Very Disappointed. I called last night for emergency service last night (bathtub faucet leaking lots of water with no sign of stopping) with very prompt response time. The plumber that came (Eric) did not actually do anything but tell us that we were in need of a specific part. He promised us a return visit with a plumber the following morning (today). I specified that I would only be home between 8am and 12pm. He expressed understanding. Come today, and I did not receive one call. I decided to call them myself at 10:30 asking when/if someone would be coming. The receptionist informed me that I was placed in the schedule as "anytime", no time preferences whatsoever, even though I requested it. She offered me a "sorry ma'am", saying they are fully booked today. I'm going with a competitor because everyone in our house works and cannot just take off work for hours at a time on a consistent basis. It sucks because my faucet is still leaking, we are still wasting water, and nothing has changed. Don't know when I'll be able to stay home again to wait on another plumber. I'm sure TLC won't miss my business; they seem to be doing well enough that my poor experience will just be ignored. I just wanted to let others know before they considered this business.

I received an apology call from TLC later that evening. They comp'ed the emergency service and offered a standing 10% discount for next service. I appreciated this and have edited my star rating.
