Douglas did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was professional in his presentation. I highly recommend him and TLC.

I had water heater installed from Lowe's and their work began leaking after they (and I) left. By the time I got back from work there was water everywhere. I had to call TLC after hours and Lawrence and Jude responded promptly. They replaced the poor work done my the Lowe's plumbers and they did it faster and for less money! Lawrence and Jude were knowledgable, efficient, and fair. You couldn't ask for more.

James arrived on time. Replaced hose bib. Quick and flawless. Thanks.

Santiago and Mike arrived to fix a situation where a sewage-like odor was detected in a toilet. They explained what they would be doing and did the work in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

James and Tim came out at 9pm or so to repair a leak in my irrigation line. They were professional and courteous and showed me the repair before they covered it up. I was very impressed with their work ethic and friendliness after what must have been an extremely long work day. Great job!

James Crespin came out for a faucet problem. He was more than helpful and gave us lots of good advice on why we had the problem, how to avoid future problems, plus what to expect in the future with our water heater (which is not even why he came out) and other potential plumbing issues. We've been using TLC for 7 years. They came highly recommended and we recommend them, especially James.

The techs are always professional and knowledgeable. They have a yearly maintenance plan that tunes up your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems and spots issues early before they become expensive problems.

When Cliff and Dave came from TLC to service our ac and furnace, they were very polite and professional. They explained things as they went were very helpful. They even cleaned a tall nicho shelf that I couldn't get to. (I'm 75). We were were very pleased and would certainly call TLC again.

James and Jude kept after an elusive gas leak through a process of pressure checks on lines eventually finding it buried under roofing material. The coldest day of the year so far and we now have heat. Thanks James, Jude, and TLC management and staff.

Be careful... their quote was twice as much as the highly recommended neighborhood plumber. They might do great work, but they tried to take advantage of me.

Service department never answered the phone rang 8 times before i hung up

As we had requested, Alberto Aguirre did an excellent analysis of some work previously done by a different electrician. We felt he was honest, competent and very helpful. We appreciate his excellent and thorough explanations, insight and suggestions. Fine worker!

There always very nice and professional and do a great job, except for when they turned on my air conditioning on 4-5-20 I gave them the parts and when the work left I found the floater cover in my driveway I'm still waiting on a call back to see when there going to come and put it on other then that their great! I usually give 5 stars but 1 they haven't called me back about putting the part on my 1 year old breeze air conditioning system I purchased cash last year.

The manager called me and adjusted my charges so I am happy with their work and services they provided for me.

I have used TLC many times - from small service calls to large ac conversion jobs, and I have always been extremely impressed with the level of service, quality of work, and professionalism demonstrated. We just finished an ac conversion on our home today. It was a large job, and the entire process was seamless. Carlos and Chico were very organized, worked extremely hard, and kept me informed about everything. Other companies that gave me quotes said it would take about a week to two weeks to complete. Carlos and Chico had it done in less than 4 days. I have zero complaints and will plan on using TLC for everything I need in the future. Thanks for everything!

Our AC was chugging along but all of a sudden made an awful clanging sound like the unit was tearing away from the roof. I had used TLC before for some repairs and had gotten a service package with them so I called and it was Victor Valles to the rescue! Victor had a cancellation so he called me and was at the house within an hour. Once he got there he correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it promptly which involved replacing the fan motor. I am impressed with Victor's knowledge, customer service and overall professionalism. 5 Stars Victor. Thanks!!

We upgraded our furnace and air conditioning systems last week. Brian Richards and Derrick Searles installed both systems with help from others at TLC. They took out the old furnaces and installed the new upstairs and downstairs systems in one day. As promised, we had heat that night. The next day they removed the old air conditioning system and installed the new, again by the end of the day. This was a heavy job, requiring space for their boxes and tools, in very cold weather (it snowed) and of course, access to the inside of our home. They were wonderful! We haven't seen our new gas bill/electrical bills yet, but are enjoying the comfort of the new furnaces. These men were professional, friendly and respectful. In fact, I recommended TLC to our new neighbors the next week.

Needed a basic install of a hot water heater. This company quoted 3X what other local companies were quoting for the same job. $2,500 vs $800. Their reason was that they would need to pull permits and have a city inspector come inspect their work. This is NOT required at all and is just a way for them to inflate their pricing.

I could have upgraded to a tankless water heater and still paid less then what TLC Plumbing quoted for a tank water heater.

This company arrives when they say, Will called me on the way, was patient explaining what needed to be done and took care of my problem quickly. He was kind and patient explaining and the price was more than reasonable. Thank you!

James and Josh and brought my great grandpas water heater up to date.

My 84 Your old grandmother called these guys out to take a look at her heater, because she thought it wasn't working properly. they came out on one of the coldest days of the year at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon and unplugged her heater and told her it was gonna cost 4,100 and some dollars to repair it . Our grandmother is showing signs of early dementia and I feel like they tryed to take advantage of her. I called another plumbing company out, For a second opinion. they came out the same evening, performed a full safety check on her heater and cleaned the flame sensor. The other company found no safety concerns and the heaters been working as good it has since it was put in only 10 years ago.. All I know is I would not call these guys in an emergency situation. To top it all off my grandmother just received a bill for a $110 because she didn't go with the 4000 plus repair they were trying to Scam her on

Hot water heater went out. The plumber they sent was competent, friendly and professional. He replaced the thermocouple entire bill was $137 and I have hot water. A less scrupulous person could easily had told me I need a new water heater installed for $1500+.

Skyler from TLC was great, a nice guy who's highly professional and everything has been working very well since his visit to replace cooler parts and get the swamp cooler unit going. We will definitely use TLC again for future air and plumbing services.

We had a severely leaking hot water heater and service was prompt and options were clearly described and TLC was able to complete the project promptly to our satisfaction.

11/242020- updating to reflect our most recent experience this month. We had two zones out in our radiant floor heat. We had a 20 year old water heater and a 20 year old boiler. The actuators were outdated and it was time to replace. I ve always found TLC to be an organization that is top notch. One of my favorite things is how everyone that had always been in our home has exemplified family values. Chico was amazing. He communicated with us after hours, on weekends, and was always responsive and well informed. He felt like part of our family by the time all was said and done. We are super happy with our new combi-boiler system. It is working GREAT and really opened up the utility closet. Thank you!!!

Previous review:I'm giving them 10 stars on this five star rating system!!! They were simply amazing. I don't even know where to begin. We had four different TLC staff come into our home throughout the course of a week. They were attentive, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The did quality work and went above and beyond on our repairs. They also did the ultimate pro move and did a great clean-up job!! Big huge thanks to the TLC family. They truly represent!!

I had an electrical issue on Black Friday, a holiday weekend. Placed a call to TLC that was answered by Mike Gibson. Mike was so professional and considerate, he walked me through resetting my circuit breaker and helped me identify the issue over the phone!!! This saved me the extra cost of an after hours service fee which helped tremendously! We pin pointed the problem was with my ceiling fan and he was ready to come to fix it on the spot until I told him how high up the ceiling fan was. Mike suggested I take a photo and send it to him so he would have a better idea of what ladder he would need. After sending the photo's he was able to assess what he would need to access the fan and made some suggestions on a replacement. He also reassured me that by keeping the fan and light off it should be fine until it is replaced. I can't tell you what a relief this was and how much I appreciate Mike's willingness to help. I love TLC, I've used their services before and have always felt like they truly care and offer great service. Thank you again Mike Gibson for going above and beyond this holiday weekend, as I know you are all so busy!

My hot water heater went out in the morning and this evening I have hot water . Shannon ( the Technician) was pleasant , professional and very knowledgeable about the installation of hot water heater. I would suggest TLC and Shannon to any one in need of plumbing/ hot water heater replacement or service.

Rudy was extremely knowledgable and helpful in getting my water heater issue resolved. I'd highly recommend him.

Very Disappointed. I called last night for emergency service last night (bathtub faucet leaking lots of water with no sign of stopping) with very prompt response time. The plumber that came (Eric) did not actually do anything but tell us that we were in need of a specific part. He promised us a return visit with a plumber the following morning (today). I specified that I would only be home between 8am and 12pm. He expressed understanding. Come today, and I did not receive one call. I decided to call them myself at 10:30 asking when/if someone would be coming. The receptionist informed me that I was placed in the schedule as "anytime", no time preferences whatsoever, even though I requested it. She offered me a "sorry ma'am", saying they are fully booked today. I'm going with a competitor because everyone in our house works and cannot just take off work for hours at a time on a consistent basis. It sucks because my faucet is still leaking, we are still wasting water, and nothing has changed. Don't know when I'll be able to stay home again to wait on another plumber. I'm sure TLC won't miss my business; they seem to be doing well enough that my poor experience will just be ignored. I just wanted to let others know before they considered this business.

I received an apology call from TLC later that evening. They comp'ed the emergency service and offered a standing 10% discount for next service. I appreciated this and have edited my star rating.

I had a plumbing inspection done and found that my water heater needed a portable expansion tank and a flue piping upgrade. Shannon Rushing did both the inspection and the work on the water heater. From what I can see, he did a great job and he's also a nice person so I felt completely comfortable with him. He left everything clean and complete and taught me how to drain the water heater which I told him I wanted to do since the water had been cooling down while he worked on it. Thanks, Shannon!

I thought I would give them a try... Seen the commercials and read some of the reviews. Very disappointed with the service technician and follow up service. He came out late on the scheduled day due to dispatch giving him the wrong number. He installed the water heater and didn't bring a pan for the bottom. The expansion tank he installed was faulty and he said he would come out the following Monday to install another one... He never showed. I called and left a couple messages on Monday and Tuesday as he instructed me too. He left a voicemail and instructed me to call scheduling which I did. I scheduled it for that Friday after 1:00PM of course he showed up at the very end of the day and installed the tank. He then asked when we would like to schedule the City Inspector to come out to inspect the work and ensure it was up to code, we agreed on the following Tuesday. Of course we had to be there from 8:00AM until he showed. at 2:00PM I decided to call TLC and verify that the Technician called it in... Well he never did! I have wasted a total of 12 hours of MY TIME in the LACK of communication by the technician. I still have yet to have my Water Heater Inspected due to me trying to find time to do so. I will NEVER use this company again or can comfortable referring any business to this company.

Chad with TLC was able to resolve my electrical issues in the laundry room which included having to resolve other issues just to resolve the one he was a called to fix. Professional. Personable. Knowledgable. Highly recommend and will work with TCL again for most of my house hold needs. Thanks.

Chris Rael was very knowledgeable and efficient in the diagnosis and repair of a plumbing leak in my house due to the freeze damage to pipe and valve. The leak flooded 3 rooms and hall in my house and Chris was able to determine the location of the leak within an hour and stop the water damage. I highly recommend Chris Rael as an excellent plumber.

This service call was an after hours emergency call due to the fact that our furnace had stopped working and the thermometer was rapidly heading into the teens. Pete was the technician that was dispatched to perform the needed repairs. Pete was extremely prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous! He was very thorough in explaining exactly what the problem was and gave me pointers on what things I could do to keep the furnace working optimally in the future. The problem turned out to be moisture that had condensed in a sensor line and no components needed to be replaced. He also gave me details on the TLC furnace and evaporative cooler maintenance program and this was done in a very professional and low pressure manner. The emergency rate of $165/hr was a bit painful but it was made clear up front that this would be the rate and Pete was so efficient and thorough that I felt that I had very definitely gotten my money's worth. I will not hesitate to recommend TLC to family and friends in the future.

TLC obviously cares about their customers. The customer service team promptly responded to an issue we had with an evaporative cooler start up. Thanks TLC we'll call you for all our plumbing needs.

No call no show. Had an appointment and no one showed up or called. If you can't take appointments seriously, I can't expect you to take the work seriously.

James CRESPIN came over to repair the pressure relief valve at my rental house. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed very quickly and neatly. We were very satisfied with his work.

Roman was Awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how the drainage system works and he was able to get us a 90 day warranty. Just an all around good guy and he was so wonderful with our Great Dane, who didn't want to see him go. Thanks Roman and TLC.

Came at time promised. Explained the problem. Got a quote and checked for warranty. Completed work in the time he predicted. Did not leave until heat was working.

I had a sudden, mysterious water leak spring up in my house late in the evening. I called TLC, and my call was answered promptly by a very polite woman on the phone. Within an hour, Travis had arrived at my house and was checking out the problem. He clearly explained what the possible issues might be, and communicated with me each step of the way as he diagnosed the issue. He efficiently and quickly located the problem (luckily fairly minor) and repaired it. I was impressed with the prompt service and quality of the repair, and Travis was so friendly, polite, and helpful. The price was very reasonable for an emergency, after-hours job, with no hidden or unexpected charges. TLC were true professionals from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Lawrence and his apprentice did a great job replacing the underground sewer piping in the crawl space of our house. They did a great job.

A plumbing problem compromised our entire kitchen island (three sinks and the dishwasher) TLC sent their Service Professional, Ralph Gutierrez, to our house within hours of our call. He was so very competent, professional and kind! What seemed likely to be a dreadful problem was made simple and easy in his care. He turned an anxious period into a sigh of relief for us!

This company is the worst to work for. They do not care about there employees. They are untrustworthy, and do not stand by what they say. They turn there back on the best employees and run them ragged. They do not take care of there responsibilities as a company.

I called TLC with a plumbing emergency and was treated like I was the most important person in the world. They had a full schedule for the day but worked me in within an hour of calling. Shannon Rushing was sent to make the emergency repairs. He was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and caring and fixed the problem perfectly. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and that my home was safe. I would highly recommend TLC and Shannon for their amazing customer service, professionalism and quality work.

Trust but verify. Inspect there work or have some one who can! TLC needs to train and supervise their technicians. They serviced a swamp cooler for my landlord. Over tighten a brass fitting - it popped a few days latter. Upon further inspection they installed a zinc without an insulator base and hung the wire on a protrusion. I have known 14 yearolds who could handle brass fittings properly and knew how to install anodes correctly with proper grounding techniques. The technician could have read the packaging and asked for help with low voltage terminal to iron grounding techniques.

Anthony was amazing and patient and persistent. He worked hard to get the toy our of my toilet!

In the past couple of weeks, I have used TLC for both electrical and plumbing work. I was very satisfied with Mike G. the electrician, who I found to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The experience that Mike has really showed in following electric lines that I did not know existed. I will definitely call on him again with future electrical work! For plumbing work of capping off a gas line, Terence N. was excellent. He also worked efficiently and effectively. Most recently, Rudy M. changed out three outdoor faucet valves that were over 25 years old. He did a great job and I was highly satisfied. Thank you!

Our heater is 20+years old and started making loud screeching noises., Jonah was able to evaluate and recommended replacement for various reasons. He was able to return the next morning and replaced the heater, brought all connections up to code, replaced thermostat and put in a new return vent. Jonah took time to program the thermostat, went over instructions, gave me an overview of the new systems and the extra care he took for the installation. Jonah was very professional, took time to answer my questions and scheduled a city inspection for the heater. I have always had wonderful service with TLC.

Our service tech, Mr. Sedillos was an excellent Service Professional with extensive knowledge and experience in providing a detailed and accurate replacement of our 40 gallon water heater. He provided unique information in the care, support, and maintenance of our water heater as well as encouraging communication if for any reason we encounter any problems with the replacement. I honestly recommend TLC for any water heater related issues because Mr. Sedillos did an impressive job in upgrading our water heating system from classic to tech-awesome! 5stars.

Never returned my call to schedule a time to have some stuff looked at. After waiting a week I finally called someone else.

The service from TLC is great. They have battled us out in a crunch before but today the scheduling department fell short.

Ida was totally dismissive of our situation (furnace out- mid November). I missed their calls while at work and returned her call at 1141 and returned her call at 1142.

Her customer service was wanting. Her only focus was to get me off the line and not to assist in offering a solution to the issue. I did tell her that her customer service was wanting but she rushed off the phone.

TLC has great technician service but Ida from scheduling airways not to value TLC's customers.

They came same day for a mystery build up. The guy was to the point, got his job done, did it right, didn't make uncomfortable jokes. Great plumber. Would definitely use again.

Rudy and his helper were on time, fixed 4 plumbing issues. They were very polite and friendly. They explained everything before they started and did a professional job. That's not first time I have called TLC and it won't be the last. Well done, good and faithful servants.

They said they would come and do an estimate for a repair, but twice I was stood up because of a bigger job. This is poor customer service.

First time customer, Shannon helped us out tremendously. Won t hesitate to use again!
