Well, honestly I can't comment on whether TLC can do plumbing or not. I called and they made an appointment for two weeks out, for between 8 and 10 am. They never showed up.

They made me wait two weeks for plumbing, and then can't or won't call to inform that they aren't coming by. They never showed.

There are lots of plumbers out there. It shouldn't be difficult to find one that can show up for work.
