Rudy M. performed the spring change-over this morn...

Rudy M. performed the spring change-over this morning --- shutting down the furnace and starting up the cooler. He was on time as promised, very polite, courteous, competent and confident. He explained clearly what he was doing and offered options for possible future contingencies. Things seem to be working fine since Rudy left. We are very pleased with his manner and technical expertise and would be happy to call on him in the future. As always, TLC has provided another good Tech!
