Mike and Simon were great. I called with a problem at 9:00 am and they were here before 11:00. It took them 5 minutes to find and repair the plumbing problem. I'm a TLC customer for life and will refer TLC to my friends and business customers.

Lawrence Sanchez was kind enough to fit us in on a busy Sunday to replace a failed water heater. He was extremely courteous, did what had to be done and left a smoothly function water heater. What more can you ask?

Three years ago I called another Albuquerque plumbing company to come fix my air conditioner. They told me it could not be fixed and I needed to pay over $10,000 for a new one. I sent them on their way. Then I called TLC Plumbing. The TLC plumber was able to fix it right away at a cost of about $100. My air conditioner is still going strong three years later.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The job was done well and it was done quickly. However, I was grossly overcharged. It was something that needed to be done right away so I agreed to the price but was frustrated when the technician told me he couldn't break my bill down into what I payed for parts and what I payed for labor because it was a "bid job". I'm a residential customer and I have no idea what a bid job is, but I do think I have a right to know what I'm paying for. I did some research online after he left and found out that after the price of the part (a grinder pump) he had charged me $2400 for 3 hours of labor. I was so disheartened and felt like I had been taken advantage of. That's the negative part of my experience. The positive is that I called a manager and he worked out a better price with me and refunded a large part of the labor fee. I had to call several times over the next week to make sure the refund went thru, but it did happen. Everyone I dealt with in the office were incredibly kind and professional. I think I just happened to get a greedy & dishonest technician who was more concerned with his commission than doing the right thing. But like I said, his supervisor and office staff went out of their way to make the situation right. My advice is do your research on what your job should cost and don't hesitate to ask exactly what you're paying for.

Had an emergency plumbing issue so I called them to have someone come out as soon as possible the next morning. After them being a hour late I called again the next day to find out they had no record of any work order being placed so the soonest they would send someone out was Monday. The lady I spoke to the previous day told me they would be there by 7 and it turns out their earliest appointment was 8, so the man was very confused.

I was going to get a estimate from them to have AC installed but I won't bother now.

I had a water leak that the city would not repair. TLC came out quickly, assessed the problem and replaced pipe that was causing the problem. The men were polite and careful to restore the yard after the repair was complete. They also hauled away the bush limbs that they had to remove to do the repair. Lawrence Sanchez was the lead person. I would recommend him and TLC for any plumbing repairs. Thank you!

We are new homeowners and have used TLC several times now as things have come up. All of the people we have worked with (plumbing, cooling, electric) have arrived on time and have completed the work to our satisfaction. Recently our swamp cooler went out and we needed an electrical repair late at night. The on call electrician who came to help was kind and completed the job quickly, totally saving us from a hot house. We will definitely continue to use TLC's services in the future.

Sent a service request via website. Was called within 10 minutes. Scheduled appt based on my schedule. Tech called showed up on time .. was able to track his drive via a text link. Showed Tommy my problems and he started working after giving me an estimate. He kept me informed thru the entire process. My toliet was clogged from roots deep in the line ... he indicated there would be an additional charge based on depth of problem which i approved. When all was done he charged me based on original estimate. He cleaned up after himself. He was very polite and respectful. I had contacted TLC as i had them work on an air conditioning issue a couple years before and while a different tech i was satisfied.

Jason M was exceptional and took care of me. His care for his work is evident he genuinely cares for his customers.

Chris Rendon was happy to take my call and walked me through fixing my disposal that had glass in the disposal area. His tips were very valuable and helped me to solve my issue without having to have a scheduled visit that would have cost me $200 plus. Simple fix for me so I am very thankful because I would also have had to wait for a service call. Thank you Chris and thank you TLC. You all are the best.

James and Jude came out after hours and checked our water heater. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. It wasnt what we wanted to hear but James was good at giving us options. I love TLC.

One of the best, no the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Adam was super understanding, kind and knew exactly water he was talking about. I like to think of myselfor as a handyman but when we ran into Boiler issues, Adams from TLC was there to help. Got the job done in good time and saved us hundreds. We have used them in the past and will continue to utilize our local business and hopefully see Adam again... if needed.

We had two water heaters replaced and a new water softener installed this past month. Lawrence, Jude, Manny and several other technicians were very professional from the estimates to the finished work. They hit several snags due to the construction details of our house, but they were able to work around them and complete the jobs. We could not be more pleased and will definitely use them for all our plumbing, cooling, and heating needs!!!

Shannon and his partner did a great job taking care of my problem. We use TLC for all our heating/cooling and plumbing issues.

You tell me there is an extra charge to come out on a Saturday yet you tell me you can't tell me what that charge is... Major red flag sounds real shady. Rude dispatch. Tried being real pushy about booking today...that is AFTER refusing to tell us what the extra charge would be for. Moving on to another plumber.

i own a rental property in albuqueruqe and my tenant texted me in the middle of night that his toilets were backed up. i called at 6am and the nice lady that answered the phone gave me 2 options and i chose to call back at 7am and loretta was super helpful in scheduling me. she said that someone would be out between 8am-10am. i thought cool. that is a tight window. i get a call from anthony at 8:30 and he was on his way. anthony called me when he was finished and said he was able to get the lines unclogged and i was good to go under the 1 hour. so my bill was 94.00 plus tax. great service and experience. one huge reason i used TLC was because they answered the phone at 7am. when i called around no one would answer their phones until 8am. in addition i already have my paid invoice by email. literally i made a phone call and had to nothing else. now this is true customer service. i will be using again.

Adam did an excellent job from start to finish, the job was completed in a timely manner, he was very good at explaining what he was doing and his recommendations made sense. He cleaned up after the job and left the area better than he found it. I highly recommend TLC for any HVAC issues that you might encounter.

Shannon was very professional and helpful, he makes sure the job is completed on time and always willing to make changes if necessary. He followed up with me to make sure the grease trap was installed correctly, and to see if i needed anything else. Excellent customer service,very professional, i will definitely recommend Shannon from TLC any time.

TLC always provides great service. Levi replaced our old boiler and water tank. with Navien ComboBoiler. It was a pleasure working with Levi. Very professional, answered all of my questions in understandable terms. He made several visit after installation to "fine tune" and further educate me on the system operation. Only drawback is this system is very expensive.
I certainly would recommend TLC for any plumbing service. I want to thank Levi for his concern for the customer.

Jeremy and Lane from TLC did a bathroom remodel (full floor retile, tub installation) and were both extremely good at communications, skills, answering questions, and clean-up. We would recommend TLC for remodeling jobs in general and in particular these two individuals, who took responsibility for project continuation, were here the most, and were outstanding in solving problems. Johnny Ray was amazing. He spent over 6 hours fixing our broken water heater which flooded our home. Did an EXCELLENT job with EVERY aspect of the repair, going above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend TLC for emergency repairs!!

Unlike most retailers these guys have very good prices. I couldn't find replacement filters any cheaper even on ebay. Recommended!

We had some blocked up pipes they told us they'd be here between certain hours (which they meet) and was barely here 20 mins and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend. Friendly tech as well.

Fast and friendly service of my swamp cooler, but the wiring to the fan appears to have been damaged during service because now there is no discernible difference between high and low settings - it is always on high, which is very forceful and not pleasant to have on for extended periods of time.

TLC rants and raves about their customer service skills but when put to the test, it doesn't stand.

I tried to schedule service for an emergency heater repair. They don't explain their process well and they refuse to provide any sort of time frame. Meaning, if I put my name on the list, they refuse to even say if it will be today, tomorrow or next week. Most other companies will give you some sort of general (non-confirmed, of course) time. The employee I spoke with was not friendly, either.

Being that TLC is the most expensive company in town, I can't imagine how they justify their pricing given this level of service.

I have used TLC on several occasions. You WILL NOT find better people or a better company in Albuquerque!! A few of the jobs i called them for were extremely tough and they were very creative. TLC minimized the mess and cost. I noticed some bad reviews and could not believe it! I guess even the pros have a bad game now and then. Keep up the good work TLC!

A good man named Larry from TLC (I thought meant "Tender Loving Care"...and it should) came to fix my plumbing problems. He was excellent. Every problem was solved and was given preventive knowledge of what will occur down the road. TLC should be proud that Larry wears their name on his uniform. When new plumbing problems arrive, I will definitely return to TLC...thank you.

During this challenging time, the last thing anybody wants is for a pipe to spring a leak. But it happens, and yesterday morning I heard water running into in my low-crawl crawlspace. I shut off the water at the main and called TLC for service anytime that day. Lawrence and Caesar, top-class professionals, arrived wearing masks at about 7pm, fixed the problem (a copper pipe had sprung a pinhole leak), pointed out some things about the household plumbing I might want to consider addressing in the future, gave me an invoice that I thought was very fair, and left at a little after 8pm. Apparently, Lawrence had even been to this house before to fix a problem with a shower valve for the previous owners. I will call TLC again.

Never had anything but good experiences with TLC. Worth every cent. My parents bought a brand new house, after one week of moving in, on a Sunday evening around 5pm, the main sewer line to the street backed up. I called TLC and the plumber was out in 10 minutes and within 30 minutes it was all fixed. We were concerned about finding someone at such a time on a Sunday. Really saved our Sunday evening together as a family.

Jay sent a technician to my house in a timely manner to install a water refining system. Great experience!

We had a pipe burst right before Christmas, and TLC sent James Crespin out- he came out late at night on the 23rd and made sure we had running water back as quickly as possible. He worked with us to help manage the price due to the unfortunate timing. He was super polite and efficient and my husband and I are super grateful for the high quality work!

The plumbing technicians arrived on time after calling first. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They repaired my faucet leak by installing new ceramic cartridges. They were clean, professional and personable. I was very satisfied.

Very pleased with the service provided by this place! Roman M, the guy who came by to fix a plumbing issue at my company was very polite, as well as being quick and efficient. He solved our issue for us, gave us recommendations on how to avoid it happening again, and even let us know some great ways to save money. Will use them again in the future.

TLC gets the job done, and done RIGHT!!!. I'm an investor and local Real Estate Broker that has used many plumbing companies across town. TLC understands their work, and completes it well. My Experience has shown me where the staff is very UPFRONT and detailed about what they are going to work on and finish. They provide the best qualify of work in the city as far as im concerned. I recently used TLC on a large Sewer line installation at some apartments I own, after the plumber i was using couldn't finish the job (lack of knowledge and bonding). TLC was over there in a matter of hours and completed the job that night, so i didn't have to continue to pay hotel fees for my tenants, after the other plumber cracked the sewer line and needed the water shut off to my building. TLC's staff is very knowledgable, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Had plumbers Wes and James help my mom with an under-slab leak repair... When the job was started they finished in a day! James patched the drywall superbly by cutting squares and seating them back, so all I've got to do is patch it, and that's easy-peasy.

(There are some reviews where people remark on drywall being removed... TLC are plumbers, not drywall people. BUT they do refer you to good folks to call if you can't perform a drywall patch... Trust me, it's not hard at all... just youtube how to perform the task.)

Wes and James both were extremely professional and explained every step of the process to my mom and I, going over the game plan and the final result.

They also provided my mom with options, and we opted to have the line re-routed through the attic to avoid breaking up the slab, with new manifold and everything within reach for any future needs.

TLC is a good company to call, they have some good people who work for them, and while not inexpensive, the work is worth the cost... As well as they give senior discounts, and that helped my mom a good deal.

Great and friendly service by everyone I've interacted with at TLC including Lawrence who fixed our leaky toilet tank and shower issues. Scheduling was easy and the work was done quickly and thoroughly.

We called first thing in the morning and Joseph came within the hour. He was careful not to make a mess and very respectful of the house; he was also courteous in all of his interactions with us. He was able to quickly and efficiently resolve our issue, I would highly recommend him.

James and Ceasar did a great job inspecting our house for gas leaks and fixed the probs as well as suggesting the gas co to double check things. Thanks guys!

Rudy was wonderful! He kept me informed of his estimated arrival time throughout the day. He gave me a couple of different solutions to fix the problem, giving me the pros and cons to each. Very professional. Excellent workmanship!

I have used TLC in the past and they give generally good to very good service. The tech on the last service call was very good and knew what was required to fix my heating problem. Cold weather was just starting so I had no real option for other providers. He spent about six hours adding a new trim kit to my boiler and a few other parts to make it operate smoothly which it does now. He had to come back twice the next day to fix a transformer he fried (accidently) but did so with minimal waiting. My very serious concern is the cost of parts. My best guess as to parts is ~$500. His claim was the trim kit was ~$2000 and I think it was more like $200. That makes their effective labor rate ~$500/hr. Not a bad gig!

Our Lennox combo unit's blower stopped doing its job. We called and scheduled a dispatch for the next morning, and a tech was there promptly that day. TLC's tech, Travis, identified the failing components, and took the time to isolate the likely underlying electrical issue. He was polite, good-humored, and didn't mind answering a few questions along the way. These folks are worth calling!

Just a shout out to Jay at TLC for his excellent help in picking out a Kinetco system for my daughter in California. He gave excellent advice and will save them a lot of money by getting the right system for their needs. I have had a TLC-installed and maintained Kinetco system in my home for many years. Their service has been excellent.. I would highly recommend them if you d like to have the best water softening system installed in your home by professionals.

Will S did an excellent job at my mom"s house. He fixed the problems with professionalism, was pleasant, and clearly knew what he was doing. I would use him again as well as TLC.

Ralph was on time and efficient. He worked rapidly and completed the work in less than an hour. This is the 2nd time I've needed to be rescued from TLC and both experiences have been pleasant. I will continue to call them for my home plumbing needs.

Leo Segura was the most qualified and excellent technician I have ever seen. He checked things I didn t anticipate. His expertise and And finesse at doing his job was truly exceptional. My original cast iron pipes reached the end of their life and I called TLC with whom I have had large jobs performed in the past. The trenches crew including Jesse, Chase, Robbie, and Kyro did a great job under harsh weather conditions. They were polite, professional, and just a great group of guys. They made the house completely livable during the work, finished on time, and cleaned up the site very nicely. TLC is lucky to have them and I recommend TLC highly to anyone with plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, or any other problem they can address. Call them first!!

This company's professionalism and dedication surpasses any and all expectations. Last night my daughter finally decided to tell me that her shower had been running all day and she can't get it to stop one thing led to another and now water is leaking from my ceiling (of course its like 8pm by this time) so I freakout and call TLC (because they have a 24 hour service) but i'm also 7 months pregnant and can't not have water all night and into the next day either also water in the ceiling...that's just bad. So I'm thinking this is going to be a million dollars and they are going to take forever to get here. Totally wrong, Their Customer service called me within five minutes (if it took that long) and walked me through everything, but then told me that she will have the individual who will be coming to my house call me as to let me know when he would be there (which I think for sure is going to be forever). He no kidding calls about 10 mins (maybe) later and says he will be there in 20 mins (we live on the other side of the mountain). Gets here, is extremely nice (which was awesome because I was already really stressed about it and likely more emotional than i needed to be) very professional and it took him all of a minute to figure out what was wrong and 10 (maybe) to fix it and literally i couldn't believe how little it cost consider the time and after hours factor. I was so stinkin relieved, so whether you are freaking out or just looking for a plumbing company i would say you should really just stop looking you found it and its actually rather stress free.

Everything you need from a plumbing company... Responsive, Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Called on Saturday afternoon for a clogged drain and they arrived quickly. Joseph arrived as promised and fixed the problem without issues, he could not have been a better service tech. Joseph was fully-equipped and did a fantastic job identifying the problem, clearing the clog and putting everything back together better than he found it! TLC was not our first call on this problem, in the future we will definitely call TLC first when we need service.

Shannon came out to help us with a failed bib hose. As always, I received a call ahead of his arrival with an estimated arrival time. He showed up on time and did the work quickly and professionally. I called TLC at 8:00AM and told them about my slab leak and by 8:300AM Jack and Eric were at my home. The leak was very difficult to find and difficult to reach. They worked all day, putting in valves digging through concrete and putting in new pipe where they found the leak. Then they filled the hole and put back the concrete and cleaned up everything; my home was spotless before they left. Jack and Eric were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the way. I would definitely want Jack and Eric back if I have any other plumbing needs and because of them I will only call TLC in the future.

The office staff are helpful and responsive. Both times I ve called them out the plumber has been helpful and fixed a problem that another company was at a loss to address.

We've used TLC twice since buying our house in Albuquerque. Both times they have been incredibly timely and professional. The latest time our toilet plumbing started leaking all over the bathroom floor and they were available to come out same day...that didn't work with my schedule, but they were able to schedule a 2-hour window for the following morning. Will S. found the problem and fixed it in an hour! Couldn't be more pleased with their service and will use them again in the future for our plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with James, he was straightforward and explained everything he was going to do. I recommend him to anyone who needs help and I plan on asking for him if I need help again.

Scott and Eddie installed our new swamp cooler. They were extremely proficient, polite, and professional. We are immensely pleased with these two men and want to sing their praises. Our new cooler is exceptional.

Outstanding service! Brian Richards at TLC was professional, courteous, and experienced. He was able to diagnose a difficult problem with my furnace and resolve it, all in a couple hours. I was truly impressed with their expertise! The cost for the service was both fair and affordable. Based on this experience, I will return to TLC in the future for similar needs as well as recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

I hopped online and was greeted with a chat window where a sales specialist was asking how he could help me. I asked for a quote for some work. He then asked 10+ questions including collecting my contact details, only to finally tell me that someone would be calling me to discuss pricing... I didn't get a call back after 24 hours, so I called the office directly - only to then be told that there would be a $79 fee just to provide a quote (as the output of the $79 evaluation). Why could then not have just told me over chat that a quote requires an evaluation, which itself costs $79?
