Lawrence Sanchez was the Service Pro assigned to do a planned maintenance check on our plumbing system this morning. He was on time, thorough, careful, very knowledgeable, very polite, well-able to communicate his findings and concerns---and took care to cover his shoes when inside our home. I was impressed, and will request Lawrence when we next need plumbing expertise!
