A star is still too much for this hopeless company...

A star is still too much for this hopeless company. More than two years ago we would switch to this company. A few weeks before the switch I made several attempts to pass my meter readings. But the stubborn man on the other side of the line claimed that he could see the meter readings. On my remark that this was impossible because we had a meter from the year, he said: No, we can see it here. Then never heard anything from this company until last summer. (more than two years later) They were going to supply us with energy! Well I did not think so I said. After much nagging back and forth I got confirmed by email that I did not have a contract with them. Until suddenly they wrote more than 600 euros of our bill for energy supplies in September. Immediately reversed of course and Total gas and power blocked for depreciation. Now I get a bill for the final bill !! And I'm not even a customer !! What a chance-free company.
