I had a sudden, mysterious water leak spring up in my house late in the evening. I called TLC, and my call was answered promptly by a very polite woman on the phone. Within an hour, Travis had arrived at my house and was checking out the problem. He clearly explained what the possible issues might be, and communicated with me each step of the way as he diagnosed the issue. He efficiently and quickly located the problem (luckily fairly minor) and repaired it. I was impressed with the prompt service and quality of the repair, and Travis was so friendly, polite, and helpful. The price was very reasonable for an emergency, after-hours job, with no hidden or unexpected charges. TLC were true professionals from start to finish.
