Unsolicited and unintentionally a contract conclud...

Unsolicited and unintentionally a contract concluded through an intermediary Dutch Purchasing Collection by my son while it was said that it was without obligation. We received an email from our supplier stating that we had canceled our contract. We were on holiday abroad so I could not check anything and now the contract starts August 1. Starting on Monday by telephone and in writing to reverse this switch, but due to crowds, answering this can take much longer. I am not helped by phone because we do not have a customer number. Very frustrating and stressful.
I was approached by telephone on 2 August by Total Gas & Power. To my great satisfaction, the problem has been solved and the contract has been canceled.
