On 2 May (four months ago) I completed a transfer form from KostenTransparant. I would receive information and get 14 days to change my mind. Since then I have heard nothing from Costs Transparent or Total Gas & Power. Yesterday I received a message from Essent that my energy contract has been canceled. I have been trying to reach Total customer service all day long: "Unfortunately no employee is available, we will be patient for a moment".
And on their website the contact form does not work !!!

This is really terrible service !!!
