I think I know how it is: they call you to ask if they can send you more information by email. Please do not say yes to dear people because you are attached to it !!!! They write down another e-mail address themselves and a few weeks later you receive your contract of, indeed, 5 (!!!) years. Believe me, we never promise by phone. Now they claim we can't get out of it !!!! These are just criminal practices !!! Disgusting, what a ridiculous company! Never experienced anything like this.
