakken krijgt, zeggen ze vriendelijke toe de zaak aan Customer Service door te geven, die hun terugbel afspraken nooit nakomen.

Tot op heden is dit niet opgelost, mocht iemand bij Total dit lezen, dan
graag ZSM contact opnemen.

what bad administration is being conducted there. First it took four months before they only debited our advance from our bill and not from us and our son and daughter-in-law. After the move of son and daughter-in-law, the whining starts all over again. We are no longer a customer but the advance amount of son and daughter-in-law is debited from our account. Many phone calls and meanwhile angry words we are still not there. Is called several times a week (sometimes per day) by Total with the request to pay the two overdue installments. THOSE ARE NOT FROM US !!!!!! They don't get it there. The correct telephone number has been passed on many times, they continue to call us. Then they say they don't have a number but they call us and our son and daughter-in-law. Now they want to calculate collection costs, why? they are wrong. Just make sure you get the things on the ride Total. This soap is not over yet but in a while and then it's Kassa and Radar's turn. May they give it a try

Zeer slecht bedrijf! Ik raad iedereen dringend aan NIET met deze partij in zee te gaan!!!

In de stad werd ik aangesproken omdat ze de goedkoopste tarieven zouden hebben, maar goedkoop bleek duurkoop. Keer op keer maakt dit bedrijf fouten m.b.t. foutieve afschrijvingen, adressen die niet juist zijn verwerkt en toren hoge afrekeningen achteraf.

Voorheen zat ik bij Eneco, nooit een vuiltje aan de lucht. Na de overstap die op jaarbasis misschien 100 euro zou schelen, ben ik aan tijd en energie zoveel kwijt dat ik graag 100 euro meer had betaald om deze wanprestaties van Total Gas & Power te voorkomen.

Daarnaast ben ik niet eens goedkoper uit geweest, maar ben ik gevallen voor een slimme marketing babbel.

Ik hoop dat ik een goede bijdrage heb kunnen leveren voor degene die overwegen over te stappen naar Total Gas & Power. Absoluut niet doen, de overige reviews spreken voor zich!

Scammers. Subtract 1900 from my bill from a final bill based on baked air! The gas tap was closed for 5 months and then calculated 1300 gas over a period of 6 months. Although this end statement is not even with a collection agency, they already know how to approach you about this account. If you confront them with how they know this, you don't care. Aggressive screaming threat and so on. Asked 5 times about my invoices including agreement and they just do not send you anything .. total gas and power and aererty bv you can suck my cap and with this you are again registered with spray radar !!

Do I receive a confirmation of registration for a company email that I never use for this and a company name that no longer even exists! They say that the energy will be transferred from 1 August. Chamber of Commerce number is no longer valid! Weird that they just register you without ever having had contact. Deregistering seems unnecessary to me because there is no proof of registration. Probably even the account number that they want to use does not exist. I have informed my current supplier that no final settlement needs to be made.

Really too ridiculous for words this. I am considering a declaration.

OMG, they cancelled my existing contract and signed a new one with them without even talking to me or me signing any contract with them. I don't even know these people. Seems like a fraud business. Please keep away from them. Now, I have an invoice from them for some thing I have never used. I think I am going to use my legal insurance if they don't stop doing this. When I read all the reviews, everyone has the same problem. What a thief this company is!!!!

The telemarketer is calling on behalf of the chamber of commerce with an offer to send "free" information about buying energy together as entrepreneurs with the best provider on which a summary mail follows with an opt-out: who does not get active within two weeks I do not know I am in agreement with a contract for 3 years - obviously with Total Gas & Power - and a rate far above the market price. Little noncommittal to natural and completely misleading.
These typical Anglo-Saxon trade practices are reminiscent of those of Dirk Scheringa Bank. We all know how that ended. Richard Dutton obviously has no idea.

I have never had contact with this company, but they have terminated my contract with my current supplier for gas and electricity without my permission. I wrote and called to them neatly, and they would undo it. Unfortunately they do nothing.

I recently switched from Total to another supplier. Now I have received the final statement and it raises many questions for me. I try to call Total about this, but I can't. I have now been on hold for half an hour twice at different times. This is very frustrating. For that reason alone I would not become a Total customer again.

First class oplichters, sluiten telefonisch abonnementen af zonder het belangrijkste informatie door te geven, namelijk dat je standaard een 5 jaar contract krijgt met extreem dure tarieven en automatisch een dikke boete van 300 en nog steeds een boete na 4 jaar 75 voor gas en 75 voor electra als je het contract binnen 5 jaar opzegt, zelfs tijdens je opzegtermijn . Ongeacht of het nou een zakelijk of particulieren contract is.

PS: ze sturen incasso rekeningen, welke via normale rekeningen al maanden zijn voldaan, dus voor een ieder die een contract heeft let aub extra op dubbele rekeningen.



Ik raad deze oplichters sterk af! Geen wonder dat beoordeling voor dit bedrijf niet eens de 2 sterren gemiddeld haalt.
Als ik een zware 0 kon geven had ik dat graag gedaan, dus bij deze een dikke 1!

800 euro bill for nothing! First Total Gas & Power became my energy provider without me even knowing about it. After cancelling the contract (which I never signed), I receive a bill for just one day of their services: energy costs of 3,55 and an administration fee of 800!!! That's a robbery! Watch out for Total Gas & Power in the Netherlands!
Update: after almost a year they retracted the fine and even reimbursed the small energy bill I paid them. However, things like this should not be happening at all. What a waste of time and effort!

5 weeks to get rid of this misery.
Has taken a lot of blood sweat tears and steam from the ears but we are finished.
Barely accessible by telephone, mail is not responded to.
Rarely experienced such a bizar.
Never will we never become a customer at Total. Go life without electricity and gas!
Today, 7 weeks later, an excuse email received ... Little late guys!

I give this company a big 0! Bad administration, energy contract under false pretenses, bill that is almost twice as high as recorded. A kvk number they know so to find out, but a correct company name in the system, yeah how difficult it can be ... To get hold of the right employee who hits nails with heads, I have not succeeded after almost 1 year! I was cautiously optimistic after a broadcast of radar, almost from Total. After several calls again with Total, still not from Total.
My advice: do not go out with this idiot company! I will approach radar once again ..

You asked her to complete a form in order to give us back the money we had to pay for switching to your company but we still waiting for it. The bill you are sending us for last month is also higher than what you promised us after harassing us for weeks telling you could offer a better deal. Through my intermediary I ended up at TOTAL because of a tempting offer. However, at TOTAL they let my contract start a year early, so I was fined by my current energy supplier. Then they started to write off amounts from the day they let the contract start themselves! after I have contacted several times by telephone about this, I am constantly fed up with the story '' we solve it for you ''. After which I hear nothing more until the next amount is debited from my account. Eventually I got a call on the phone who told me that I can refund the paid amounts, after which I got a debt collection agency on my neck a few months later without warning.

I have been working on this problem for months and have been on the phone for hours (!).

All in all, I don't recommend the company with anything I have. I can't wait for my problems to be solved and I FINALLY never hear from you again!

Get a so-called "advantageous" contract via rogue telemarketers and then be confronted with extortionate rates, claim energy supplies that they clearly cannot have delivered, do not respond to correspondence unless money can be obtained and the regular ZZPer offers all kinds of "tax benefits" where a average self-employed person cannot claim at all. Don't fall for this, this is a scam gang!

Gas meter reading in 1 month as high as for the whole year without reason. After a lot of mail and telephone traffic, I still had no compensation or clear explanation. This is now with the disputes committee. We will leave this supplier at the first opportunity.

Promise lower rates but the reality is that you are more than 100, - Euro more expensive per month and that nice sounding online calculation they have already removed from their website. They charge you more than 1,200.- Euro if you transfer prematurely. Do not touch your fingers!

Ze bellen met een energie aanbieding. Je geeft je email adres door voor een schriftelijke offerte, om er vervolgens achter te komen dat ze je huidige energie abbonoment opgezegd hebben en je aan hun vast zit. Voor een torenhoog maandbedrag.

Via deze weg hoop ik andere mensen voor deze club te waarschuwen!

Very sorry. now back with old suppliers with no long-term contract and even better prices. contract immediately canceled the first month and we still get a bill every month ... very bad and not recommended

In augustus werden wij onaangenaam verrast door onze huidige energieleverancier met het bericht dat ons contract worden opgezegd. Na telefonisch overleg met onze huidige leverancier bleken we ineens aangesloten bij Total Gas & Power
Toch hebben ze zonder ons toestemming ons contract bij onze huidige leverancier voor gas en elektra beeindigt, We waren zeer verontwaardigd en erg boos over de manier waarop dit contract tot stand was gekomen. We hebben iemand van Total gesproken en hij zie dat hij gaat de offers voor gas en elektra gestuurd.
Jammer hebben wij de email en de contract niet gezien en daarna hebben wij contract met hun en ze hebben dat gezegd geen mogelijkheid om het te annuleren.
Maar in de zelffde tijd heeft andere energibedrijf met onscontact opnemen en ze zie wij gaan een contract voor je stuuren en wij gaan de contract met Total annuleren.
En na dat heb ik een factuur 800 euro ontvangen.

Echt slecht bedrijf

Total Gas and Power Nederland has sent me unsolicited email invoices over several months for a property that I do not live in. This started through unsolicited phone calls from affiliates who found my contact information through the KvK. I did not agree to or sign any contract with them, but they continued to send me bills. Total Gas and Power now have enlisted the use of a collection agency to get me to pay nearly 600 euros of energy bills that I am not responsible for.

I wish i wouldn't pick up the phone when they called me for the first time;(((
I'm 9 months pregnant, and the amount of stress they are causing me & my unborm baby is a crime.
Like all the rest that wrote before me, i also sayd "yes" to receive a proposal from them- how little did i know that they will force me into 4 yeats contract with them!!!
I'm trying to understand how is that this company still get the chance to offer their scam to other costumers without being charged! If you want to cancel the contract (that doesn't even exist) you will be asked for pay a fine of 600-1000 .
I wish for all of this to end already and that they will stop causing me & the baby more stress and sorrow;(((((((

I'm sorry to have signed a contract here. Bad company. It took more than 2 months to process a move, almost closed by liander. After the move finally has come through in their administration (After a lot of phone calls ... very frustrating!) I get a final bill with a penalty fine ??? plus 800 euro administration costs. AND also a monthly bill, apparently I am still a customer? So I did not cancel at all. Called immediately and again there is a system error and there is a telephone promise that the invoice goes out of the system. I thought for the umpteenth time to have solved it with a phone call, nothing is less true. Amount is incorrectly just written off and I may call woe. This company does not make sense.

About 2 years ago my girlfriend, Ms. Nuottamo, was approached by Tot al on a very aggressive gentleman. She had to conclude an energy contract with Tot. Both my girlfriend and I had previously signed a three-year contract with Essent. For her house I for my house. . Later she received an email that she had to sign a contract, which she obviously did not do. Since then she has been bothered about it several times. I then sent an email with her and it was resolved. For a few months now, the phone has been called by Tot al again. This time I answered myself and said in a fairly clear way to stop this. The aggressive man on the phone had no use for it. So phone call image ended by me immediately.

Update: no money yet. Called last week: ma'am I'm going to fix it now, but we have a German bank so by Wednesday you will have your money in your account. Yesterday it was Wednesday and ...... no money !!! Of course not. Called again today. The same story: ma'am I'm going to fix it now, but we have a German bank so it will have to be in your account by the end of next week. Simply disgusting ..... telephone costs and interest are not reimbursed, but the money keeps them nice and secure. It is ridiculous that such a company can still exist.

Very bad company. They could not cancel. However, after legal consultation and a registered letter, it was suddenly possible! The refund of the overpaid amount was not possible because they suddenly no longer had an account number. So account number still passed on. Nothing received again. Called and they wanted an account number. The last 3 digits that I gave of my account number, were incorrect. They had my friend's account number .... so it turned out that they just had my friend's account number all this time. Very strange. 8 weeks later and no money. Still busy to get back. Simply outrageous.

All of a sudden I receive a letter from my energy supplier stating that I am leaving? Turns out that this company (which we have never heard of and certainly never discussed anything with) has registered us as a customer ?! NEVER engage with this company! Without our knowledge, they canceled the contract with our current energy supplier because we supposedly entered into a contract with them. We had never heard of this company. On the phone, they are very vague and tell a different nonsense story every time. It took us a lot of effort to get rid of the so-called contract. These are SCAMMERS !!!

Voor totale onbereikbaarheid.
Slechte bereikbaarheid.
Telefonisch alleen te bereiken als je nieuwe klant wilt worden.
Op email word helemaal niet gereageerd.
Hoge boetes als je wilt overstappen en lastige procedures voor wijzigingen.
Facturen zijn onoverzichtelijk en lay-out hiervan wijzigt nog al eens.

Als mijn contract is afgelopen zal ik hier zeker niet verlangen.

p.s. het is jammer dat je minimaal 1 ster kan geven.

Ik sta nu al 35 min in de wacht geen gehoor. Ik sta op het punt afgesloten te worden. Hierover informeert de partner en incasseur van Total GP mij, dat er vele brieven en telefonische contacten zijn gepoogd. Niks meer dan klinklare onzin. Van Total GP geen post ontvangen.

Het adres waar het omgaat is mijn huisadres, omdat ik ooit een offerte heb ontvangen op dit adres om over na te denken. Dit deed ik omdat ik een zakelijk adres had naast mijn woning. De offertes die zij versturen zijn altijd bindend kennelijk.

En als je zaken wilt oplossen kom je er elke keer gewoon niet door. Belachelijke werkwijze.

Dreigen met sancties en niet te woord staan om oplossingen te vinden voor afnemers.
