My husband would have entered into a telephone contract last year, but I knew nothing about it. until I receive an e-mail from my current supplier that they are sorry that we are leaving. I didn't understand it and started calling. I also did not know who the new supplier would be, but they could tell me that. so I called total but that went wrong immediately. furthermore you have 2 weeks to think about it, but we have never seen anything of a contract. but they could submit a tape with the conversation there with my husband. and that was true. but then you still have 2 weeks to change your mind, but since I never received a contract, I never responded. so the cooling off period would then have turned into a contract! that is not possible at all! in addition, she also sent it to the wrong email address, what I heard on the tape recording. so that's why I never got anything.
But still .... This is not possible at all ??? I have been emailing for 3 to 4 weeks now, I get no response to anything, the only thing I get is a confirmation that they have received my mail and that they are processing this as soon as possible. and that's it ....
I read the same problem everywhere in all messages, how is this possible? such a company should not even exist anymore. in any case I am going to reduce my legal assistance
