A contract that they can and just for 4 years inst...

A contract that they can and just for 4 years instead of 1 year as discussed by phone. They are evil. And the prices, too high. Getting in contact with them is too long a story. Until we returned the monthly amount, then suddenly after 2 months there was a reaction. They could give a discount of 15% maximum, could not that be right ??????
