Don't fall for it !! My partner was approached by telephone and his company fell for it. From the beginning the invoices were incorrect, we tried to approach them / reach them in different ways, but none of this. By phone more than 60 minutes on hold, the agreements made were not fulfilled, contact sought again for 45 minutes !! On hold, but hung up and tried by mail. Never received a response. After several attempts approached our old society and went back. Total came with a nice bill and after another attempt of more than 73 minutes on hold !! Again made agreements and said that we only pay if they would mail a clear invoice and that we were not going to pay a fine after misery. Never received an email with the invoice, no reminders nothing! And yes Total we called and emailed about this, but received nothing !! And my surprise today .... a letter from the collection agency falls on the mat. After calling the collection agency you seem to do this more often !! This is just scam Total and nothing else !! We will certainly not pay what was on the collection. What to do together with collection agency. And everything arranged in fifteen minutes! But 15 minutes of my time, they picked up immediately, nothing on hold. As it should!! Take an example of this!
